The location of the hotel was perfect, and the staff was very friendly. The room was clean and ready earlier than expected. Warsaw is a loud and busy city, but the room was very well-sound proofed.

I believe this hotel is over priced. It says that there would be an airport shuttle, I had to pay for my own uber there and back from the airport. Tried every way possible calling hotel and trying to reach the front desk. For that price they could’ve include just an average breakfast and free coffee. Even 60$ hotels have that. Be careful if you would like to ask for anything, that would be an extra charge.

Friendly, efficient service from start to finish. A no bottled water policy is in place, which means you can refill a provided carafe from the communal fountains if you want water, instead of being given bottled water. It'd be nice to be able to get sparkling water from these points. The self serve jacuzzi/sauna/gym (opened from 6am to midnight), is a nice touch, we chose this over the breakfast. There was no bathrobe in the room which came as a surprise. Nice, firm bed, usual tea making facilities in place.

Very clean and staff were very friendly. Breakfast choices were excellent, especially for gluten free (but sometimes bread was not available).
Only thing letting it down was the elevators (not in service or didn't work properly) and it was difficult to find the stairs.

Brilliant stay, excellent breakfast options. Fabulous use of facilities sauna open early until late.

Lovely hotel in great location, extremely easy check-in and checkout.
Room was compact, not a lot of storage space, but was fine for a short trip.
Bed was fine for me, but a little hard for my wife.
Only problem was the aircon.
The room was quite stuffy with no open window, so it needed the aircon on full blast, which was quite noisy. It was also not very effective, didn't cool the room down even on its lowest setting.
Hotel breakfast was very nice, lots of choices, although didn't have an egg station, which we normally enjoy.

Cheap and cheerful but not 4* standard

Overall, the staff are lovely and helpful. However, my stay was not great (this largely out of the hands of the staff and they did their best to help me).

I stayed for 2 nights and had to change rooms twice because of noise: once due to refurbishment work (drilling directly above me) and once due to a disco event taking place a level below. On the second night, a member of staff entered my room at half past midnight and woke me up, presumably because my move hadn't been logged on the system.

The hotel has been refurbished recently, and, while the rooms look nice, the new look isnt practical. Instead of bedside tables there are weird stool-type things that have a concave top and a hole in the middle. So you cant put a drink or your jewellery on them because it'll fall over or slip down the hole. The bathroom lighting is terrible and you cant see yourself unless you stand away from the mirror to catch the overhead lighting.

The hotel has a water machine on each floor and carafes in each room - eco friendly - but there was no sparkling water on 4 different floors because the CO2 needed replacing.

The room temperature is like a furnace and no amount of changing the thermostat will affect it.

There were other little niggles, none of which were terrible, but add up to the fsct that this does not feel like a 4* hotel. If you want cheap and cheerful, stay here. If you want 4* service and surroundings, go round the corner to the Intercontinental.

So much to improve

I had to change 3-rooms until I finally provided with a room that is not near their 3rd floor renovation.
The 1st was the closest room to the renovation area on the same floor
The 2nd was a room was few floors over the renovation area, although I was promised that the room is on the other side of the hotel - away from the renovation.
Only the 3rd room as sufficiently away so I did not hear the power hammers.

Also, the hotel stop providing electric adaptors. I was forced to go to stores to look for an adapter and couldn't find the correct one. This meant that I couldn't do the work I had to while staying at the hote.

Having stayed here before, I knew how convenient the hotel is for the city. It is adjacent to a large shopping mall and the palace of culture & a nice 25 min walk to the Old Town to take in some lovely culture. The hotel is clean, with very friendly staff, only marked down slightly due to some internal renovations going on, which didn’t impact at all, but was less aesthetically pleasing than previous visits in the reception area, but definitely didn’t dampen the experience & would definitely recommend staying there.

Not sure where to start. The rooms and the hotel is dated. Everyday at exactly 9 am we could hear a drill waking everyone’s up. It drilled for 5-10 minutes and stopped. The air conditioning was very loud and had to turn it off every evening as it stopped us from falling asleep. You can hear guest behind the wall either ralking or taking a shower. There is also a noticeable noise from outside. The housekeeper entered our room twice although we explicitly left the ‘do not disturb card’ outside. When called the reception about cutlery, they advised us to call the restaurant next door but also to collect the cutlery in-person. Otherwise we would be charged. The rooms didn’t have water bottles or basic things like spoons. I do not recommend staying at this hotel.

We liked the location. The room is definitely in need of renovating. We were also told we would get drink vouchers if we didn’t have cleaning service and we didn’t get any of them ( should have been 4), and we made sure the tag was on the door marked…. Also, after checking out, we got a rental car and needed to load our luggage, and the officers would not let my husband pull over for 1 minute to load up. Very frustrating.

I was very disappointed with this hotel. The first room I was given, on the 4th floor, had a simple thin flat sheet covering the mattress, and it wasn’t even large enough to cover the whole mattress. This is an excellent way to end up with a bed bug infestation. The second room, also on the 4th floor, had a dirty bathroom and the AC unit wasn’t working. Both rooms were very dated, as are the hallways. The third room was better, it was renovated and clean. The bed was comfortable but unfortunately the AC unit was not working properly since I had it set to 18C it should have been freezing in the room, it wasn’t. At 18C, running all night and day, the temperature felt more like 24C then 18C. Overall, this hotel could be good if the work was put into renovating it properly. The hotel location is excellent.

We came as tourists, but a number of guests were here on business. It’s clean and just a 5-10 minute walk from the central train station. It’s a $5 am Uber ride from Old Town. An easy walk to the Palace of Culture and Science—which has no exhibitions really but an observation tower. Room was ok-typical business hotel room. Shower could have been better—very little pressure when shower on, but it was ok. Was fine for our 4 night stay with plenty of breakfast options. Nice staff.

Generally, the hotel is ok. But I will never use it again.
The furniture is outdated. To turn off the lights you have to walk all over the room and turn it off lamp by lamp. Especially when you’re tired after the long trip, it’s super annoying. And bathtub was dirty
