I have stayed in many luxurious hotels all over the globe , including Poland. I love H15 . It's a boutique hotel located in an old renovated tenant's house with an impressive lobby/dining area. Rooms are extremely spacious and i love the whimsical eclectic design. The staff is beyond charming.

The room we reserved wasn't available upon arrival. After waiting for 60+ minutes after the regular check-in time opened, we received a different room and it's not entirely clear it was the same standard.

The condition of the room wasn't perfect: one of the wood tiles on the floor covering the heating vents was broken in half and left there as is. The bathtub had a leaky faucet and a non-functional plug. After letting the staff know about it, they promised a discount on the stay that we didn't receive while checking out.

During our stay one of the glass ceiling windows in the common area shattered and the staff simply taped the area so people wouldn't get under it and left it like that.

Could have been the perfect stay, but it looks like the management is not keeping up with maintenance.

The staff, service and intent is outstanding. Great location in central Warsaw. Not so great; there is construction in the area and every car, person, dog noise on the street is transmitted into the room. Suggest requesting interior courtyard room and do not take the upgrade into a Penthouse room. It sounds great in theory but you will hear every noise in downtown. The hotel can address this by introducing sound deadening in the penthouse A51A and any street facing room with this issue. Finally, please consider putting a microwave oven in every room including the penthouse.

Great boutique hotel

This hotel is in perfect location close to everywhere but on quiet street with lots of top class dining options around.
Super clean and super comfortable. Service was impeccable.
Additionally they offer “pillow menu” where you can order pillow to your liking. Different level of hospitality.
I stayed in luxury studio that had bedroom, 1,5 bathrooms and huge living room.
Forget big chains and stay here.

Better dress up or you will be mistreated

I must say I do not usually leave reviews but for this hotel I must. It is one of the more prestigious hotels in Warsaw, my room was uber clean and breath taking, but unfortunately there were some things that made me write this review. Firstly, I did not expected such unprofessional check in for such hotel in that price range! They did not know that my booking covered paid breakfast and that as golden member of hotels.com I was guaranteed a bottle of complementary wine, which I NEVER RECEIVED. When I told them that my booking covered breakfast and a bottle of free wine they made me feel uncomfortable like I was trying to cheat them. Even though I took one of the better rooms there, I still was not treated with respect as other guests, maybe because of my casual outfit, or perhaps I was speaking Polish to them instead of English. Finally, at the breakfast once again they had to check my room number because they did not had my last name on a list which also took some extra time for them to figure it out and made me feel like I was trying to get free breakfast (maybe because of my casual look? Or perhaps I was speaking Polish to them). Breakfast was ordinary by the way nothing special, there are better places for breakfast for such price range or perhaps I am spoiled with better breakfasts in other hotels especially in Warsaw. Will I return? I am not sure. But once again, my room was very nice, super clean, and the view from balcony was breath taking.

Overall nice place and area but with some issues. We booked Suite with kitchenette but you cannot use it for cooking as there is no cooking top or oven. You basically are getting only a coffe machine, kettle, fridge and that’s it.

Apartment itself was a little bit dusty.

Booked this property as it advertised Electric vehicle charger and they promised over the phone that its available to guests, but in fact it was occupied by other guests gas car and was used as a parking spot. Reception was unable to do anything about it. And actually was not willing to do anything.

Lovely hotel central to lots of Warsaw. Spent 3 nights as part of holiday visiting several cities in Poland. My room was gigantic and the bed may have been one of the most comfortable i ever slept in . Staff was kind and attentive and hotel was clean. There are many great eats just within a few blocks of the hotel. Thank you for a pleasant stay.

Awful customer service, will never stay here. Our flight was canceled due to Covid and the hotel refused to issue a refund, only offered a voucher that had to be used within one year. While I understand I booked the non refundable option, this was done before the pandemic. In addition, my hotel in Kraków was extremely understanding and refunded my money without question. Expedia was also zero help. Think twice before booking this hotel and also Expedia for that matter.

H15 - a top choice

I love this hotel - one of my favourite boutique places to stay in Europe. Great location near the station and beautifully appointed. Rooms are always a surprise in terms of layout and design. Breakfast is also excellent in a lovely atrium.

Lovely hotel in Warsaw not far from historical sites, first reception we encountered rather curt, but after that staff was wonderful. The bathroom tile had a little mold and the the towels (we were glad to have washclothes) were only 2 Star at best. Suite was spacious and we enjoyed our stay. The restaurant for an evening meal was fabulous, the service and the food superior.

Good location and nice decor. A complementary mineral water is available on request. Good aircon and ventilation in the bathroom. Quality toiletries. However the shower head is very inconvenient to use and the rain shower is not usable if one wants a quick shower without washing hair and removing makeup. One of the towels was very stained - a better quality control needed.
