Bedding was poor quality, Pillows cheap, room temperature was uncomfortably hot and changing the temp control made no difference other than to dry the air out even more, making it more uncomfortable. Opening the windows when its -10 outside was difficult to control as the room would quickly dip to freezing temperature... Hotel priorty should be on quality of sleep, surely?

Mamaison Diana is my home away from home. And the ONLY hotel I ever stay when in Warsaw. I love everything about it -its staff, location, cleanliness and how quiet it is despite being located just a few steps from a very busy Nowy Świat street. Can’t recommend it more. Not 5 stars - 10 stars!

Having stayed at the Mamaison in Belfast, I was really looking forward to having the same excellent service in Warsaw. The reviews seemed to support my preconceived ideas, but the hotel didn't quite live up to my expectations, and is a world away from the hotel in Belfast. The front desk staff were excellent: helpful, courteous and totally professional. The room, which was more like an apartment was clean and tidy but the layout was slightly odd with no TV in the second bedroom. Also, two bathrooms but only one toilet. The two sofas became beds but then there was no where to sit! Anyway, this aside I'd have given it a four stars but then we come to breakfast. It was awful. Really poor selection and the staff looked like they'd been pulled off the street. The girl who served us looked like they'd been a death in the family beforehand, and she didn't change clothes in the three days we took breakfast. Surely, the hotel could invest in standard uniform? There were boiled eggs on offer, only that. If there were other options, we weren't told. Frankfurters, extremely fat bacon (rind) and sweet waffles pretty much made up the hot food section. That was it for hot food. The biggest laugh was reserved for the supermarket bought in pastries which were covered in flies. To make matters worse, as soon as breakfast was over, the staff helped themselves, fishing out the food with their hands - a serious lack of professionalism. It would be easy to turn this around, with the right manager.

The breakfast was nice. Our room was basic, but we had all we needed. The temperature was too warm at night, and we had a difficult time understanding how to use the thermostat. The shower is open, so the bathroom floor gets wet when showering. We had to ask for more towels at the front desk. Easy check-in and check-out.

I've stayed at Residence Diana several times now. Always pleasant, big rooms, love having a kitchen. Breakfast had hot and cold meats and cheeses as well as blintzes pancakes, waffles and a selection of breads and pastries. Large fruit and vegetable platters and cold hard boiled eggs. Right in the walking district, so be warned, ubers can't always get to the door, you have to cross through to an inner courtyard on foot. Nice and quiet though. All in all, my favorite hotel in Warsaw!

This residence is perfect. Communication was phenomenal when scheduling transfers to and from the airport. The room was very spacious and cleaned perfectly. The tub and shower are huge and have superb water pressure. Hot water is long lasting and great too. The hotel is in the heart of an international district with different foods, shops, and other activities in close walking distance. I can’t say enough things about how much we enjoyed the hotel.

Great location near transportation, restaurants, bats, stores. We walked from Central train station. Great staff. Quiet, comfy bed, adequate kitchen for breakfast and snacks. Lots of hot water, dark shades. A bit hard to find, but worth it. Great place, would definitely stay here again.

Nice place. I had a suite with kitchen, fully stocked and spacious. Can't comment on breakfast, I ate in my room. Strong AC. Entrance is inside a courtyard and several uber drivers didn't know how to get inside, so plan on wheeling your bags from the main street. I would stay again.

Positive: I liked the quiet of the courtyard and the third floor. Lot's of windows make the room bright and welcoming. Easy to navigate to various areas including grocery shopping and museums. Staff very responsive and pleasant. Kitchen pots, plates and utensils sufficient.
Negative: Room was bright during the day but would like a little more light in the evening. Area around bathtub in the bathroom could use a little more upgrading.

