Not the first time there and we’re back that proves the point.

Clean, spacious and well equipped apartment plus.

Walking distance to all main attractions, coffee shops and restaurants. Perfect location for a short and a long term stays. I highly recommend this place yet again.

Love the room

The room is clean, good and spacious. There is a simple breakfast (croissant and coffee) provided at the lobby. Water is free to refill with your choice of still or sparkling. There is a few downsides of the room. The mattress is too soft for us. It is very easy to splash water to the floor when you shower even you tried to do it very carefully. Not enough hook at the bathroom. Since they won’t change towels in a daily basis, I think it is needed enough hook to hang the towels.

Perfect location and nice apartment (really reminds me an partment). Just bet you know: there is an opportunity to cook, but they don’t provide any important things like salt or oil. I wish I could also wash my head, but there was a “shower-gel shampoo” that is not healthy for hair, as well as not using a conditioner (the don’t provide it). I would also like to be able to fix a room temperature, but my attempts weren’t successful . In general everything is ok)

Well appointed hotel in central location.

This is a very nice hotel located close to the central Station. Nearby there is a high fashion mall with brands such as Gucci and Louis Vuitton. If that is something you need, you were only a couple of blocks from multiple lines of transit that will get you multiple places in the city.

The staff was very helpful as I arrived around noon and check-in was at 3, but they were able to get me a room instead of me having to do bag storage, as I had planned.

The hotel was very nicely appointed. The room was very large, and the bed was extremely comfortable. I would highly recommend.

I have nothing negative to say about my 3 night stay here. It was clean, new, fresh. The ladies at reception were so friendly and accommodating. I arrived earlier than check in time and they gladly stored my bags and had them in my room later that day so I could go on with my day. Room was great size, comfortable bed. Rooftop was an amazing view!

Excellent accommodation in the heart of Warsaw

We stayed at No. 4 Residence for 10 nights and everything exceeded our expectations. A special mention to Karolina at the reception desk who was particularly very helpful and friendly. I would also like to mention the house keeping staff who were also very friendly and made a great job of cleaning our apartment. Our apartment was very clean, comfortable and decorated to a high standard. I will definitely return when we go back to Warsaw. We cannot fault it in any way. Location was also very central and within walking distance to almost everything.

Overall good & excellent value for money

Location: quiet side street close (25 mins walk) to Old Town along the main cafe/bar road. Easy transport links (inc. direct 175 bus from airport & 3 min walk). 15 mins walk to Palace of Culture & Science. Lots of bars/restaurants nearby.
Room: standard double room, courtyard. Comfortable bed. Kitchenette with water, tea, coffee, basic crockery, cutlery etc & a little hot plate. Full size fridge. Dish soap and dishwasher with a tablet. Safe.
More hangers needed (only 5), maybe some hooks and a suitcase stand.
Bathroom: nice hot shower with good pressure. Hand soap and shower gel. Facial tissues and toilet roll. Hair dryer.
Half screen shower-fine for me but I can imagine some ppl would make the floor quite wet. Extra hooks always welcome. Overall clean but little gunky in corners. Body lotion would be nice.
Housekeeping: every 3 days. No water or coffee/tea provided in between (but possibly can ask, I didn’t need). But free coffee/tea and pastries at reception during opening hours.

Overall notes: reception is not 24 hours. Very quiet except Fri/Sat when the opposite bar has back door open until 2am so can hear some music. Can hear movement of neighbours esp footsteps & next door bathroom is right next to bed head so could hear gushing when shower running. But all ok with ear plugs and white noise.

Generally safe/secure but I hope I wasn’t sure about giving code to access building in case you forget key. I hope they change this often.

Excellent stay in Warsaw

Really pleasant stay at the apartment located on the 4th floor. It was quiet, very clean and a comfortable stay. Room was renovated stylishly and had good facilities to make tea/coffee, wash dishes and cook (I did not cook). A really good, central location to explore Warsaw with cafes and bars nearby and the train station about 15 mins walk.

Very happy I booked here. The reception is not 24/7 so best to communicate with staff in advance if you need to check in or out outside of work hours.

My experience

I checked in late in the evening out of receptionist's regular working hours. In the room was hand written wifi passcode, which I could not read. Therefore, I called what they say is \"emergency number\" without any call back. I WhatsApped them to get renponse on the next morning. You may imagine how inconvenient it is without wifi throughout the night.
Even during regular working hours, receptionist is not always available.
Housekeeping is not an every day service. You need pay extra for that.

We didn't know what to expect. but as soon as we walked into the building and then into the rooms. we all had smiles on our face. an excellent place, brand new, modern, clean gives you a great feeling. for friends who rent a few apartments in the same building simply ideal. we had 5 rooms and it was a great. location is also great.

It was really nice place for weekend - beautiful and big space, all was clean. There was coffee machine, good choice of tea, free water. Big bed, just not very comfortable pillows (too hard). There was a moment of playing loud music after 11 pm, it was also not very cool, fortunately it was stoped in one hour.

Wonderful, helpful staff

The room & location were amazing, but the 10/10 goes to the staff - we needed same day dry cleaning in advance of a wedding, and the wonderful young woman at the front desk was immediately on it! She gave us options, called the cleaners ahead, and checked in with us to ensure everything went according to plan. You can find nice rooms/locations in any major city, but the staff is what makes the experience!
