Friendly staff. The restaurant and little bar leave a lot to be desired in such an up scale hotel. Room service after 11:00 is awful and items said to be available were not. Nice rooms good view,
The gym is simple awesome if you have time, it’s a commercial gym has everything, again it’s awesome.

What I can’t figure out is many hotels I’ve stayed at here and at airport etc ,
Don’t have a simple coffee maker,
You get a hot water pot . Sooo disappointing for Hilton , but Marriot at airport is same way.
High end hotels lousy restaurants,
Breakfast was good though.

The service is A1A, top! The selection of employees and their trainer are exceptional. These people ‘enjoy’ working here and help you. Always with a smile, always ready. My list of outstanding people is long and I risk skipping some, but here it goes: Maja, Levan, Oybek, Kuba, Wiktoria, Andrew, Rafal, Paulina, Martyna, etc. The location is perfect, parking convenient, walking distance to the large shopping mall, to parks, etc. quick airport access too. Highly recommend it. Book early because they do sell out.

Excellent property, friendly staff, amazing breakfast options. The gym facility is world class, and the spa is reasonably priced. Great location and within walking distance of fine restaurants, and the main train station is a 15-20 minute walk. I will definitely rebook on my next trip to Warsaw.

Top-Notch Hotel, but First Impressions Matter Too

I had a mostly excellent stay at the hotel. The breakfast was superb – great variety, fresh ingredients, and the staff there were consistently warm and attentive. The Pistachio Bar also stood out with its excellent service and relaxed atmosphere – a real highlight of the hotel.
The Room Turnover (cleaning service) was top-notch. The housekeeping team did a fantastic job keeping everything spotless and well-stocked throughout the stay.
However, there are a few areas that need improvement.
The reception staff could be more attentive and welcoming. Compared to the rest of the team, the front desk service felt a bit cold and impersonal, which was disappointing considering it’s the first point of contact for guests.
A major downside was the swimming pool maintenance. There were recurring issues during my stay – either it was closed or not properly maintained, which was frustrating and disappointing.
Also, it would be helpful if the hotel provided clearer information about the gym policy. I was surprised to learn that children and teenagers are not allowed to use the gym during the week, which wasn’t mentioned at booking. It caused some confusion and limited our plans.
Overall, the hotel has a lot going for it – great food, excellent cleaning staff, and some standout amenities – but attention is needed in reception, pool maintenance, and clearer guest information regarding facilities.

Avoid. Abysmal service an below average standard.

It took them over two hours after check in time to prepare my room. All that time I was waiting in the lobby, no information, no apology I had to keep checking myself if there are any updates. The swimming pool was closed and there was no info about that while I was booking the stay (swimming pool was the main reason I've chosen this hotel). I was offered membership in Hilton Honors with someone else details in the email. And a an absolute cherry on top there was a smelly bathroom.

Hotel is in a good location, fast check in and clean.
Amenities is not the best for families with children.
There is a pool but restricted to 1-2 days for children which is a let down.
Staff could be more enthusiastic and helpful.
Couldn’t get change anywhere including the cafe/bar.

Staff at the hotel were amazing, helpful and nice. Good side , most spoke english. Room was clean, good space for a family room yet it needed some improvements, there was no usb, air conditioning making funny noises. Room service food wise is non existent despite saying it’s 24h but when you ring them, there’s only 3 meals and only served till 2 am. Breakfast was lovely yet staff are circulating the tables whilst people are still eating and even cleaning the table when people havn’t finish their meal.

Reception made a mistake at check-in was very short me. Drop off area was small. Rooms were good very large bathrooms. Excellent workout facilities. 25m pool. Finish steam and sauna were a very nice touch. I can’t say enough about the gym area. Very good stay and would come back in a heart beat.

We had a one room suite for family of four. It was SUPERB. The breakfast was included and a delicious buffet with tons of options. The gym/pool were a fitness club so a real gym. The public transit was close and easy to navigate. The staff was helpful and nice.

This property is in a great location in a very centralized urban part of Warsaw. Plenty of nightlife and lots of young vibrant faces. Upon check-in, Shubham really saved the day for us when we were in town for the Taylor Swift concert. He made sure we had a rollaway bed, even though Hilton’s online portal didn’t reserve us an extra bed for one of our rooms. There is quite a welcoming team of people at this hotel. The breakfast is excellent, and we ate at the hotel bar at least twice.

Its not walkable to Old Town, but the ubers arent expensive in comparison to America.

Tasty food hall nearby with many options. 2 min walk.
I would stay here again!