We stayed at the hotel for two weeks in early August and enjoyed it tremendously. The room was excellent with 1.5 washrooms and a lot of room. The staff is first rate. Especially the blonde girl during the day at front desk. I didn’t get her name but she was always very helpful. And they have washers and driers where you can wash your clothes. The location is the best. Close to everything. Parking is challenging to get too. You have to drive through a very narrow laneway.

all in all nice and clean Apartment Hotel in the heart of Warsaw for a reasonable price! i stayed in an apartment on the fifth floor and it was raining on the second night. unfortunately at around 3am i woke up and i felt water drops dropping on my bed from the roof windows. i went down to the reception and was able to immediately change to a different room on a lower floor. this was of course super annoying and you don’t expect that to happen at any 3+ stars hotel. but to be fair the staff was super friendly and helpful to get me that new room as fast as possible. though i wasn’t offered anything for the “middle of the night” troublrs. i guess i’d stay there again but would definitely avoid to stay in an apartment on the top floor :)

I come to Warsaw frequently for work and generally stay here. It is centrally located with easy walking distance to various public transit and the Vetrulio bike share station is just next door. It is generally quiet, especially after the restaurant closes (I like windows open). There are laundry rooms available free of charge (but bring your own detergent) and the rooms are very spacious.

A little hard to find. Part of hotel surrounds a large courtyard.
So rooms like ours receive quite a bit of noise from restaurant and other people moving through the court yard of an evening which can be annoying. Parking was provided in the courtyard free of charge which was great.
Service was excellent and quality of room was excellent.
Self laundering services are also available but the dryer was extremely noisy and no doubt disturbed other guests as was at the end of the hallway.

This is my second time staying here - have stayed for business and pleasure. Room was spotless. I love the showers and huge bathtubs. Nice and quiet. Excellent service. And arranged for a taxi at 4am to the airport. the only down thing is that the rooms are so large that the air conditioner doesn't really fill the space with cool air. this was problematic in both stays. Maybe in summer they make them more powerful? Still was able to sleep sound. Prime location -- walkable to everywhere, and the bike share stations are nearby.

Misleading sales, the hotel charge you for breakfast despite you select breakfast upon booking... expedia never refund your money, no matter what evidence you provide

Hotel staff misleading you to believe breakfast is included but only upon check out you get charged £12 Euros per day for bad quality breakfast worth only 2 euros outside.

I have stayed in Warsaw on numerous occasions in different hotels and apartments . Mamaison Diana is an absolute gem and can not recommend it enough. The rooms are very spacious (I stayed in an exec one bed apt) very clean and the kitchen area v good. Microwave fridge etc.
The staff were welcoming and very professional- nothing was too much effort. There is room service fron the restaurant Mska I Woda - a bustling lively pizza restaurant . A msinly youngish professional crowd . Need to book at weekends.
Location of Mamaison is great - minutes from Nowy Swiat and the Train station. I don’t usually write reviews but felt compelled to as Mamaison is s real find. Reluctant to share it as might not have space when I return in a few weeks.

Have stayed here on multiple occasions and always found it outstanding. This is a wonderful place, very nicely appointed and maintained, with great amenities - full kitchen (microwave, no oven), free laundry facilities onsite. Great location, on a street with limited vehicular traffic. Easy walking distance to shopping and lots of restaurants. Taxi stand at nearest street corner. Short walk in either direction to bus routes on major thoroughfares Marszalkowska and Nowy Swiat. Highly recommended.

Perfect for people who want something more than a standard hotel. The room was plenty big enough with a curtained off bedroom, large lounge, 2 bathrooms and a kitchenette/diner. The courtyard location meant there was little traffic noise. All amenities are close by. The hotel arranged our airport transportation which was excellent both ways and took away the usual stress of using airport taxis. WiFi was very good too - fast with no dropouts. We we definitely stay again.

Loved this place! Great apartment with spacious living room bed nook and kitchen and beautiful bath and a half. We were so grateful for the upgrade to the larger residence. Every thing we needed including access to a washer and dryer. You can even buy clothes washing pods at reception. Nice organic grocery just across the street. Lovely restaurants and shops short walk. On Weekends they close the busy big nearby street where the shops and restaurants are so people were strolling, biking and skating having a great people watching time at outdoor seating during dinner. Hotel Residence is on side street where it was extremely quiet 👍. Great staff welcoming a ready to help with any questions. Get a quick tutorial on how to use washer all in Polish and to open dryer (push on the door). Tricky for us until we figured it out. Great place. Staying again next week when we are back in Warsaw for the night.

