This comfortable aparthotel is set in Warsaw. A total of 40 bedrooms are available for guests' convenience at CHOPIN BOUTIQUE.

The year of construction of this accommodation dates back to 1910. Of course, all of our guests are specially invited to attend the wonderful piano concerts in our Chopin Salon: The first salon of its kind in Warsaw.

We have hosted performances for 1, 826 nights in a row and counting! The concerts begin at 7:00 p.

m. and include wine, homemade pastry, and beautiful music performed on a grand piano in our 108-year-old salon.

Please make your reservations in advance. The special discount price for our guests is 70 PLNCheck-in information: For the check-in, we require an ID or passport number and credit card details.

Lovely room, very special with the naming after a Polish artist, and a shelf with interesting books!
The staff was very helpful with all our questions and extra bookings.
What we loved was the focus on ecological and local food and sustainability. Even their own bee hives on the roof, honey for the morning tea.
And of course, the Chopin concert in the salon. Afterwards we enjoyed a delicious dinner in the restaurant downstairs.

This is definitely my favorite hotel!

This is my second visit to this hotel, and I very rarely find a place I love enough to stay in twice! This hotel has a great location, comfortable beds, really cute decor, am amazing breakfast (including fruit and vegetables as well your typical meat and bread and cereal) and is good value for money. 11/10

This property felt like the owners took special care of this place. I had dinner in the restaurant one evening, it was delicious. I liked a few of the front desk employees,I appreciated their personalities. I had a date change with my reservation and they were accommodating. I would stay here again. Solid hotel. Absolutely fantastic daily concert at 7pm--very talented musicians in an intimate setting. This concert and our stay at the Chopin Boutique was one of the top highlights of my 10 day visit to Poland. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room was large and quiet. The location is a 5-minute walk from the National Gallery (which is excellent). Stay here and definitely go to the 7pm daily concert, and pay a visit to the National Gallery.

Staff were more than helpful especially in accommodating my son for the nightly recitals. Took the room with grand piano in the salon but on arrival found there was a surcharge if you wished to play it. While not overly expensive this should be stated on the room details at time of reservation. Hotel perfectly positioned to explore central Warsaw on foot.

This was by far one of the most memorable hotels I have ever stayed at. I would pick this location over many 5 star hotels at 10 times the cost. You simply cannot understate the passion and love that has gone into this establishment. You can feel it permeate every beam, every rafter, every room. You walk in and see delightful Chopin and period appropriate artwork. You can play a beautiful Kawai Grand piano in the Chopin Salon, which also hosts nightly Chopin concerts. Each room and hallway is well appointed with lovingly restored antique furniture and art, and you will find a wide range of books and magazines in any subject you could want thoughout. The breakfast is delightful and in a cozy cafe setting. The outdoor space inviting and the company pleasant. The staff is so nice and accommodating. Here you are in the presence of other like minded Chopin and piano culture lovers and it is such an amazing feeling that I had a hard time leaving. Will be back for every future stay I have in Warsaw.

We thought the B & B was charming but not handicap accessible. I had a knee scooter for a broken ankle and you had to take a flight of stairs to get to the elevator. Also, many stairs to get to breakfast. We only stayed one night and had to move to a hotel with an elevator that covered all floors.

There were some nightlife places close by which made it a little busy (especially as I was there on a Friday night) but the noise was not too much of an issue. The hotel provided earplugs in case but they were not needed.

Space around the bed was very tight. Afternoon/evening service at associated bar/restaurant was slower than most. Have to go up a few steps to reach rooms and the small elevator. Hotel is not air conditioned, but has fans in rooms.

We stayed here overnight on a 23 hour layover through Warsaw on LOT Polish Airlines, but I would have preferred two nights. It is a charming place, with lots of character, including period furnishings from I believe the first half of the 20th century. Our room, with its small attached sitting area, helped me imagine for a moment that I was living in pre-War Poland.

Breakfast was delicious and well-rounded, and we enjoyed it among greenery and flowers on the patio. There were many hearty options, as well as sweet choices, vegetables, and fruits. Cappuccinos were included – or whatever coffee of choice. It seemed like they took a lot of pride in the quality of everything they served, despite it being a “free hotel breakfast.” For example, they offered their own honey as a condiment, harvested just two weeks before our arrival. And when we checked out they gave us a small jar of it.

They were kind enough to hold our bags securely while we walked to Old Town Warsaw for the day. We had a delightful time exploring the restored Old Town area, ordering coffees and pastries and pierogies, buying Polish pottery, visiting the Cold War Museum, working on perfecting our pronunciation of the words for “thank you” and for the Polish currency. (But don’t ask me to spell them!)

If you are coming from the airport, I recommend waiting in the Uber line, not the taxi line. I’m pretty sure we were overcharged in our taxi, despite it being the amount on the meter.

Chopin House is a special treat for travelers who value atmosphere over the generic hotel experience. The quietly elegant rooms have 12-foot ceilings and tall, velvet-draped windows, and are furnished very comfortably with wood furniture from the 1930s-40s. Mine even had a little kitchen. The building has been beautifully brought back to life by the owner. The nightly Chopin concerts, held in a cozy salon setting, are sublime. There's a roof deck, too! Don't stay here if you require all the mod cons (A/C, fridge, workout room, etc). The hotel is just a couple of blocks off the main pedestrian street Nowy Swiat, which is perfect for night strolls up to the Old Town. Bicycle use was free. Very good breakfast. I would return to Warsaw just to stay here again. Extra thanks to the lovely and kind staff members Ulla, Olek, and Marnina!