Greta hotel, terrible aftercare

The hotel is great. Clean and exactly what you would expect from a Hilton.

What was not expected is that they hadn’t processed my initial payment properly, which meant when I arrived they said I hadn’t paid. I reluctantly agreed to a pre-authorisation on my card so I could check in. I was assured that no debit would be taken without informing me first. Sadly they decided to not do this and double charge me for the room. Due to the time of the month, the lack of available cash in my bank account meant 8 bill direct debits bounced and I incurred overdraft fees. Hilton’s service from the point onwards fell on deaf ears and they couldn’t have cared less about the financial situation they had put me in. 8 days later, I finally got the 2nd charge back to my bank account, but the damage was done.

NEVER agree to a pre-authorisation if you know 100% they already have your first payment.

Disappointing stay.

This was our second stay in Warsaw as part of the same trip. We booked the Hilton expressly because it has a pool and my 5 yr old daughter loves swimming at hotels. When we arrived we were informed that children are only allowed to use the pool on the weekend between 1-5pm. This is not indicted in the hotels.com listing anywhere. This needs to be communicated upfront. We were very disappointed and it put us off of the hotel completely.

The rooms are nice and comfortable so if you don’t care about the pool, it is a fine hotel.

Everything about my stay was wonderful, just wished I had stayed a few more nights! The staff were very attentive as soon as I arrived, and throughout my stay. The room was spacious, clean, modern and very comfortable. I particularly loved the city views and spent a long time looking at the views from the sofa and the bed. The room had everything I needed and more! Breakfast was delicious and had a great mixture of options. Unfortunately I did not have time to visit the swimming pool and spa. Overall I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Hilton and it was a great base to come back to and relax after a day of exploring!

Downgraded without refund.

I had booked a deluxe room with king bed 4 weeks in advance. I checked in, and went to my room to find it was a stanfard room with a twin bed. I immediately went back to reception, and was told the hotel was full, even though I had confirmation of my booking. They moved me to a standard room, no refund for the difference. The manager did write to me and offered me an upgrade next visit, and access to the executive lounge. Nice gesture, but I only visit Poland about once a year.

Looking a little tired

It’s starting to look a little tired isn’t it?
With so many hotels competing within a small radius, I think it might be time for me to try somewhere else.
The internet was free for a short time, but as I didn’t book directly with Hilton, I had to pay for the remainder of my stay.
One evening I called for room service and half an hour they called me back to confirm my order - it was another half an hour before they brought it to my room - had they forgotten?
The hot breakfast selection is always cold.

Disappointed. \"Outstanding\" price, low value.

The good:
Comfortable room, large desk, fully controlable AC, good beds and pillows.
Good breakfast: selection of teas, coffee, fresh juices, quality of ingredients is higher than average (which is very good)
Not so good:
Checkin, payment and billing is made unnecessarily complicated. For example, on top of your stay fee, they make \"reserved\" 200PLN \"just in case\". C'mon, are we in 19th century?

All in all the value is low - you pay a lot in order to pay even more during stay (not necessarily just money, but your time, peace of mind, etc.)

I made the reservation at this hotel for my sister who was a refugee from Ukraine. She had to spend a few nights in Warsaw with her son to get some rest from that shock and horrible experience with the war in Ukraine. She had to travel further to Western Europe, and decided to check out a day early. I called to hotel directly and asked them if it was possible to get a refund. The front desk employee assured me that it was possible if Orbitz sent hem an official request. I contacted Orbitz right away (before the checkout), and they started working on the refund. I can’t believe that 2 weeks later we were denied in the refund of that 1 night! The whole world, the whole Poland is helping Ukrainian refugees now, and Hilton Warsaw had made such a poor choice not to participate. I know other hotels even offered a free night stay for the refugees… Shame on you Hilton Warsaw! Never staying with you again.

Holiday experience

First time in Poland, so wanted to try and experience many of the Polish traditions. We managed to achieve loads of sightseeing due to the excellent area the hotel was positioned in. After an exhausting day, the wellness area was a relaxing treat and the room most comfortable. Breakfast was very well presented taking into account the COVID restrictions but the staff were at hand to serve and assist. I would strongly recommend this hotel.

I shall be writing a separate email to the hotel but having both rung and emailed in advance to make sure they could feed me - I am coeliac with other food allergies - they could barely feed me at all. I got to the stage where I was so hungry I couldn't sleep- I knew I would struggle to eat out in Warsaw, and was reliant on the hotel. They did not provide me with one proper meal. They did supply me with free alcohol a couple of nights, which was a kind gesture, but didn't help really
