The hotel is located almost in the centre of Warsaw, about 15 minutes walk to the central railway station and about half an hour walk to the old city. There are lots of restaurants around and many stores are just a few minutes walk away. Our apartment was very clean, everything functioned well. It was warm and cozy. The bed was good, may be just a little smaller that we would like. There was a very strong WIFI in the apartment. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

This Country2Country was exactly what I was looking for and what was advertised. There are some key details you need to understand though!
Platnium Towers are residential condo/apartment buildings where several short term rental companies operate. They own different appartements and have different offices/staff, which is not the front desk. When you book, make sure you are booking based off the right pictures and dealing with the right staff.
I spoke to my staff the day before and they were helpful and had excellent English. If you like, you can contact them direct for booking if you are more comfortable.
When I arrived, I found their office easily in tower A (well signed) on the second floor (also well signed). I arrived early but my room was ready so I checked in early.
The room was clean and as advertised. Overall the room was in good shape. No worse than many hotels. One thing I did note was the safe was not hooked up but I never got around to letting the staff know. The iron and the microwave were all I used for appliances but it all looked good.
The location worked really well for me. A couple km from many museums and the old town, plus my work.
There was not daily cleaning because you can take care of yourself, but if you need your apt cleaned you can request it for a small fee.10 euro?
Since this is a residential building there were cooking smells and kids in the hall but they were fine! Same as a hotel.
No cancellations so call and make sure it is for you.

Just baaad. Stay away. The stuff is just unbelievably horrible. Unpleasant would be an understatement. The owner yells whenever you ask him a question and his son was openly hitting on the youngest friend making it very uncomfortable. More over: hair in the bathroom drawer, door not closing properly, bad smell no air con and so on. Basically nothing that will let you relax there. Just go to a hotel.

I booked my penthouse flat with Country 2 Country based on the listing and the pictures provided,it looks like a decent place to stay in Warsaw. I was wrong the images were nothing like what was online. It was filthy with marks in the kitchen on the counter and hair still all over the bathroom with the toilet needing to be cleaned . The one feature of the flat was a massive spa bath that I was looking forward to used, after filling the tub it didn’t even work - along with the bedroom TV and half the lights in the apartment. Very disappointing, I would not recommend this to anyone, be warned.

As we are a family of four traveling with two kids, staying in this comfortable, clean apartment with a lovely large full kitchen, washer & dryer, living room, and separate bedroom beats the facilities any hotel can offer us. We lived well and were comfortable in the unit.
Our only gripes were that the unit lacked air conditioning at a time when there was summer heat in the 90’s (whereas other units in the same building run by other agencies did have a/c). Though the unit comfortably sleeps four, it did not have enough hangers for four people, and lacked some of the kitchen items (like serving bowls) needed to actually cook and serve meals for four people. But I understand most tourists just use their kitchens for light use, like heating up pizza, not cooking family meals, and may not need as many utensils as we do.
Our only gripes were that the unit lacked air conditioning at a time when there was summer heat in the 90’s (whereas other units in the same building run by other agencies did have a/c). The view was a noisy construction site, no a/c, very hot, no cable, washer didn't work and no dryer. The service was very rude, no follow-up and horrible. No information on what the facility offered. My son ended up spending 4 hrs in the ER and when I asked about the cable they said they had a medic on staff. No one told us anything. There was also a market..they assumed we knew what was available and assumed we booked through a certain website..Hotel.com had no information. The shower was overflowing and I also requested 2 bathrooms and received 1 toilet..a bathtub and shower. They said Poland has no dryers and only 1 toilet in the apts. One of the staff members said the cable would work the next morning, but it was never fixed and never came to tell us anything. All they did was take the tent for 3 days and didn't care at all about any of the broken things listed. I do not recommend this place at all. You will regret it.

It was a bit hard to communicate with the hotel prior to our arrival. Nevertheless it all run smoothly once we got there. Very big rooms with pretty much all you might need. Would be great to have a some actual shampoo with conditioner and shower gel as we can't carry stuff like that when travelling for business and there are not supermarkets nearby. The room was clean but the linen had stains :/

Easy and quick check-in and stunning apartments. Fully equipped with all you need, double towels and pillows. The location is a bit far for city center but in Warsaw everything is a bit far I guess. However, you can find coffee and croissants for breakfast just downstairs! Really enjoy our stay!

Amazing, affordable and easy
Very spacious one bed apartment very close to the city centre for a great price. Bed was super comfy, and a sizeable kitchen means you could self-cater if you wished. Check-in was easy, we went to the wrong tower first but it's a 30 second walk to the other. There's a casino within the building if you're feeling lucky (and it's cold outside).

I was welcome by the owner. Nice person, very welcoming and friendly. The building is very nice and secure and the apartment was very clean and well equipped, comfortable and nice. Cable TV was great. Great Wifi. I will certainly come back to stay when in Warsaw. In the bottom of the building there is great resturants and even sports club and lobby (at the Hilton Hotel) for bossiness meetings.

Our stay was fantastic. The room was very nice and comfortable. The kitchen had everything you would need. We were on the 14th floor - the view was great. We never had to use a taxi as the location is great - city center, old town, etc. all within walking distance. The only thing that kept me from giving 5 stars was the guys at the reception desk... they are so rude and had zero interest in helping me get checked in. In fact, they made me walk with all my luggage to the Hilton across the way so I could get to the internet and print out my reservation papers, when in fact, I learnt later that they had the information all along. Terrible service.

Good accomodation for 1 night stay. Personally didn't like modern interior, but it was modern and clean. Expected to see hotel with reception in the lobby, but found out that it is not proper hotel and had to find a flat on 2nd floor where we were given kese and paid extra charge for parking - person working was very polite and wanted to help. Good point is that there is a supermarket/restaurants on the base floor so it was easy to get refreshments etc. Bad point was that rooms are generally charged per person and we paid just for accomodation over 100£, but this is the dase throughout Warsaw. Overall we were happy with the stay and were very impressed by Poland and Polish people

Hotel is situated approx 5 minute Taxi ride to the centre of Warsaw. Some good facilities nearby (Restaurants, Supermarket, Casino, Gym). The only down side was the cleanliness of the room. It could have been better but it wouldn't put me off staying again. Staff were very friendly & helpful.

Nous étions sur Varsovie pour un week-end en amis. On a choisi les Platinum towers pour le style et la localisation. On a pas été déçu.
D'autant plus que les hôtes ont été réactifs et arrangeant. Ils nous ont mis à dispo un appartement dans les étages supérieurs.

Katastrophe. Wir mussten das Zuerst zugewiesene Apartment wechseln, da das Fernseher sich nicht einschalten ließ und es war dreckig dadrin. Siehe fettiger Handabruck auf dem Tisch und total abgenutztes Sofa. So was würde ich nicht mal in den Gartenschuppen stellen. Im zweiten Apartment spürte man sehr deutlich die Metallfedern im Bett. Dreckige Eingangstür. Siehe Bild. Das dritte Apartment war zwar im besten Zustand von allen drei aber ebenfalls abgenutzt. Betreiber schrie meine Frau an, als sie die Zustände reklamierte. Dreck unter der Dusche. Insgesamt 2sterne Unterkunft und nicht 4.
