Beautiful and comfortable new hotel. Room very spacious and modern. Staff excellent and arranged a very early taxi for my departure. Located in a nice area and only a 10 minute walk to Old Town. Wish I could have stayed longer. Without hesitation, I would stay here on a future visit to Warsaw!

The only small disappointment was the room was always warm so it was difficult to sleep so we had to open the window and it was a bit noisy outside.

Clean room most of the time! Sadly housecleaning was missed once.

We have been to over forty countries and stayed at some pretty fancy hotels. This Puro was without doubt the best hotel we have every stayed in. Why?
Well it was elegant in a mid-centuiry modern way and also brand new. But those proved to be superficial.
It was the staff that made our experience. You see on the second day of our trip my wife fell and broke her shoulder and required surgery. I'm 80 and she's 78 and neither of us speak a word of Polish. The Puro staff was our interface that made it possible to eventually get home safely with a new shoulder. We are profoundly grateful.

My room and bathroom reminded me of a Viking cruise ship, earth tones, natural wood, stone and brick. Modern but relaxing and cozy. The reception staff were very helpful. I would stay there again.

We always loved Puro hotels for their attention to details and design. This particular hotel didn’t appeal to us aesthetically, though. The design is too minimalistic and lacks colours. The wifi was very poor as well. Also no FREE coffee option in the lobby. It felt also a bit like a let down that we don’t get any benefits for using Puro hotels regularly. Maybe it’s time to change the brand.

I had an excellent stay at the PURO Hotel in Warsaw. This lovely, Nordic-style hotel was exactly what I needed - clean, fashionable, and incredibly comfortable. The design is modern yet cozy, with thoughtful touches throughout that make the atmosphere feel both stylish and inviting.

The location is fantastic, very close to the center of the Old Town and a short walk (20mins) from to the Palace of Culture and Science, as well as many other central businesses and attractions. It made getting around the city incredibly convenient.

The staff were warm, welcoming, and always ready to help. The beds and pillows were exceptionally comfortable - I slept like a dream. I also loved starting my mornings with delicious coffee and croissants from the hotel’s restaurant cafeteria.

All in all, everything about my stay was great. I would definitely come back and highly recommend PURO Hotel to anyone visiting Warsaw.

2025年に開業した、デンマーク、イタリア人によるGamFratesiがデザインしたホテル。
ロイヤルコペンハーゲン、バングアンドオルフセン、デパドパといったデザインのリードする企業の製品をデザインしているデザイナー、と知って納得しました！
インテリアも建築も細部までデザイン仕切った贅沢な空間でくつろげます。
デザイナーの意向をここまで再現したホテルもなかなかないなあという印象です。デザイン好き、インテリア好き、建築好きの方には、激推ししたいホテルです。

ホテルの朝食はアラカルトで好きなメニューを好きなだけ注文するスタイル。2泊したので気になったメニューを試してみましたが、どれも繊細でありながら意外性のある味付けで朝食でありながら楽しめました。

友人には自信を持って勧められるホテルです。

Det var virkelig en fornøjelse top kvalitet og service - godt gået. Jeg skriver under morgenmad at der godt kunne være mulighed for at bestille brie eller dansk skære ost. Blot et forslag - morgenmaden var ellers bare så lækker.
I kan ikke få ros nok 👌 men overvej ostevalget - det vil toppe det endnumere.

Med det er alt fra en meget tilfreds familie.
