Room was clean but very tired and scruffy round the edges. Smelt of smoke. Cigarette burns on toilet, sink and work top. Air con just about worked. Breakfast good

Very basic. Room about the size of a large transit van. Small bathroom made of moulded plastic of the type found in caravans. Ok for somewhere to sleep and no more. Room was clean and fresh towels each day. Staff were friendly and breakfast had a good choice.

We made the booking after 9pm on the day of our stay. In the confirmation email it said that check in closed at 9pm and you needed to ring to arrange a late check in. We tried the number but the reception was closed. We then decided to book another hotel where the reception was open. Very disappointed we lost the booking and our money. No one to contact at the time to resolve the problem. Any chance of a refund?

We were informed by email that the accommodation would be available to book in to from twelve o'clock, however, a sign on the door stated that booking in would not be until five pm. At six pm ourselves and other guests tried the 'automatic' booking in system which sadly did not work either. Not too bad for ourselves as we had a car but other people were waiting hours with very little to do or places to go. Other than that the accommodation was fine, basic and a little tired but ok.

We used it as a stop over for one night on route from Calais heading south. It was fine, arrived about 6pm staff very friendly and helpful. Lots of restaurants near by. We went into Laon which as expected is amazing.

Easily the worst place I stayed in on my 3-week trip, and possibly in my life. I gave it a chance because some people rated it 3 stars, meaning not bad. What!? It felt like a prison, e.g. a cell block. It was also dirty, tiny room, paper-thin walls, bad Wi-Fi, and they charged me twice. Really! Thanks to Hotels.com - whom I called immediately after check-in - were very quick to rectify the problem. Bottom line: Save yourself the hassle and stay elsewhere, e.g. your rental car would be a better option.

I have used \"Premiere Classe\" hotels on several occasions over the past years, but was disappointed with this one. The toilet was stinking which also made the room smell. I could not contact anyone as it is automatic check in after 21:00 hours. Took a shower and found the drain was partially blocked which was filling the tray with water and had to keep turning the tap off to let it drain away. Room could also do with a good paint. Not a good experience !!!!

Better than I expected.
The room was small and the bathroom the second smallest I have ever used. However, the facilities were in the room which is much better than having shared and therefore often less clean conditions which is what you get in a Formula1 hotel. Also had working air on which is pretty rare in much more expensive French hotels. The staff were very friendly and petit dejeuner good value (and good!) for only 5€. I was very impressed 👌

if your expecting more than the basics you\"ve booked the wrong hotel. i was impressed and pleased that the receptonist in Laon could get by in English, that was great. The room was clean and the sink had a plug, bonus. the room and ensuite were small but impossible to find cheaper ensuite accommodation. the mattress was a block of foam but gave a surprisingly good sleep. sadly the pillows needed putting in the skip, they were shocking. Premier Class hotels are like McDonald's in that you know what your getting when you go. a choice of restaurants within 100m. i will be staying again.

This was first time staying at PremierClasse hotel so the size of the room was a surprise because small as all PC hotels this is not an issue but the shower smelled of urinal and was mouldy around the shower hose at the wall. No excuse for that.

I had to book a room with three beds at affordable price for me and my two kids. this is one of the few hotels that offer 3 beds in a room in the area. we stopped couple of days in area to visit both Laon Cathedrale and Chemin des Dames. Hotel is in the suburbs of Laon and 15 km from Chemin des Dames. Good value for money. Possibility to have dinner at Campanile nearby (same manager) with discount or to fast food Quick or Buffalo grill (walking distance). Basic comfort but not disappointing. breakfast ok, nothing bad to say about it.

We won't be staying at Premiere class again. We found the room claustrophobic and airless. However it was clean and conveniently located. Must also add that it was an exceptionally hot day and the only way to cool room was to have door open but even if cooler it would still be claustrophobic.

Porte d'entrée qui ne ferme pas si ont ne s'appui pas contre, tache de megot un peut partout, l'abattant des wc lamentables, les mitigeurs lavabo et douche ont fait la guerre, la glissière du rideaux de douche rouillée, chauffage electrique mis au max ca caille et le chauffage clim HS.

Il n'y a pas de détecteurs de fumée dans les chambres alors tout le monde fument dedans ce qui est extrêmement dangereux !!

Lorsque l on choisit ce genre d hôtel il ne faut pas être trop exigeant. Maintenant pour le prix c est plus que correct literie satisfaisante, serviette de bain dispo papier toilette et savon dispo chambre nettoyee petit déj copieux. Rien à dire

Séjour catastrophique, il est 0h34 et je ne dors pas parce que des gens ne veulent pas dormir donc empêchent les autres de dormir malgré l'intervention par 2 fois du gardien, je suis appeuré dans cette chambre de peur que la situation dégénère je les entends se moquer de moi parce que je leur demande de se taire rien y fait je dois me lever dans quelques heures pour aller travailler et je suis furieuse que cet établissement manque de moyen pour faire respecter le calme dommage

Service catastrophe. Les dames rentre dans la chambre chaque matin sans frapper la porte, je restè laba jusqu'à 7/08/21 - 10/08/21 le 09 y'a des dames qui a rentrè 3 fois le matin. C'est était super chiant car je était avec ma copine il rentre chaque fois et après désolé je pas compris mais la variété j'avais mettre sur la porte j'occupe la chambre faut pas déranger mais qd mm ils ont feu 🔥🔥, mois aussi chuis qlq1 qui travaille en services mais on fait pas comme ça wsh .. faut pas choisi pour les couples sinon le reste ça va

Le pire des séjours en hôtel
Tout d'abord, à notre arrivée, la lumière générale et lumière d'appoint ne fonctionnaient pas. Le radiateur, n'étant pas fixé au mur était par terre, relié au mur par un simple fil électrique et il ne fonctionnait pas. Bien évidemment, il n'y avait personne à la réception à 19h30 et qu'il fallait aller à l,hôtel Campanile à côté si besoin est. Ayant signalé le problème le lendemain à la réceptionniste, celle-ci disait que le problème a été signalé depuis un moment à la direction et que malheureusement elle ne pouvait rien faire pour nous car le service technique n'arrivait que dans 15 jours. Donc, en somme, cela voulait dire qu'on devait rester dans la même chambre avec la même condition pour la deuxième nuit. D'ailleurs, la deuxième nuit, en rentrant à l'hôtel le soir, nous avons eu la désagréable surprise de constater que la chambre n'avait pas été faite. Et comme explication, il nous a été dit que la femme de ménage avait pris sa journée. C'est tout de même un comble pour un soi-disant hôtel.

Pour 40 euros (chambre + petit déjeuner), je ne m'attendais pas à aussi peu de confort. Aucun personnel pour l'accueil, on est accueilli par une machine. La chambre est glauque avec un papier peint déchiré, il faisait une chaleur pas possible à mon arrivée. La couverture trouée et avec des taches. L'espace salle de bain est petit et il est difficile de prendre une douche sans mettre d'eau partout, il manquait un tapis de bain j'ai du prendre la serviette pour éponger. Et je ne parle pas du bruit la nuit. De plus l'hotel est mal situé. Concernant le petit déjeuné, ça manque de diversification.
Mais le personnel d'accueil a été très agréable lors du petit déjeuner (il y a au moins un bon point).
Je m'attendais à avoir un confort proche de celui d'ibis budget (qui pour un prix similaire, propose un service de bien meilleure qualité selon moi)
