I rarely waste my time on writing a bad review. But, my stay at this place was simply horrible. I spent less than 48h at this place. I simply cannot recommend this place.

I do not recommend staying here.
The apartment itself was acceptable, but cleanliness was below standard. There was dirt in the dishwasher and dust on parts of the floor.
We booked a Superior Apartment because we needed separate bedrooms. Instead, we were given a Studio. Apparently, the Superior Apartment was not available, but Go Apartments never informed us. They simply placed us in a smaller, cheaper room without explanation. To make matters worse, friends of ours also booked a Superior Apartment for the same dates, but couldn’t make jt in the last minute, so how could it be unavailable?
As an apology, they offered us “two breakfasts”, which turned out to be just one breakfast for two people – another misleading gesture.
They claim the front desk is available from 07:30 to 22:30, but that is not true. When we needed assistance, no one was there. The worst experience was on the last day: we agreed with the receptionist that they would store our luggage after check-out. However, no one was available. I called three times and received no answer.
Overall, poor communication, misleading promises, and lack of reliability made this stay very disappointing.

The check in was awesome as Joanna let me check in at 1pm which was wonderful as I was tired from the journey ….. she gave precise instructions with maps how to locate different places plus bonus discount vouchers too was handed over to me but forgot to use them …., apartment was new and very clean and tidy no clutter and good location

Apartments are within a quiet residential area and several are owned by this company across the accommodation blocks. They are in excellent condition with a small kitchen area and check in is from 1430. There is a small Zabka supermarket near by and several eateries for meals. 10 min walk to public transport into the city, or a 2 mile walk alternatively.

The apartment is well sized for 2, with ample space for big luggage. Washing machine, showering gels, towels, kettle, microwave and basic kitchen utensils were provided. The area is safe and has a lot of food options. Apartment was easy to locate with the staff providing good instructions.

We just needed a quick stay overnight close to the airport. This place exceeded our expectations. Very clean and comfortable. We called to get check in instructions as we arrived after 9 pm, but everything was very smooth. Highly recommend for a short or a longer stay.

This was my second stay at the property. The apartments are fully equipped with anything you would need including spices to cook with. outside noise was nonexistent. My room cane with a bath shower combo that i really enjoyed. The bed was comfortable with two euro square pillows. The location of the apartments is excellent. There are two transportation hubs near by that connect you to where you might want to go and many sights are near by. I do not like daily cleaning and this property cleans after guests leave so I was happy. There are several grocery stores in the area to get supplies. I have stayed here twice and would stay again if I visited Warsaw.

The property is very close to the Warsaw Hub. There’s a grocery store in the bottom level of the Hub. There are also restaurants and convenient shops very close by the apartments.

All 3 of the workers were amazing! Joanna, Olgierd, and Andrzej. Housekeeping as well. They were quick, clean, and efficient. One helpful tip, make sure to request for a room with AC. Thoroughly enjoyed staying here! The Vietnamese spot in the plaza was delicious. There was a market nearby as well which I frequented often.

Very noisy though as opposite a building site that starts at 6am and a courtyard with other blocks with loud music blaring out from various balconies.

Great appartment

Well designed appartment. Plenty of storage. Washing machine hidden in cupboard came in very handy along with the huge airers. Great balcony which looked out onto the other apartments and gardens. Nice to have somewhere to sit outside for breakfasts and also on a night. Restaurants on complex.
Close to The Hub for a larger supermarket and a few shops and other eateries. The Metro station is also there.
About 20 minute walk from main train station in Warsaw. Would definitely stay again.

It is a beautiful, clean apartment and a perfect location. The apartment has washing machines, a kitchen and dishes. It is fantastic for family trips. The apartment holder is kind; thank you for waiting for us to check in due to the cancelling flight. High recommend choosing this one. It is my first choice if I go to Warsaw next time.

The sheets were almost yellow instead ot white and had stains on them. DIsgusting to sleep on them. Receptionist did not speak English. Nobody answered and both number given to us. Nobody change the sheets. This is not even 1 star hotel standard. I was thinking of taking photo and publishing it but this is humiliating!

Spacious quiet apartment with everything I needed.

Very pleasant stay with everything I needed. The only thing I would suggest is to include fitted bed sheet rather than flat sheet as every night I woke up sleeping almost on the mattress which is not very hygienic. Other than that everything was perfect.

Management needs improving

The management is absolutely terrible. Trying to figure out which room was ours was an utter nightmare. I was given 3 conflicting room numbers throughout the complex. The room itself was nice except there are no instructions on how to use the AC or television. Checkout was the biggest headache of all with no one being in reception and the door being locked i called multiple numbers and no one answered the phone. Thoroughly frustrating experience.

The appointment was nice inside but that is all, the TV didn't work and after it was fixed i found that it was not a smart TV so i couldn't watch anything as i don't speak polish.
The worst thing was after sleeping there for two night i have been biten 5 times by bed bugs

Very comfortable, bright, clean, welcoming apartment in a very good location, close to subway. Grocery store was a farther away but still walkable distance. Customer service was excellent as they had agents on site and they were responsive. The washing machine did not work but they offered us the use of the washing machine in their office. A user guide in English for appliances would have been helpful.

The room was great, the complex is very close to transit, there are a bunch of nice restaurants within a 5 minute walk, and the staff and reception are very helpful. The apartments are also a close walk to the Warsaw Uprising Museum and many others.

The apartments are great - close to metro line (M2) and easy to use as a base to the centre of Warsaw. The local area has limited facilities but the Night Market will suit younger (18+) visitors to Warsaw. Nonetheless, I would recommend the apartments and location to anyone visiting Warsaw. You can even walk to the centre and we often did. Warning to all - avoid taxis in Warsaw - generally overcharge - and no need buses, trams, metro all excellent and very cheap. Only downside to the property is that despite claiming to be open from 0730-2230 every day, five visits to the Go Apartments reception were all in vain - never found anyone there.

