It’s nice but not a new place, with comfortable bed and all needed in room except what we unfortunately were not able to connect to wifi with provided instructions. Bigger problem were with power sockets which were not able to change our phones, or other devices, quite inconvenient before plane. Also it’s a bit too loud at night as there is a quite busy street with trams police etc.

Spacious Warsaw 2-Bedroom Apartment

A very nice apartment. I was upgraded from a studio to a 2-bedroom apartment due to a maintenance issue. Very good communication about this and prompt. The apartment was super spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable. Good security for the building. A self-service laundromat was nearby and so were restaurants (pizza, Asian, Indian, Italian, and Polish). There is a grocery store on ground level. The #7 and #15 trams by in front of the building. The panorama living room window was awesome. The reception staff was polite and helpful. Quiet and safe area. Some minor repairs needed for trim around the bedroom doorway, door on sink cabinet & refrigerator door sticking. Also, I could not get the TV to power on.

Nice long stay

I stayed 28 days at Triton Park Apartments. It was wonderful. I felt the bathroom was a little small, but I really have no complaints. The cleaning staff was wonderful. The reception desk was also great. I found the location also very good. I definately recommend the place to others.

Nice apartment for short stay. Better than hotel as you get proper fridge/freezer and microwave. Biedronka supermarket is located in the sake building.
I had great stay but if I can suggest: please provide better pillows! Mine was as flat as pancake :-(

Sweet little apartment with everything we needed for a visit to Warsaw. Getting from the parking garage to the unit was a bit tricky or maybe my map reading skills aren't so sharp! Anyway, even though you are still 20 to 30 minutes from downtown Warsaw it is very easy to hop on a tram or bus to get there.

Spacious and convenient

This is the 2nd time I have stayed in this complex and will stay there again. Trams are opposite the Apartment complex and there is a supermarket on the bottom floor of this building and there are take away and restaurants within a 5 minute walk. Just be aware that in Poland now, shop trading hours have changed and shopping at the major centres in now only be available on the first and the last Sunday each month.

The number of times your apartment will be serviced depends on the length of your stay

Take me to the Triton Park... now

The stay in Triton Park Apartments in Warszawa was outstanding. The moment you enter your apartment, you feel right at home. The reception people are helpful, accommodating. One of the receptionists took us to our apartment. Also, for a small charge we got our late check-out from the complex.
The complex is large and negotiating your way to your place for the first time might be a bit confusing.
The apartment was very clean, the bed very comfortable, the AC unit great for hot weather. The kitchenette was well equipped. We had a washing machine in our unit. That was a big plus. The only thing that was a small minus was a size of a shower cabin. It was really tiny even for me - not a 'big' person :) However, this is Europe, they are used to small baths.
Very convenient location.Shops and transport close by not to mention Videlec, a restaurant at the street level of the complex. They give you 5% discount if you show them the TritonPark key. The food was ok, the prices ok.
The apartment had a large balcony with garden furniture. You could spend time there, eating or just relaxing.
Overall, we were very happy with our accommodations and service. We would highly recommend Triton Park Apartments for people who don't want so called 'central' location stay in Warszawa.

When, for the last days of our visit in Poland, we stayed in a different hotel, we regretted it a bit.

I've 'composed' a short tune about TP: Take me to the Triton Park, Triton Park, Triton Park... now :)

Good locaiton and good price

location is good for this price, just a bit noisy as it's close to a main road. Generally will still choose this place next time if there is no better option, as i could always find a room if i need to book the stay within 5 days

Well the place is very clean and nit, however the people working there as receptionists are just purely rude and pretentious.

I would never stay as I was simply neglected when I asked for help to find an apartment on the floor which wasn't included on the floor levels in the lift.

There was no feeling of being welcomed and unfortunately very rude people!

Location,clenliness,run on low budget

The staff very friendly and helpful. Property is run on low budget.
Cleanliness very poor. Bed sheets had blood stains ,pillows were turned upside down to hide that they were used. Hair was attached to the pillow case. One set of towels had been used before and folded the way that at first glimpse won't reveal it's true condition.
Waste basket in the bathroom I had to wash to eliminate it's odor, after previous guest's usage. Coffee,tea,bathroom hotel amenities were sparly supplied. The fridge not wiped after previous usage. No air conditiniing,small fan was a joke. Location was not properly described. I went around and back tracked wasting 45 min instead of riding only 5 min on SKM train / 3 stops from Chopin Airport/ and 4 min walk from the station. Going around with luggage is not fun specially after 9 hrs of flying. Clenliness was the part which threw me off the most of all. The only good part of this place was staff at the reception desk.

The room has no air condition, which makes it not very suitable for summer. Kitchen fan is very noisy and can not be turned off. Otherwise it nice and modern appartment

Check room size before you book

I chose this place because of it's proximity to an Olympic pool at the Medical University where I trained on a daily basis - a pleasant 15 minute walk, there is a supermarket at the ground level and a pharmacy, and is close to public transport. While my room had a contemporary feel to it it was very small at 21 sq mt (221 sq ft). The bed was comfortable but the sheets were the wrong size.The bathroom was very small as was the shower bay.If you were a larger person, fitting into the shower bay would be difficult. There was no where to hang wet towels. The kitchenette was functional but did not have an extractor above the cook top. While there was a dish washer, there was no where to place hand washed items to drip off or to hang wet tea towels. The room finish was not up to standard with cornices and skirting boards not joined together properly. There was plenty of wardrobe space with three sliding, full height and width, mirrored doors but one section had not been finished off and there was still plaster dust on two of the corner cupboard walls as they had not been painted. The veranda was tiny and there was no place to sit outside even if there had been room for a chair. A requested washing machine was promptly provided but it took five separate visits to get it hooked up properly. Apartments were being refurbished so there there was the sound of drills being used and plaster dust from tradesmen's boot on hallway carpets. Rooms are serviced on a weekly basis.

