Generally the hotel was good, with friendly and helpful staff. Decent room and restaurant and bar, including an excellent breakfast. However, I was disappointed that on one day my room was only partly cleaned. While the towels were replaced, the bed was not made and the room clearly not cleaned properly. I pointed this out to the reception staff but did not receive an explanation or apology.

Big clean and very light room on corner of first floor - room 120. Friendly welcome, comfy bed and great breakfast. And stayed until 4pm next day using the working facilities in the lobby. Exactly what I needed from the hotel and 5-10 mins to airport even at rush hour.

Another good stay in this functional but comfortable hotel. Initial room I was offered was dark and rather gloomy but staff at reception were able to accommodate a move to a better-lit room. Room was clean, spacious and beds comfy. Staff friendly as ever.

Very nice except for the smell

The room was very spacious, modern and clean, however there was a strange and unpleasant smell that seemed like something was wrong with the drainage or sewerage system. If I had been staying for more than 1 night I would have asked to be moved to a different room.

This is my second time staying here this month. I enjoyed both times. The staff are friendly. The Green House restaurant located by the lobby is exquisite. I did not eat anywhere else for dinner besides here (that’s how much I love the food). It is also convenient that it’s close to the airport. Would definitely come back again here in the near future.

I stay in a lot of hotels throughout the year and this one was very clean and comfortable, nicely decorated, comfortable bedding, nice friendly staff, the meal I had at the restaurant was good, it was very quiet, good price, and they had some kind of parking voucher deal although I didn't use it because I always was able to find a parking spot pretty close to the entrance. I think one time I had to walk about a hundred meters but that was it. I stayed there three nights and if I ever go back to Warsaw I would definitely stay there again. Oh and there was a decent channel selection and the Wi-Fi work pretty good.

Overall satisfied, service needs to be improved

Even though I had some problems during the stay, the room and breakfast were very very good.
There was a water problem in the bathroom for a couple of hours on the first night, and I ended up washing my face with drinking water (It was fixed the next morning). And the lined phone didn't work/ they didn't check nor change to a new one after I requested, which was disappointed. Service is not the top but the room was excellent.

Amazing trendy boutique hotel near Chopin airport

This was my second time staying at the Vienna House Mokotow Warsaw, and it's now going to be my go-to hotel in Warsaw. It's very conveniently located only 10 min from Chopin airport, and has onsite underground parking. The hotel itself is very trendy and interesting, with an amazingly comfortable bed and very high quality linens. An excellent place to stay!

Comfortable stay - apartment style...

If you care about having your room cleaned everyday - keep in mind that there's NO ROOM HOUSEKEEPING - under covid-19 pandemic. Information should be updated on Hotels.com and Vienna House website.
Room was impeccably clean, but after a week stay is a mess, drowning in trash, asking for toilet paper or fresh towels. It's better to rent an apartment centrally than hotel.
Great design, breakfast fresh but boring - every day exactly the same. Breakfast still in the form of a buffet - but the stuff serves you want you ask for. Some days, ready breakfast set - plate with ham, cheese croissant etc. served directly to the table, with no choice for opting out.
