The hotel is outdated, facets in the shower were broken, the room is outdated and had no complimentary coffee/tea bags, absolutely nothing to make stay comfortable. Front desk staff was lacking customer service skills and was raising their voice, not friendly and should definitely improve their attitude. This is the first time I'm leaving a review for my hotel stay. Despite the great location of this hotel, customer service should improve. This is not the cheapest hotel to be treated like a hostel guest.

I'm not sure how this hotel has so many high reviews, it was an absolutely dreadful stay for me. I paid extra for a river view room, thinking it would be nice. Oh, how I regret that choice. The river area turns out to be a party hotspot on weekends, as well as near the stadium and a major train line. There is thumping dance music blasting throughout the night, with the bass rattling the windows, which aren't sound proofed at all. Additionally the rattling trains going past are just as noisy, combined with heavy car traffic outside the window, sleep is nothing but a distant memory.
The party music is earthshatteringly loud throughout the night, only ceasing around 6am when the riverside club closes. By then the sun is blasting into the room as the curtains aren't big enough to cover the whole window, leaving several gaps that drench the room in bright sunlight.
I haven't had this bad a night's sleep in a long time. Luckily I only stayed two nights, but I couldn't wait to check out and move on to brighter pastures. Unless you sleep like a rock through anything, don't book riverside on a weekend!.
Additionally the air conditioning made a strange rattling sound every few minutes, whether it was on or off, adding to the cacophony of noise that even earplugs and a white noise machine couldn't dampen.
Aside from that, the room is quite big for a single, though the shower is tiny and doesn't have much water pressure. Cleanliness is sporadic at best.

Perfectly located by the Vistula River and just a short walk to the Copernicus Science Centre and metro. My room was clean and cozy, with a beautiful view of the river. The staff were warm and welcoming. I especially appreciated the peaceful atmosphere after a day of sightseeing. A great base for exploring Warsaw!

I got lucky with my room, which had a view of the river. Everything else was fine at the hotel, and the breakfast was worth the extra cost.

The location was ideal, basically mid-way between downtown (where the train station is) and the Old Town (the tourist area). And obviously along the river.

Appreciated that it was fairly close to the train station but, the overall amenities weren't as I expected for the cost. The buffet wasn't that easy to find. Weird stains on carpet and upholstery. The desk was unusable as it was. Had to move bar fridge to be able to setup my laptop. No movie channels other than news and sports. Had to walk 500m one way to get coffee, nothing at the hotel that worked. I've stayed in less expensive places and had more amenities. Coffee, garbage can, writing paper. Won't be back!

The reception ladies surprised by not even bothered to ask if I was checking in,they told me to wait took their sweet time , however the room was better and also accessible to city centre and other places compensated, however Warsaw seems very overpriced for the price you pay overall

Don't judge a book by its cover

This was a great location for us to stay after a stadium concert, as the stadium was within walking distance. While the outside of the building definitely has the appearance of the Soviet-era (built in 1967), the room had been updated recently and was nicer than many hotels I've stayed at in the United States. Breakfast was terrific and we also enjoyed time at restaurants and bars by the Vistula river, a short walk away. It was great!

We booked this hotel due to its proximity to the stadium, as we were visiting for a concert, which is walking distance from the hotel. We knew it was a budget hotel when booking, the furniture and furnishings in the room were tired and basic, but the room was clean, a really good size with plenty of space, and had everything we needed. The twin bed sofa bed room had a dressing room area, in addition to a dressing table and mirror in the main bedroom, perfect for my sister & I. It also had a fridge, A/C, and there was water in the room on arrival. Ice was available from reception, as was an iron, no additional charges applied. We were 2 females travelling together, the hotel & surrounding areas felt safe. You can walk from the hotel, by the river, all the way to the old town, very pleasant. The room was very light, but wish I’d taken an eye mask as curtains didn’t fully cover windows, but we found the beds comfy & slept well. The hotel is close to a busy road but we couldn’t hear any road noise from the room.

