Great location and friendly staff, but the beds are extremely hard!!! We felt like we were sleeping on a rock. Waking up with back pain every morning on vacation is not a good experience. I mentioned it to the staff and the only solution offered was extra comforters to place on the mattress, which didn’t help. Unfortunately, none of us slept well during our stay because of the beds.

The location of the hotel was perfect, close to many transport options and a convenience store below. The room was clean and newly refurbished and had a mini fridge which was really handy. Good selection at breakfast every day, something for everyone. Check in was easy and there was luggage storage available.
The pillow quality was really poor for a good hotel. The coffee at breakfast wasn’t great and would’ve been nice to make the room a bit cooler. Overall a great stay and would recommend!

Good hotel in the center of Warsaw. About a 10 minute walk from the Central Train Station, the hotel was close to good restaurants, and things to see/do. The room and bathroom we clean an well maintained. Brekfast in the morning was an added bonus. It was not fancy, but it was a good way to start the day.. finally, the staff were wonderful!! Very helpful in pointing out points of interest and helping to understand the trains.

Overall it is not a fancy, 5 star hotel, but for the price, you can’t beat it! I will definetly be staying here again!!!

Absolutely shockingly bad hotel for the price paid. I expected a quality Hilton hotel but the room was small, poorly lit, awkward configuration, no complimentary bottled water, no adjustable heating controls, slow wifi, poor breakfast. Everything about the experience was terrible. Fortunately I only had one night there - compared to other hotels in the area, this is one to avoid for me.

A nice place for two nights.

The hotel is huge. It is easy to get around and staff is friendly. Breakfast was good. The bathroom is odd. The space in front of the sink is so wide you really have to lean in to brush your teeth and I am tall. I want imagine what it would be luke for a child. Finally, the water pressure or should I say lack of pressure made a shower twice as long. It was a nice place dor two nights!

Firstly we arrive and check in and to our surprise we were given a room adjacent to the elevator, even though I reserved a fair while ago. We said this to the reception and very kindly they changed our room. Upon bedtime we found out that we would be sharing the room with a couple of dead exoskeletons of insects already tucked in for a good night of sleep! Besides this, service was very good and breakfast was decent.

This hotel is old and behind the life time. Needs to be refurbished badly. Toilet flush was not working in my room, but also on the first floor. The staff was very tricky, did not want to change my room.

A bit impersonal but probably to be expected with such a large establishment. Decent breakfast but not as sumptuous as other places in Poland (and I had 6 other stays all across Poland on this trip to compare to). Unforgettable experience

My new iPhone lost/stole in the hotel room at my 2nd day of my journey. The receptionists named Justyna and a young man are very helpful. They called the police for investigation but unfortunately, I still can’t located my phone even though find my phone shows it located at the hotel…

The location is great but the service is average at best. You have to request room cleaning which is bizarre to me. The breakfast selection is poor and the same all week. No eggs or omelettes and limited options on the restaurant menu.

No eggs for breakfast !

This hotel is becoming terribly complacent when it comes to it's client approach. 10 years back it was a fantastic, reasonably priced property. Now they prices have gone skyhigh (at times higher than the \"normal''\" Hilton or the Marriott or even the Sheraton) . On top of that, their service quality has gone down tremendously. Cleaning lady barging in at 10:00 AM despite certainly knowing that the room will be vacated @ noon was one example. But the biggest shocker was the breakfast. Usually high quality with abundant supply of a variety of products. This time there were no eggs of any sort !. Loads of bacon and sausages, but no scrambled eggs, omlettes, hard boiled eggs - nothing . I was quite sure they ran out of eggs - but no, much to my surprise the breakfast shift manager explained that this is the management's decision (!!).

Never again - for the money they are charging you can get a far better experience at several other hotels.

Avoid until they improve...

Excellent location for the centre of Warsaw. I have stayed at the Hamptons in Miami (Brickell area) and the chain of hotels internationally are very good from the point of comfort of stay, staff support and location points in the cities.
Hamptons by Hilton Warsaw serve a buffet breakfast which will surprise you with variety of hot and cold dishes. If you have a great appetite you will not need lunch until 3pm!!!

The room was comfortable and quiet. Everything was simple and easy to adapt to. Shower facilities in the bathroom was great. I will be returning again.

Good reception service as they assisted with confirming flight back to London..Well done to the young lady who was a trainee and assisted..you managed very well!!

If you are in Warsaw and there is a Legia Warsawa game on, buy tickets if you are a football fan. Great atmosphere and experience. 3 tickets cost circa £34.00. If you are non resident you will need ID to buy tickets first.

Great stay only let down by the breakfast. We went at one of the advertised quiet times and they had run out of cups and cutlery. Breakfast was just chaotic and poorly organised. The room and staff were excellent. Very clean, just let down by Breakfast.

This is hotel only provide housekeeping on request! Otherwise there’s no one cleaning your room.
Breakfast has good variety but quality is below expectation. Too crowded in the morning with the limited seatings. It is free seating which can be confusing. So sometimes your table can be taken if you took too long making the waffle. It’s crazy that you need to waste time making waffles! This should be basic service hotel should provude. Will not return to this hotel

I stayed at the hotel for four nights during my trip to Poland and would select this hotel again. It is quiet, the gym is typical of the brand and the reason I start there, and the breakfast is unlike anything you would experience in the US if your are a Hilton Honors members. The lobby is a lot of fun for those who want a drink. The elevator gets busy around breakfast so be patient.

Upon arrival at 13:30hrs at the hotel after 10hr flight from Miami, the staff at the hotel wanted extra 150zl if we wanted to have the room before checking-in time, which is outrages, no other hotels we stayed at charge extra for accessing the room earlier. There was no such charge when we stayed at this hotel in the previous years. We will never stay at this location again.

Terrible super mouldy hotel

Shower hasn’t been clean properly and mould was present on the wall and around metal bits when you can touch with the body. Ceiling has lot spots made with paint and look disgusting it’s look like they save money to pain whole ceiling and sofa bed look very old and the sides was crumbling its look really disgusting. I’m surprise so on Hilton groups hotels they allow to keep that cleaning standard which there are very bad. Breakfast was ok but orange juice it was pure chemical disgusting taste, nothing common with orange juice. Air condition one time working one time not, in day time was nice and cold and in night time was super hot. I will never stay there anymore.

The bed mattress was very firm. We liked it less.
The bathroom door is of the trailer type and it was relatively difficult to close it. But apart from that the place is very clean, tidy, with a very good breakfast.

This is one of the most surprising socialist realist creations in Poland in the 1950s. It is also the axis of the town planning from the time of King Stanisław August Poniatowski, which was called Latawcem from the network of streets surrounding the area, adjacent to the Ujazdowski Castle.

The main author of the project was the architect Eleonora Sekrecka. The apartment is located on the first floor of a building with an elevator, it consists of a bedroom, living room, separate kitchen and bathroom with a bathtub.
