Oxidation

Arrived late, was given a room that was been oxidated. The machine was still in the room. Very strong chemical smell, can only wonder what had transpired in the room. Made a mistake trying fatigued to just sleep it through, just to get a headache from the fumes.

The property is tired, needing update, so do I after little rest.

This hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. It was a short walk to the center of town, and it was easy to navigate from the hotel to different parts of the city. The breakfast was great, and the staff was helpful when we had questions about where to go and how to get around.

The water in the shower and bathtub does not maintain a constant temperature. Sometimes it runs hot and sometimes cold. This can lead to burns. There is a design flaw in the hot water installation. The mixer (regulator is damaged).

Comfortable and modern room with charging/connectivity options on both sides of bed. Downside was being situated beliw the ‘club lounge’ with its hard floor - disappointing noise until 2300.
Breakfast very good. Restaurant/bar also rather pleasant, if only to avoid being in our room and nit have to listen to the racket above…!
Check in a bit delayed, had to sit for 30 mins waiting.

The staff was incredibly helpful and welcoming. The hotel itself was in pristine condition, and you could tell room cleaning is kept at a high standard. The hotel breakfast was outstanding with many options, and again, staff was very professional and kind. During my next stay in Warsaw, I would not even think twice about staying at this Westin location.

VERY limited (one to be exact) club food choices compared to past (12 ) stays. Not replenished often. Rooms are badly bedded- unfitting bedding, bad pillows. Fridge is screwed locked. Coffee/tea area removed. Very limited closet space. Hair dryer useless. Staff denied any satisfaction claiming nothing was changed. Not true. Will not recommend and will not return. Plenty fantastic hotels around to choose from.

The change of room setup, the very limited food at the club and unresponsive staff is a huge change from my previous at least a dozen stays at Warsaw Westin. Very disappointing is an understatement. Unresponsive front staff manager was an insult to my senses. Despite his admission to agree with my observations and concerns, nothing was offered. Huge disappointment to my friend and myself. I’m sure the management can do better.

Really wonderful check-in process and representative that helped us was great. Nice location. It is walkable from the train station, also close to some points of interest always love a heavenly bed and bath at Westin, was surprised that the shower had some grout missing around the floor/shower entry that looked pretty gnarly and I wouldn’t expect to see and haven’t ever seen at a Westin before, but the bath was great.

Value for money hotel

Stay was good. Just a note, being a 5-star hotel, they didn't give us any vanity kit. Breakfast was great, they have this lavender oil which helped us sleep well. I requested for extra and they gave us.

It was okay. Not up to the Westin standard.

I was expecting a nicer hotel. The room was rundown. They LOCKED the minibar, which we thought was strange. The staff was friendly and we appreciated the suggestions they made for dinner places. It was a bit of a walk to old town. Overall it was okay but I guess I expected more.

Could be Superb but it's not

This is a great hotel that could.be superb. It has three lifts and having stayed here maybe 5 times on each occasion at least 1 lift is broken. This trip 2 lifts. That means long waits getting to your room. I am fanatical about cleanliness and more attention is needed in the bathrooms. It's ok but ok is not great..I would still recommend this hotel. Staff are lovely and it has a good gym. The beds are great.

The hotel is 20 stories high served by only 3 elevators! One was out of service during my 4 nights stay and on last day another elevator went out of service ! So the entire hotel was running on one elevator , while checking out I had to stay for more than 20 min before jamming ourself inside a crowded elevator along with my luggage !! This happened while the hotel was hosting a big event , I don’t know how such situation was managed also the check out process was vey slow and the reception has a single employee whiteout any attention to long queue of customers, strangely the hotel manager passing by without any care for guests comfort !!

Great hotel. High standards. The front staff were nice, but the English was a bit tough.
My only complaint is that I was not told I was upgraded until I asked if I could just get a coffee to go from the amazing breakfast spread— they then told me breakfast was included, and I had access to the exec lounge. It was my last day.

The property is in excellent condition with a beautiful architectural design, and it's in a great location near the city center. The staff is friendly and fluent in English. (If you're a Westerner and have traveled in parts of central Europe, you know that Western service is not a \"given\", but the staff was uniformly friendly and helpful & polite.

The room was spotless and there were a lot of nice touches to make the room feel luxurious. 1 small negative thing - I was not able to use the mini bar because it wouldn't unlock, but otherwise, this was a great spot to stay.

we stayed on 13th floor, the room vas pretty outdated. Shower was moldy on the floor, toilet push plate on the wall constantly stuck in the wall ( very annoying at night)
Even tipping extra room lady didn't helped, we had to called for water, coffee refill, empty bottles in the shower. But very friendly front desk stuff and conveniently located. I wouldn't be staying there again.

Great 5 starts hotel

Located in the business center near a large shopping mall (750m) in a very central location. Room is large, well equiped and very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was just great!
