Highly recommended stay. I would certainly return for my next visit.
I encountered an error with my reservation. The front desk employee, Wenika, provided exceptional assistance in resolving my issue and alleviating any concerns I had. It was the best customer service I have ever experienced.
Additionally, Patuyya (I am uncertain if I spelled it correctly) progressed the situation smoothly.
The location is great, but there was some construction on site that caused noise early in the morning.

I loved this hotel, very close to the entertainment district within Warsaw, easy walking distance to many attractions and sites.
The hotel has services such as breakfast and you can make dinner reservations in the restaurant, easy to work with staff that will easily accommodate request such as taxi services etc.
The room that I received was mind blowing!! I chose the King 1 bedroom suite and it did not disappoint!! Luxury mixed with modern touches!! It was just as the pictures shown.. The one picture they don’t show is that in the Livingroom of this suite the ceiling is glass which made for incredible night views. If you’re from the states and traveling to Poland for the first time consider staying at this hotel for your stay!

Hotel indigo was lovely and modern, located near popular shopping and restaurant area. A bit far from the old town, but we did walk there a few times. Breakfast was delicious and different than the normal American fare. We loved it. Lobby was beautiful and comfortable and the bar was great too. Bartender was nice and friendly and made great drinks. Room was modern and comfortable. The light switches were very odd though, and hard to figure out. You would try to turn on a specific light and instead the whole room would go dark. Also, we like a cool room for sleeping and couldn’t get the AC to cool much, if at all. It was comfortable for the day, but at night under a heavy duvet it was too warm. Beds and pillows and bedding were all very comfortable, and our room was serviced daily without problem. All hotel staff were very friendly and nice. All in all we were satisfied and liked the hotel

One night in Warsaw…

The location of the hotel was ideal, within walking distance of the museums, old town, and the main shopping area. The reception staff were all very helpful with suggestions of where to eat and what to see. The bar area was great for a nightcap and the breakfast was amazing… Prosecco for breakfast! Ours kept us satiated until supper time!

Great hotel in a great location

Gorgeous hotel, in a superb location- huge room and very comfortable bed - super friendly staff, 2 small issues - the window in the room didn’t shut 100% so traffic noise from the busy road outside could be heard through the night. The breakfast is an a la carts. Only drinks are self service - so after placing your order it takes 20-25 mins to arrive - not ideal for breakfast when you have a train to catch.. and when it arrives (scrambled egg with salmon on toast.. it comes looking amazing - with edible flowers, tomatoes, a side salad, bean sprouts etc etc… all of which I took off as I dint ask for them or want them!!!

Hard to beat antwhere!

We stayed in the Warsaw Indigo for one night while connecting to our flight back to th US. The location is great, the room was huge, clean, and comfortable, the staff was fabulous, and the restaurant was super. We give this hotel a strong endorsemenr for any purpose in Warsaw, whether pleasure or business.

The hotel is beautiful and is immaculately decorated but unfortunately I can not give it a satisfactory review... Since the day I check in I had trouble with a thermostat in the room. They said that they were going to fix it they also mentioned that they were going to give me another room none of the above happened I had to be calling every day to make sure I had a decent temperature in my room. I must say that one of the staff members by the name of Jacob was excellent in helping me out with this situation. I'm very grateful to him.

One of the best hotels in Warszawa

I was here a couple of years ago and really like it. So I decided to come bacon. I love the hotel design and how confortable are the rooms. I will only advise that if you have light sleep to not ask for a room with view to the city. It can get loud. Now I do want to remark that when I spoke with the reception they offered me to change room. I used some plugs for my ears and that was enough.

This is a very nice hotel, however we had some issues. The club right next door was open all nights until 3am. This caused massive issues. We were moved to a smaller room which was still noisy. No atmosphere at bar and hardly any tv channels you’d expect from a hotel like this. The breakfast was amazing as were the breakfast staff. The reception staff were not so much.

Overall a very nice and clean hotel with courteous staff, I did not like the breakfast at all. I ordered the waffle which was clearly a frozen prepared dish at a high price, I would avoid the breakfast in the hotel. All else was nice

Great place to stay. It's very central to Warsaw and near good transport links and lively main street Nowy Swiat.

The staff are very welcoming and helpful.

The room was fantastic, cleaned and tidied each day, warm, well equipped with all anybody could need. Nice shower room too.

The lobby area is possibly not to everybody's tastes, with a massive modern chandelier, and a see-through lift, plus a comfortable bar area, but I like it. The restaurant Flo at the front of the building, is also really great for food and convenience.

I recommend this hotel highly.

This place was great! I loved the location and the room. The staff was fantastic, from the front desk to the cleaning staff, all super nice and hospitality. And the restaurant staff for breakfast! Wow! Just great (and so was the breakfast). Warsaw is great, but coupled with this place, it makes it amazing. I will stay here again.

Absolutely beautiful hotel! The lobby was gorgeous and my room was very large (even for American standards) and beautiful. Excellent location right by the old town area. Loved it and would stay again.

Hotel Indigo is a great spot in Warsaw center for business or for pleasure. Rooms are superb, well appointed, and roomy. If I have one beef, I feel breakfast is bit over-priced but it was excellent!

Beautiful, modern hotel in a fantastic location (literally a beat away from Nowy Swiat street).

Really friendly team, modern rooms with amazing features such as the wall to ceiling window looking out onot the atrium, lovely ambient lighting to help you relax, large TV, ultra comfy bed and luxurious bathroom with overhead rain shower.

Will absolutely be coming back to this hotel - Warsaw is such a beautiful city and staying at this hotel just added to the experience.

Best hotel in Warszawa

I had been in many hotels in Warszawa in the last years. None of them had been as nice as this one. The bathroom is big really clean, the bedrooms are also clean and nicely decorated. I am sure that I will come back here. Also the location is unbeatable.