Outstanding accommodation in central Warsaw.

The studio room was huge by most hotel standards, the sleeping area could be divided from the living area by ceiling to floor curtains. The living area was well furnished with table and chairs as well as two-seater couch and two arm chairs. The kitchen was well equipped to prepare and serve meals. Air conditioning worked very well. An in-room safe for valuables was a nice touch.
Bed was comfortable and cupboard and hanging space very generous. The bathroom functional with plenty of bench space for toiletries for two people. There is a second separate toilet. The only minor improvements I could suggest is grab rails to assist in climbing into the over bath shower, washcloths to apply the liquid soap and stands for luggage.
Guest laundries (washer and drier) on two floors are free to use but bring your own washing powder. Iron and ironing board are available on request.
Breakfast is served in the restaurant which also serves lunch and dinner, mainly pizza and pasta. We had one delicious dinner there but made our own breakfasts from ingredients sourced from the small grocery shops nearby.
The reception staff were welcoming and helpful in dealing with our questions and small requests.
Many good restaurants to suit all tastes and budgets are in easy walking distance. Buses and a taxi rank at the end of the street. The main street Nowy Swiat was closed to vehicles on the Saturday we were there.

This hotel is conveniently located to bus lines, walking distance to Old Town. The room was very spacious, bigger than our bedroom at home. The bathroom was, again, twice the size of ours at home. There are also kitchen facilities in the room. The decor is modern. The front clerks were very helpful, broke some large bills for us into smaller change. You can use the washing machine and dryer for free, only pay for the soap. The washer and dryer took longer than the ones I'm used to, but they certainly did the job and no other guests seemed to be using them, so there was no line. The hotel is in a courtyard, so it takes a little looking around to locate it. The courtyard has several bars and restaurants, very lively, yet our room was quiet.

This was a pleasant apartment in a modern block.
Slightly oddly proportioned, with two bathrooms and one bed-sitting room, it was still spacious, with enough room to work and to relax.
The pizzeria on the ground floor provided breakfast which we really enjoyed. It had a terrace so you can sit outside in a quiet courtyard to eat.

Modern apartment hotel, close to tourist sites

This is not a regular hotel, but more and apartment building near the city center. It is located in a courtyard behind the shops on Chmielna, and that street is pretty much a pedestrian route. If you are arriving by taxi, you might want to give the address as Bracka 22 or Bracka and Chmielna, which is a reasonable place to get dropped off. There is a restaurant onsite and you can charge your meals to the room. The building has high ceilings and the interior is very modern. We were upgraded to a premium suite, which was a large room with a king bed, 1.5 baths, 2 couches in a living area, a small flat screen TV with a selection of channels in Polish and other languages (English included). There is a small kitchen with a half-size refrigerator (mini-bar items inside, but some room for your own stuff), a 2-burner stove, plates and cutlery. The sleeping area has a curtain that can be useful if one of you wants to go to sleep while the other stays up watching a movie (for example). Our room was on the backside of the hotel and was fairly quiet on the weekdays. On the weekend, it was a bit noisier when the bars were closing and the employees were taking empty bottles to the trash area, but that was probably less than an hour and was not obnoxiously loud. Security at the hotel is good, you need your room key to get on the elevator. We never felt unsafe in the area or on any of our walking excursions.

Very good deal

The rooms are very spacious and modern. The location is excellent for exploring the old city and for accessing public transportation. The staff is knowledgeable friendly and speaks English well enough for effective communication. I did not try the breakfast, but a good dinner at the property restaurant.

Excellent place to stay in Warsaw, will stay again

Location is great, in the middle of everything. Located within a courtyard so a quite location in the middle of town. Clean and modern, the room was very spacious and well equipped. Desk staff were very helpful (Thanks Olga). Will stay again.

Comfortable stay in centre of Warsaw

Third stay in this excellent apartment hotel. Clean, spacious and comfortable. Location is excellent. Bus route (175) with direct connection to airport is within walking distance which is really convenient. Perfect place to stay for a short trip to Warsaw.
