We really enjoyed staying here, room was modern and clean. They area has restaurants and stores to buy supplies. The water cooler is a great idea which we used often. Breakfast is good, a little more variety would be nice though. The front desk staff seemed cold and unapproachable. Even at the initial check-in, it seemed we were bothering them when trying to check in. It would be nice if they could acknowledge the guests when they are coming/going from the hotel. A smile goes a long way!

It’s a new and clean hotel. The breakfast is good and staff are polite, however, there is no shampoo or conditioner in the hotel! It was only one liquid for buddy wash and shampooing . There is no lotion in the bathroom. There is no fridge in the room and the TV was very small! Bed and pillows were good.

Small rooms, but decent size bathroom with shower.

Room is so narrow that the clearance between the end of the bed and the wall is about 20cm. The TV is mounted at head height on the wall, and so I hit my head on it, three times, whilst moving from the window to the bathroom!

Also, the bathroom fan is on. Always. All night. At checkout they said they could turn it off from reception. Maybe put a notice saying so in the bathroom?

Finally, didn't get asked how my stay was when I checked out. That's a basic, and costs the hotel nothing. It's nice to be asked.

Very good hotel overall. Close to Marriott / Hilton quality.
Not outdated, in Warsaw city center.
Clean rooms, nice bed and TV. Breakfast is great!
Each floor has ironing room, water fountain with 3 options ( tap water / spring water / very spring water). In rooms it's a coffee/ tea packets and electric tea pot. No refrigerator, no safe box.
Only one thing to make it better is just to add Shampoo and Conditioner option in bathroom instead of shower gel/ shampoo 2-in-1 option.

Stay was average but room was missing several basic amenities like a clock, tissues, fridge, conditioner. It lists laundry facilities but there are none at this hotel, which was a point of me choosing it. Room only had 3 pillows and no blanket. And only 2 thin towels. Shower drains slowly too but good water pressure.

This is my third visit and an extended stay at Ibis Styles Warszawa City, Poland.
It is still my best choice,

I was disappointed that the room this time was the smallest I ever had.

I also had to nudge for the miny-fridge that typically is ready in the room. (for milk and Activia) I do not have to push to receive it.

Other than these two, the roomkeep and service are great.

I stayed here for two nights in October 2022. There's a lot to like about this hotel. Nice spotlessly clean rooms. A great breakfast. Good location.

My stay, however, was ruined the noise on the 3rd floor. The first night, another guest and I noticed a loud thumping coming from somewhere in the middle of the floor around 9.30pm at night. It was like a herd of elephants charging through the area and could be heard across the whole floor. We complained to reception and they said they would invesitage. The noise stopped shortly afterwards so I assumed it had been some mechanical problem that had been fixed.

On the last morning of my stay - a Sunday - I was hoping to have a nice lie in only to be awoken by the loud thumping again at 7.30am. I rang reception to complain. This time the receptionist was completely unsympathetic, said that it was coming from the running machine in the gym and that I should just wait for it to stop. I went to the Fitness Room myself to see if that was indeed the source of the noise. It was and I had ask the guest to stop running. To give a sense of how loud the noise was, my room was in the middle of the floor and the fitness room was at one end. The guest who had also complained the first night was even further away from the fitness room than I was!

When I checked out I complained again. The receptionist seemed to be fully aware of the problem and suggested that I should have been moved rooms but this was never offered to me. It should have been o

I had originally booked this hotel from March 31st to April 7th of this year. However, because of the pandemic COVID-19, I was unable to even fly out to Europe from Canada because of the travel bans instilled, thus I never had a chance to stay at this hotel. My rating is based on the fact that I was still charged the full amount to stay at a hotel I never stayed at. Expedia presumptively called this hotel and even though there’s a pandemic going on, the hotel refused to give us a refund, basically keeping the money even though we didn’t have a chance to stay at their facility or use any of their services. That’s ridiculous and honestly, horrible customer service that they’re not understanding or empathetic of the current situation. Other hotels (even the strict cancellation ones) are even waiving those rules because of what’s going on in the world, so I don’t understand their decision. I’m sorry, but I would not book this hotel again or recommend to friends and family if this is how their customer service is.

The hotel is really modern and a better level of service and general comfort than other ibis hotels. The room was really spacious, bathroom great. It’s fairly close to Warszawa Central rail station but not particularly convenient for The Old Town for restaurants or sightseeing. My one gripe with the hotel is something that can’t be changed but I think it needs mentioning. The controls for the air con/ heating give off too much light during the night and it casts shadows in room. Despite the heavy curtains the room never really got dark and resulted in difficulty sleeping. Sorry.

Excellent reasonably new hotel within good walking distance to main train station and old town. We walked everywhere.There are numerous restaurants close by as well. Our Queen Standard room and bathroom was very good, well maintained and clean. The breakfast buffet is excellent, plenty of choice and room. Nice area. Enjoyed our 2 nights.

Feels like home!

As usual, my favorite place to stay in Warsaw :) Great rooms, spotleslly clean and they serve the best breakfast I have ever seen in a hotel. The Staff are always friendly, welcoming and smiling, I get the feeling that the like to work there. Zero doubts to stay here again. The attached Munja restaurant has to be one of the best if not the best in Warsaw. The food is absolutely amazing. Would I choose another, more expensive, even 5 star hotel in Warsaw? No. I would stay here. I guess that says it all. If I could request something to be changed I would prefer a thicker and firmer matress but that is personal preference I guess.

Very nice little rooms, recently decorated and clean. Single 120cm bed far better than the usual 90cm wide bed (a full double bed would not really fit in the room I was staying at). No hotel restaurant but an excellent popular restaurant next door that can deliver room service: They have an open kitchen concept so if you are travelling alone, it's worth going there to be entertained while you eat at the counter. Overall an excellent choice in the center of warsaw.

Walking distance to all the main sights

The Ibis was perfectly situated, within easy walking distance of central station, the old city and the two main museums. Breakfast was excellent with a brilliant choice. We had a corner room with a superb view of the city. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful, even with our late check in (1.30 am).

This is a modern hotel, everything is new and well presented. The location was good in this spread out city. the hotel is about a half hour walk from the old town, in the midst of an area undergoing regeneration. It is closer to the Museum of the Uprising and not too far from the Centre of Culture and Arts. Our room on the eleventh floor was quiet. The breakfast was excellent, the staff had excellent language skills and were always helpful.