I didnt know that that my accommodation was in another building.it was a great hassle for me to haul my luggages to check in in their office building,especially on my first time when it was raining.furthermore,first stay was a big hassle to open units door,as there were two different keys .second stay was a long walk ,crossing street and several buildings.then,all of a sudden two guys enter my unit,thinking it was theirs.fortunately,i was fully clothes.they were able to access my unit.theirs was the adjacent one. Lastly,ive suffered severe itching on my body,thinking it was the hot water.it seemed that it was the soap in liquid format that guests have to use as body and hair wash.i will never stay there again,even if its complimentary.

It is unfortunate that, whilst in almost every other regardt these apartments are top notch, in three aspects that are important to me, they fell short of what I would want/expect.
Firstly, whilst advertising free Wi-Fi, it wasn't available, and, after reporting same, nothing was seemingly done to rectify the situation.
Secondly, the shades let in far too much light, and so once awake, it was difficult to get back to sleep.
Finally, the TV reception was so poor that it was impossible to watch.

Spacious modern clean apartment amongst many other similar apartments.Has excellent amenities. Car parking was available for reasonable cost in garage under building. Limited free parking in street. Need to use intercom to enter building next door where GO apartment reception is and no English instructions for this. Old town and new town centre are walkable and tram or train also nearby. There is a convenience store across the road as well as a few restaurants. The cafe \"At Home\" was excellent with wonderful food, service and value. We had dinner there both nights and they also do breakfast and lunch. Highly recommend these apartments.

They got my back in time of trouble. I lost my cel phone in a public transportation bus. I ordered a new one, but I was scheduled to be in Krakow when the phone was due to arrive. However, the wonderful staff of Go Apt took care of me. They received the package and saved it for me until I went back to Warsaw. I can't thanked them enough for making my experience in Warsaw a great one

Enjoyable stay!

Follow the instructions to find the reception office! The google map is a little bit confusing, it takes me some time to find the reception office. But everything is pleasing. There are several good restaurants and grocery stores near the apartment. The room is neat and facilities are new. You can smoke and get fresh air at the balcony as well. Totally satisfied with the accommodation. Thanks a lot.

Hotel is in a brand new building with all appliances and necessities. The rooms were very spacious and clean and the staff were excellent. We loved the bed and had great sleep. The staff went out of their way to help us find local transportation and Ubers. In particular Olgierd was very helpful--even though we were running late, he reassured us that he would wait for us so that we could check-in without any problems. When we arrived, he told us all about the neighbourhood and really made us feel like we were at home. We highly recommend this apartment to anyone going to Warsaw.

Arrival was slightly difficult, as the address is for an entire block, and there a number of different entrances around the four sides, and no signage. It would have been helpful to have more detailed instruction for which entrance to use (G4, on the east side). Although the building appears to be very secure, a safe in the flat for valuables would have been welcome. The apartment itself was great - the small balcony was a very pleasant place to have breakfast.

Overall very nice stay.

Pros:
Friendly staff, clean apartment. Nice and modern design. Great Internet connectivity. Great shower. Area is close to all type of public transportation so you can quickly get anywhere. Some places in a short walking distance. Great (!) local restaurants and cafes just downstairs.

Points to improve:
Can’t make the appartment dark (not even the bedroom).
Checkin location was hard to find (signs only in Polish).

It was lovely. Everything was clean and where it needed to be. The staff constantly replaced water bottles free of charge in the bedroom. The breakfast was extremely delicious; it was full of so many options. They had a delicious cappuccino machine. It was also extremely close to everything in Krakow.

Nice full serviced apartment. This is not a hotel so don't expect a front desk etc, More like airbnb. Awkward to check In and get the keys. Very good value for money and convenient to airport bus 175 to airport and to old town.

I'd stay there again, but my wife thought surrounding neighbourhood was a little run down.

Lovely Apartments just outside the Town Centre

Had a 5 day stay in Warsaw, the apartments are very clean and well equipped. They are just outside of the town centre with a tram ride into the main centre of town or the Old Town. The staff on reception where very helpful and provided us with the details of which trams to get into town etc. Would definitely recommend if you are not looking for a hotel.

Perfect apartment for the weekend

We have stayed in the apartment for 3 nights. It is very nice space, very clean and modern. The apartment is well equipped and not to far from public transport and tube line. Only 2 stops from city centre makes is very easy and convenient way to get around. Travelling by taxi is more difficult as you need to ring to order one and can't really wave one of the street so might be a good idea to get few numbers or apps for taxi service before travelling. Would very strongly recommend. Polite and helpful stuff are always there to help!

Had an overnight stay,apartment was great!downside is it is not accessible to all types of transport and we had to walk far to the main street to gain access to a bus or tram. Should be a good place to stay during the summer not in the winter time. Also,had difficulty finding the place as there were no signboards,google map directed us to the right building but had no idea where to go after. Only after we rang the proprietor(using my mobile phone credit for roaming calls) did we get to the right place. So anyone booking for this accomodation should get all details including accurate directions and what to do once gettinf to the place. Il

i love this new, clean, modern, stylish and very beautiful apartment. i feel very much at home. nearby are cafes and supermarket. owner was often kind and helpful. however, i have problem with check-in as there's no reception. i was at lost to get in touch and to get in the apartment as the phone number given in my hotel.com booking was incorrect. so you must make advance arrangement to collect the key. i also don't know how to operate the tv. other then these minors hiccups everything else was great. i had a wonderful stay.
