We loved the location of this property. Within 1km of so many dining options and shopping plazas, as well as local indulgences. The receptionist was super sweet and very professional. Super safe and quiet location which was a plus! Will definitely keep this place in mind for future stays. The only thing my friends and I would’ve loved to see as an amenity was gym access.

The apartment was clean and equipped with everything needed (towels, linen, cookware, hair dryer). Recommend having shampoo/conditioner options. Note: must check in first for parking instructions.

The apartment has no air conditioning and two fans that work somewhat alright. It indicates dryer but that means a drying rack and a towel rack that warms up (no actual dryer). Parking is limited upon arrival so we had to park in a lot a block away until we got our parking pass. Room

great apartment in good location
We stayed here as a family and were happy with the apartment, location, and service. We able to walk many places, and also close to the metro, and a nice view of the palace of culture and science. We used the kitchen and enjoyed having a bakery right across the courtyard. The only downside is that the second bedroom got pretty hot since it did not have a window ~ though there were fans, which helped. Overall, we were pleased.

They only give you 1 key for the whole family. Even is there are 4 adults renting on two bedroom apartment. And since you do not have any access to elevator or even to stairs without that room key you always have to have that one key on you on you. If it is locked, the room doesn't open from inside without the key as well. So the problem is that if one of the family leaves the room that person has to take the key with him to be able to leave and to come back, but the rest has to remain in the room without ability to leave, to use elevator or stairs or even make it to the underground parking.

There was no shower in the apartment, it was not mentioned in the description and there is no AC, only one portable fan. I stayed during every hot weather therefore it was a major factor. The apartment was in a wonderful location. Walking to old town was easy for the metro line was only about 200 yards away. Clean. Safe , and a washer machine. Only down side it was hot and there wasn't any a/c. Would definitely go again but in cooler weather! Warszawa was great.

This is a very modern and large apartment hotel that is well located in Warsaw to see all the sights.The only thing missing was a toaster. We could walk to all the sights from here in 20 - 30 minutes - the Old Town, the New Town and the modern business section with its towering skyscr apers. The Jewish area is also close by. Having a washer/dryer is a real bonus when you have been on the road travelling.

This apartment is really good, it has best location, bus stops, metro, shopping mall, everything is nearby. The room is quite big, everything is completely included. And cleaning staff will come everyday to change towels. It’s like you have housekeeper in your home. But one thing I want to mention, it doesn’t have a shower curtain, when you take a shower, the water is splashing everywhere.

The place is perfectly located. Staff is friendly and professional. The apartment has a good size and the building is very nice. What let's is down is the lack of air conditioning. It was VERY hot inside and at this price point you really expect air con to be there. I don't recommend it for the summer but thumbs up when the temperature drops down.

We had trouble finding where to check-in initially, only because we were not concentrating, (we ended up in the Atelier office building, instead of the Exclusive Apartments building right next door...) Once we got to the right place though, we received a warm welcome. The apartment exceeded my expectations! Clean, spacious and modern furnishing - it really did feel like a home away from home for us. Our 1 bedroom studio had everything we needed, and it was great just been able to relax, make our own meals and catch up on our laundry. Having tea and coffee available for us in our apartment was such a thoughtful touch, and one we appreciated so much after a long day of traveling. Highly recommended, and we will definitely stay here again.

There’s a permanent loud “ham” noise coming from the kitchen/ bathroom ventilation system that can not be silenced..
They also do not make the beds, but I do not care about this one.
The appt is 15 m in from central train station, 25 min from the royal castle, and there are several food stores and restaurants around.
Also, the building is housing several office suites. Someone was drilling during the day as late as 21:30!

Aside from the fact that the coffee maker did not work this place is awesome. It's in a nice building with a doorman on duty 24/7. Check in was easy and the staff all spoke English which was a plus. It was a little hard to figure out where to check in but when you get to the address, you basically walk past the building security which is the left and there's a small office which is where you check in. They'll walk you to your room. 1/2 block away is Charlotte restaurant which has great breakfast. There's also a grocery store about 2 blocks away.

This was a very nice hotel located centrally in Warsaw. It requires a passcode to get in and there was a Concierge at the desk, so it was very secure.
The apartment was spacious and very clean. Lots of room for 4 people. There was an enclosed patio with lots of windows. Not much of a view from our rooms, but very nice anyway. There was a full kitchen that came in very handy, also.
This was my first stay in Europe, so just one more point to make for people in a similar situation. The booking said the our room included a washer and dryer. I was looking forward to avoiding a laundromat. It had a small washer that worked fine. However, I couldn't find a dryer. As it turns out, I found a clothes rack in one of the closets, which turned out to be the dryer. Apparently, electric dryers are not common in houses in Poland. We just allowed for extra drying time.
Overall, this was a great hotel and I would definitely recommend it.

I'll start with the postives... The location is great. The apartment is very clean and very well equipped. The negatives... We booked a two bedroom apartment for 6 guests (we're a family of four) and got a one bedroom apartment with a pull out couch. The fix was an additional folding cot. Not very comfortable. Even less comfortable was no air conditioning or a fan on a hot summer night in Warsaw. Combine the two and you're looking at a night of little sleep.
However, I would still recommend the apartments for the positive reasons. It's a very well equipped apartment within easy walking distance of old town. So far the best hotel for the price during our extended driving tour. Everything was in excellent condition. No breakfast available but lots of coffee cafes. Have a good GPS because all city center hotels are a little hard to find especially in Poland.

The condition of the apartment was to a good standard. Not luxurious but comfortable in a nice building. The balcony was a nice feature. Pity, we couldn't the television to work as the channel selection was vast with many Int' networks represented. Kitchen and bathroom facilities were modern and acceptable.This accommodation has a full time doorman and security is very good. The neighborhood is safe as well and a short walk to many of the cities busy shopping streets. There is a park nearby as well. This is not a hotel but a serviced apartment. The two girls in the office were friendly and helpful.