What a lovely B&B. There was literally ZERO staff at this property when I tried to check-in last night. I waited in the lobby for the minutes but nobody arrived to check me in. Pleasant B & B in Warsaw

Location was very convenient to Old Town—roughly a 20 minute walk. The room was spacious. The bathtub very large, but difficult to operate the shower attachment without splashing water around the bathroom; it would have been helpful to have a shower curtain at least partially around the tub. Having daily evening concerts was delightful, especially since the night we went, the artists were from Ukraine. The staff was very helpful arranging for us to get taxis to the Central Station. The breakfast buffet was extensive and local; a highlight was the Polish Compote drink. We appreciated the environmental consciousness of the B & B. The biggest issues we encountered were a leaky toilet and no hot water the day before we left. The leaky toilet was resolved by jiggling the toilet handle. It appeared that there were water pipes being repaired outside the B & B which probably caused the lack of hot water. That would have been beyond the control of the B & B and hot water was restored the morning that we left. What would have helped is if the B & B had notified guests about the plumbing repairs and that hot water would not be available for a certain period of time.

Superb accommodations! I had a lovely room with a wonderful greeting upon arrival. There is a nightly Chopin concert that was excellent. The restaurant in the building is also wonderful. It is walking distance to both the old town and the new areas of town. I would definitely stay here again. Only thing to note is that my room did not have air conditioning. This was not a problem as I visited in June and the weather is very pleasant in the 70's so no need for AC.

I loved my time in Warsaw and this boutique hotel added to my happiness. I loved my little yet comfy room and breakfast was delicious and filling. The staff was pleasant and helpful. My favorite part were the evening concerts. So memorable. The wine and apple cake was a nice touch!

Best b&b in Warsaw status is a huge overstatement

Usually I really like vintage style b&b's but when we've entered the room which was just full of dust, furniture and general design was not just vintage but was very old and not refurbished. From the photos of the suite room looked like there was a kitchenette but appeared there was only a kettle and a fridge. Only 2 teaspoons and 2 plates. Not enough cutlery, no glasses. Bathroom was very out of date, the soap was on the bottom of the dispencer so we had to buy our own. Acoustics between rooms and corridors are absent, we could hear everything. Windows havent been cleaned for a few seasons at least. And on top of all the experience we've been invited to the concert in the hall on the ground floor. To only later find out that we have to pay extra for it on the check-out.

Great experience! The property is beautiful and holds the charm of the previous century. Chopin music plays in the stairwell and each room is unique. Our favorite part was the breakfast. Simple but delicious and we looked forward to it each morning. My husband loved the evening concert since he loves the piano. Very glad we chose to stay here and the price was good. Highly recommend!

I stayed at \"Chopin\" Boutique B&B number of times and each time I discovered something which makes this property so unique! This time they were beehives situated on the roof among the planters full of herbs and various vegetables which are grown organically for the use in the restaurant on the premise! What an exelent idea in the center of Warsaw!!!

Only thing I didn't like is that I only stayed here for one night!!! Best Bed and Breakfast in my memory!!! From friendly,helpful staff to excellent food,promoting ecological produce from local farmers! Rooms arranged with somewhat antique feel and some humor touch( at least mine room was)!! Overall fantastic experience which I wholeheartedly recomend while planning stay in Warsaw!!! Great center City location !!!!

Great location just 2 blocks from the \"palm tree\" major intersection and bottom end of the Royal Way walk. Nice big rooms. Our room included breakfast which was decent (better than continental). Concerts ( extra cost) at 7:30 in the evening are excellent. Elevator, but you have to go up a half flight to get to it.

Unique B&B in the center of Warsaw.

The hotel itself, the rooms, and the furniture are comfy and unique. Well located, within 15-20 minute walking distance, to all the old town tourist sites, and just a couple of blocks from many fine restaurants for evening dining. Easy Uber or cab ride from the main museums. Really enjoyed the authentic Polish breakfasts as we met and interacted with fellow travelers (and the owner) from many parts of the world around the family-style tables. Make sure you attend one of the B&B's nightly Chopin recitals; that added a special touch to this visit. And really loved the \"water closet\" in our room--you'll have to see it to appreciate it! Many save-the-environment innovations throughout the residence, including bee breeding, honey production on the roof!

We went to concert - very disappointing - a pianist who could speak English, but didn’t - just listed what she would play, then played song after song with no program notes, audience interaction, no nothing. There was no socializing since we were the only 2 in audience until a couple came in later. The Wi Fi did not work in our room - but the staff insisted that the system was fine. On checkout day, everyone was only able to use wi fi in the restaurant. The outdoor patio was unusable due to all the smokers sitting there.

Location was good but amnesties very disappointing. As an example; bottom sheet was clearly for a single bed and just laid in top of the double. There was only one bedside table and no bedside lamps. The only other light was a high centre light with dim bulbs. The double glazing fitted worked if you shut the window but was badly finished. The only means of ventilating the room was by the window but was very noisy if left open as it was in street level. A very poor example of a room at the price we paid.

Nice to have everyday piano Chopin mini concert that mostly is performed by Chopin university students. Noises at midnight recognized outside on weekend. Property is great, old fashioned building.