The apartment was great. There is a grocery store right next to the apartments, and a restaurant nearby. It is also easy to reach downtown Warsaw. Wifi worked very well.

- staff friendly but not responsive
- charged late checkout fee
- bathroom was big but shower was small
-problems with the hot water... had to run water for a couple of minutes before hot water would come and then it was not consistent. Also, water pressure was poor.
- poor ventilation in the bathroom as the fan was not working and they did not fix it when we told them about it.

Nice hotel, comfortable transport links

Hotel located in a desireable location, which is comfortably between the airport and the city centre. It is pretty much a self service apartment and not a hotel, this said there is a supermarket located immediately downstairs :-)

What would have made my stay better would have been notification that some maintenance work was taking place during my visit, although this did not cause any disturbance to my stay other than aesthetically. Also, it seemed that the workers were smoking in the building which plagued my halls and room.

I would definitely stay here again though, nice neighbourhood, polite staff, and very affordable. It's a pity that a few circumstances prevent me from giving a 5 star rating.

Great option, 20 minutes from downtown

Comfortable one-room apartment in a big complex. Big bed, bathroom is small but new and nice. Big TV.

There is a super market and a Domino's pizza on the ground floor. Tramway and airport train stops are 300 meters each way, plus lots of buses.

The apartment was specious and comfortable - we got the two bed two bath unit. Everything needed was already in the apartment. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The grocery store is in the building downstairs, tram stop is not far away and a good restaurant around the corner. The only con would be a location, not being close to city center, however it is close to the airport.

I want to be as objective as possible with this rating, so please keep in mind that I'm writing it after not sleeping so well because of the building renovation noise in this hotel. It's a new building and they start drilling/banging at 7:30 am--so you may not want this hotel if you like to sleep past 7:30 in the morning. In the hallways and on the lift it's like a construction zone at the moment (early April) Otherwise, it's really nice (the rooms that is). Clean, well-appointed, even luxurious. The beds are really comfortable and the room looks amazing, coffee, tea and everything was there! Staff were, for the most part, helpful and good. (But not like typical North American customer service). I had one small problem finding the place and was hung up on when I tried to call the front-desk lady to give me more specific information, I was not impressed by that. But once I finally got into the building she was OK, not too grumpy. Location is not bad--quiet at night, but not close to the city centre or to any nice cafes. Centre of the city is 25-30 minutes by public transit (tram/streetcar) and 15 minutes by taxi. Nice place if you don't mind morning noise!

Apartment with pros and cons

This hotel is really a facility with apartments, apparently intended for long-term stays. The front counter is only open during business hours. The apartment we had was clean and in good condition, and reasonably large. The furnishings were somewhat lacking - for example no desk so any work had to be done using the small glass table in the condition - but OK. The apartment was not air-conditioned, so somewhat uncomfortable in hot weather. The location was good, on a major street and a large grocery store in the same building complex.

Overall this was fine for long-term stay apartments (if not sensitive to lack of air-conditioning) but not really a good substitute for a hotel for a short stay.

We were positively surprised by how comfortable, quiet and clean the apartment was. There were the amenities, we needed and the quality was high. The staff was friendly and helpful. The only inconvenience was that you need a key to get into the building and there is only one key per room.

You are doomed if sth breaks in your room.

This is not a hotel, they don't have maintenancecrew to fix broken equipment in your room in case sth happens. I was unfortunate to stay there on a Saturday, first there was a leaking pipe in the bathroom, I was given another room but had to wait over 2 hours for the room to be ready. Then after 8 pm the air conditioner, placed directly above my bed, started leaking and there was nobody at the reception desk to complain. The reception staff leaves at 8 pm and you can only speak with a security guard, who cannot help with issues other than safety. He offered to bring a fan, but it was so filthy and dusty that seeing it gave mi chills. Upon check out the front desk girl didn't even apologized when I complained, just shrug and said \"I understand\" Also the location is far away from the city center, it costs PLZ 25- 30 for a cab ride one way, so for PLZ 50 more you can get a 4 star hotel close to the city center. On the plus side the kitchen is modern and well-equipped, but it only matters if you want to cook. The studio apartments are small and good enough for a couple (one bed only), I also visited my friends who booked a 2 bedroom apartment and it makes more sense to do so, they have 2 bedrooms and a large livign room with a large sofa and an armchair.

Very spacious apartment

The apartment was ideal as a place to stay on the night before we left Warsaw for London after a week's driving tour around the north of Poland. The apartment was very spacious and comfortable with great beds and shower. There was secure parking and it was easy to drive into and out off . The only downside is that there are no restaurants serving traditional polish food within walking distance. There were pizza and other restaurants nearby.

Nice apartments.

The apartment ismextreamly clean and comfortable, although even when I asked for an apartment with washing machine and dryer ( as it was offered in expedia), they did not provide them. It is far from the airport, the taxis charge 30 pln (zlotys) each way. The entrance is about 50 meters left of the street number, and the apartments are far from the reception. The staff is extreamly kind and very touching and helpful.

Wir hatten einen tollen Ausblick vom 10. Stock. Leider liegt es an einer Hauptstraße und der Verkehr ist schon ziemlich laut. Eine Busstation ist gleich in der Nähe, die man gut nutzen kann. Die Küche könnte ein wenig besser ausgestattet sein, ansonsten haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. :)
