2 night stay in Warsaw. Walking distance to metro station. Newer neighborhood. Good friendly staff, secured luggage storage, clean room and bathroom. Only issue it’s frequented by younger crowd.

Great hotel, friendly staff, warm in summer.

Service was excellent, bedroom and bathroom were very clean, shower was small but brilliant. Breakfast was a bit lacking in options, no bacon, sausage, the only warm option was toast and boiled egg.

No air con in room, when it's 30°c this is an issue, which it was.

Great value for money. Good transportation connections into town. Tram stop is a 2min walk away. Also plenty of eat outs places within short distance (and very affordable). Particularly enjoyed the eat out in infront of the tram stop serving local cuisine. Broad range of delicious food where the menu was also changed daily which was great!! A&O is popular with school kids travelling on school trips (so bear in mind when waiting on the lifts in the mornings which can take longer). Daily room housekeeping was basic. A more thorough housekeeping (changing of towels, changing beddings etc) has to be booked in advance and is at an additional levy. Facilities otherwise were always kept very clean. Staff at the reception were great, very jolly and conversant in different languages which is a big plus

Lack of personal touch

Not quite my cup of tea. Hotel lack of character. I was in bed 1 which isn't bunk bed but twin bed style so bit weird.

I know heating was extremely powerful though it was way too hot in room!

Before arrival I had asked the hotel how to get there MANY TIMES, all I got was junk mails in German then a sentence saying subject to availability! The lack of caring, lack of customer focused really were not what I'd expected (provided that they have almost a thousand rooms to pick)

Did everything it needed to. It was pretty well located for both the centre and the train station, staff were friendly and helpful, the rooms and hotel were simple, clean, modern. Nothing to complain about at all really.

For the price point, this hotel gave us way more than we expected. The staff was so helpful with directions, suggestions, and more. The rooms are immaculate and the optional breakfast was lovely. Don’t get fooled by the word hostel, it’s a hotel. The location was close to trams, bakeries, and markets.

Wonderful apartment, very stylish made. All the things you could need during a a stay was in the room. It was a bit hard to find the right entrance to the building :)
I was a bit surprised that it was demanded to pay a deposit with a plastic card (not allowed to pay with phone)

Beautiful views from the 8th floor. Convenient lifts both ends of corridor. Nice firm flat comfortable beds very good for spine. Lovely en-suite twin room with lovely shower. Reading lights above beds. Small circular table, 10 cm more diameter would be nice. Wonderfully friendly helpful staff, willing to help and advise in every capacity. Eat all you want breakfasts. Late checkout (2pm) was helpful for us.

Discriminatory attitude towards travellers

If you're not Polish, they'll force you to pay extra for the sheets + towels even if you have your own. If you're Polish, you'll get a pass. Facilities are good and rooms are spacious. All is kept clean and up to date. Despite the discrimination that takes place here, it is a good central place to stay. Still, for obvious reasons I do not recommend.

In general the hotel was excellent for 20 USD a day for 2 persons. Very clean. It was problem with check-in when PC didn't work. It took about one hour in spite of teh prepaid reservation.They didn't clean dust bin upon request. TV chennels in German and English - should be in Polidh as a hotel is ion Warsaw.

What a great choice I made. The hotel is new, good located. I was made to feel very welcome from the outset by very pleasant staff. The bedroom was nice and very cosy. I slept very peacefully and easily. Breakfast was good. The staff took time to talk to me about the hotel and what to see around. Great service, nice snackbar helpfull in the evening. The hotel is a lively place to stay for a break and travel and business trips.

I had a great experience staying at A & O Warsaw Wola. The hotel is wonderful and in a great location. I walked everywhere from this location and rarely had to use transportation. Rooms are very clean, comfortable, great common space, all the staff was very accommodating. The personnel was genuinely friendly and took the time to make me feel comfortable and provide with all sorts of helpful information. I ll definitely stay in this hotel again next time I visit. Both managers and all stuff Daniel, John, Shubham, Marya, Yauheni were very supportive and were very helpful in all manners.

We arrived in the middle night freezing with two little kids and found out that the hotel is closed because of renovation!!! Is so disappointing! So terrible! Middle night 24.12 every thing closed and no place to sleep!
They ruin our vacation, we hardly knew what to do because it was Christmas Eve and there were no taxis at the street. Shame of you A&O hotels having a family in Christmas Eve without where to sleep!

Warsaw Hostel Centrum aim is to create a unique, one off kind of place. Our walls are decorated with huge black & white wallpapers which introduce Warsaw & famous Polish people.

By scanning a QR code you can read a short note about the person or a place. The hostel is located right in the city centre, literally across the street from the main Warsaw's landmark - Palace of Culture and Science (hence the name & the logo).

Warsaw Hostel Centrum is located on a quiet little street, away from noise of the city. In its neighbouhood there are lots of little bars and restaurants.

The closest supermarket is just around the corner. There are two metro lines, buses and tram stops within 3 minutes walk.

We offer 26 different rooms to chose from: dorms with 8, 6 , 4, 3 or 2 beds and private rooms: single, twin or double. All rooms share bathrooms, which are accessible from the main hallway.
