Proper mint stay, honestly. The restaurant’s bangin’ and the food’s top notch. Rooms are dead modern and spotless. The bed and pillows were mega comfy — slept like a baby. Staff were proper sound and always happy to help. Overall, can’t fault it at all. Easy 5/5 stars.

This was the third time in just over 1 year that I or I and my wife stayed at this hotel. Location, Location, Location! For those visiting Ukraine it provides easy access from Warsaw Central Railway Station plus a 1 more stop to arrive from then it is on the direct rail line to the airport when flying home later. The room is compact and functional for short stays. The buffet breakfast provides a great meal before leaving for the airport or a city visit.

Lovely modern hotel rught next to Warsaw Ochota Train Station with 15 min connection to Warsaw Chopin Airport. Out room was very clean, comfortable and quiet. 15 mins walk into the very centre of the New City or a very short tram ride. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location. Three stops on tram from central station with a tram stop either way directly opposite hotel. Also the train museum opposite hotel. Excellent breakfast. Staff courteous. Comfortable beds. Only downsides the hotel bar closed at 10pm on both Saturday and Sunday night and no bars outside in walking distance. Also safe in our room stopped working and wasn’t repaired for the whole day.

Amazing hotel. Clean, quiet, and spacious room. I asked for a room with shower cabin and located on a higher floor in the quieter part of the hotel. It's exactly what I got which is much appreciated! Breakfast was really good. You can catch a tram to the city centre or simply want. It takes 15m to get to the central train station. I'd definitely visit again!

High quality hotel with impeccable rooms, very friendly staff and all amenities one may need. Even though it's located near a very busy and noisy street, the windows isolate a lot of noise, so it's not a problem. Breakfast options are wide and suitable for vegans and vegetarians. Such a great hotel! It is located so convenient to a shopping centre, the business district, restaurants and all types of transit. The rooms are very nice, clean and have the right amenities. The staff is kind and helpful. The room is also very quiet at nice and it has a mini fridge which is the main reason I booked a room at golden Tulip!
I did have difficulty adjusting the temperature in my room which is the only downside to my stay.

easy to navigate the hallways, parking was easy, close to corner store for snacks etc.
Cons: Keys did not work first time, was given a little bit of a runaround with our group, having to switch one room next day. Cost of parking seems high for hotel guests staying multiple nights.

The hotel was very nice. Tasteful and modern decor, relatively new. Our room was beautiful, we stayed in the junior suite. It was close to puplic transport and from there you could access any area in the city. The staff was friendly and spoke English very well. I only know very little Polish.
The only complaint I have, is that the wine glasses in our room were dirty.
I would stay there again, it was lovely.

Reliably good hotel

I've stayed in this hotel before and I returned for 3 reasons: it is very conveniently located for central Warsaw - it's walkable (Warsaw Central Station is 10 minutes on foot) but also on tram and bus routes. It is clean and comfortable and very quiet. It has a great buffet breakfast. The staff are reliably polite and efficient and it is very good value.

Pros:
Great location, very nice design inside, nice staff at the reception, clean and quiet room

Cons:
The bathroom... walls made ouf of frosted glass with sliding doors that cannot be closed properly living a gap fir the sound, smell and view. Honestly i dont know what someone who designed it was thinking.
The tv wasnt working. The reception sent someone to fix it who didn’t soeak Polish and his English also wasn't good enough brcause he refused to accept that the tv is not working and lied to me that in 5min it will be working. It wasn't. Left the room and came back without knocking and used his own key. The tv would be helpful to create some background noise to be able to use the toilet in privacy without the other person hearing everything through the gap between the doors and the wall.

The hotel’s location is very convenient and it’s very comfortable. We really liked it.
But the room was a little dusty.
Plus, the bathrooms barely have privacy.

Nice hotel with very clean rooms. Good bar and restaurant facilities along with the Adjoining Campanile hotel. Short tram ride into the local eateries. 25 minutes and you are in the Old Town. Unfortunately we couldn’t get the hotel to adjust the Air Conditioning so sleep wasn’t good owing to the high temp of the room. No working TV either.
