I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Gromada Warszawa Centrum in Warsaw, and I can confidently say that everything about the experience was perfect. The room was spacious and spotless, with a bed so comfortable it made it hard to get up in the morning. The breakfast buffet was full of variety, with fresh options to suit every taste, and the location couldn’t be better—right in the heart of the city, within walking distance to key attractions and transport links. Despite being a 3-star hotel, the service, comfort, and attention to detail felt easily on par with many 4-star places I’ve visited in Europe. What struck me most was how consistent the quality of service was throughout my stay. And that reminded me of another city where I’ve experienced similarly exceptional hospitality: Helsinki, Finland. Our stay at Gromada was perfect, the rooms we booked for eight of us were the best available when booking so can’t comment on the standard rooms ,did not see them . Ours where very clean modern ,toilets and rain showers with excellent water pressure .walk in showers so not stepping into a bath ,very comfortable single beds flat screen tv and tea coffee in room , all was great.

Only two faults were...
Shower head had no high wall attachment so showering meant standing underneath your raised arm and washing one-handed
And now USB power outlets in the room, which would have been useful for changing mobile phones instead of using adapters.

But a good hotel - I would recomend and would stay again

Overall quite good, got offered early check in and there is free luggage storage available as well.
I was disappointed with vegan choices for breakfast and the fact that we were advised we \"should not bring in own food/plant milk without informing staff\" (on last day of a longer stay). I'd suggest booking just the room and having breakfast elsewhere: plenty of places nearby.

The staff at check in were pleasant and efficient. However the breakfast was a terrible experience the rooms in the basement with no windows it was overcrowded and was difficult to get a table. It was a bun fight at the buffet and had to wait a long time before they replaced the scrambled egg and the breakfast staff were pushing people out of the way rude. Terrible experience so I never went to breakfast again

When we checked the staff, Paulina was very helpful and friendly. Recommended a few places to eat, which were wonderful.
The room was lovey, spacious and clean, although a little noisy first thing in the morning, but earplug were provided.

The hotel is superbly located in the centre of the city with bus, tram, metro and train within a sort distance. Plenty of varied restaurants surround the hotel and a good Polish restaurant is located inside it. An excellent and varied breakfast is on offer with both cold and hot dishes available. You will not go hungry.

What really makes the hotel is the staff, who are incredibly helpful, welcoming and welcoming. A bulb had gone in our bathroom, on reporting this, maintenance had come to replace it within a few minutes. Brilliant!

There is a huge amount of roadworks around the hotel completely renewing all the roads and pavements as well as the square. This seems to be part of a major improvement programme for the city. Elsewhere, in Mokotów, new tram lines are being laid, expanding the existing tram network. Hopefully these will all be completed relatively quickly.

In summary, a fine, welcoming hotel, making for an enjoyable stay in Warsaw

Very disappointed, especially for a 3 stars horel....very dirty carpet, not even talking about the fact that rhe room looks like from the 80s, with very old-school design..
30° in Warsaw and we got a room with no air conditioning and had to pay extra to get another room
Very bad smell in the bathroom, the toilet flush is half broken, no conditiinner or even shampoo, only cheep soap... (We checked with the receptionist)
Just in front of the hotel there's also huge construction work..

Room (a double business room for my son and I) was smaller than I had expected. Although details said 2 single beds, photos showed 2 double beds. The property is what it is. It is a 3 star hotel European hotel. They basicly only use twin beds. Even the queen singls beds are just two twins pushed together. Other then that, the bathrooms are good. The TV is good but i did notice different channels in different rooms. The restraunt in the hotel is very good. But the best thing about the hotel is it's location. This can not be bet. I was not expecting this when i picked the hotel. But it is walking distance to everything for the tourist. And the bars and nightlife that are close by are great. The walking ablitly of the streets around, the cafes, and little shops. The hotel simply can not be beat for it's location. I enjoyed my stay there very much and would recommend to anyone else i know.

This is a great choice for staying in central Warsaw. I'm not sure why some reviewers haver been negative about the staff because they were polite, professional and courteous during my stay. Generally pleasant. We arrived early and wanted early checkin because of traveling through the night. They finally let us in around 12. Wait time was 4 hours. The staff lack personality by western standards but not rude. Just Dick Tracy type “Just the facts mam” for those old enough to understand this comment. The soap/shampoo was not refilled 2 nights in a tow. Always carry your own if you can.