Great property. Just a block away from a bustling district so all the convenience without the noise. I use to work a lot of late shifts so I have a particularity for black out curtains. These were not them. With the sun rise happening around 4:30a there was much to be desired. But that was my only complaint.

Great location near to river

The location is great, close to the river which is very social in the summer evenings, the science centre and the old town further north. Staff were friendly. Room was generally clean although not in the newest condition: curtains didn't close completely which let some insects in during the hot summer evenings, but didn't bother me too much. Breakfast was a good mix of continental and hot dishes. The restaurant downstairs (next door) is also reasonable.

Hotel have no breakfast and no diner, again miss sold to public. The breakfast is by another company and the waiter \" Jacek\" at the restaurant are so rude, as soon as you mention hotel logos he screams and shout at you as if you are animal. You need to buy voucher in the morning prior, otherwise the rude waiter go crazy, you can not put breakfast on room.

Buying vouchers is not convenient, never book again no value for money at the hotel.

Location good and very easy to find. Check in efficient. The room was fine but the city/rive view turned out to be of the construction site at the back. The guys start work at seven on the dot! It was necessary to leave the window open as there was no air con and it was warm weather. The window was the full width of the room and there were three curtains. Unfortunately, they did not stretch the full length and the was a gap in excess of half a metre at one side or the other. That meant that the room was not properly dark. One would think that whoever orders these things would understand the need for curtains to cover the window and that management would make sure that the room was properly appointed. Apart from that the sleep was fine. Overall the hotel was not bad and i would stay again if the price a little bit better.

Rooms with Double Glass Doors Open to River View

Hotel Lienof.
It was located in an excellent location near train stations and surrounded by multiethenic restaurants. The hotel was so clean and the staff, especially the lady, Natalie, who checked us in were very friendly and helpful. We liked the big balcony, the AC, the fast wifi, the space of the room that we stayed and highly recommend this spot.

Except for the slow wifi, this was one of the best hotel experiences that we had. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was in a very interesting location where people gathered to have foods and drinks from the restaurants or the vendors along the river.

We were not sure about the rooms in the westbound direction and the rooms on the lower floors but the rooms on the east side like the one we were in would provide guests with the river view and the feeling of being in the balcony if the two big double glass doors spanning across one side of the walls were in the opening positions.

It was a unique and great place to stay.

A little outside the main sights, but good value

This hotel, located near he planetarium and a subway stop, was good value for the money. The room was clean and had its own ensuite washroom. Despite the lack of A/C, I found that the room was comfortable with windows opened until dark. After dark, the bugs outside were attracted to the light in the room and tried to come in. Breakfast was plentiful and front desk staff all spoke English and were quite helpful. I’d go back again.

Disappointing. Further out of the centre than I had expected (30mins walk) this taped-together 3 ex-communist residential blocks left a lot to be desired. I don't remember opting for shared bathroom facilities - ouch, stupid me. No locks on toilet or shower doors, and unable to take a shower the following morning because the plumbing was out of order. Breakfast was an extra £5, and it was hard to construct the cost-benefit analysis to support this fee. However, with no tea/coffee in the rooms, the need for some kind of drink before setting out for the day was overwhelming. No english language station on TV.
On the positive side, the staff on reception were kindly and helpful.

I got this room at a discount via Expedia.
The room was comfortable although the toilet was a bit of a tight fit. Generally, no complaints really.
I was really happy with the hotel considering the price I paid.
All the channels on TV except one were Polish. There was a channel which occasionally showed something in English but I never knew when these were so it was a bit of hit and miss.
The reception staff are all fluent in English.

I really didn't expect a lot. Just a comfortable room where I could get a descent night sleep. Not to be. The room was incredibly hot and the windows did nothing to cool it down. Had it been a hot day I would understand, but with a high of 74 and a low of 62 I thought that the windows would do it, but no. When I called asking the front desk for a fan at 3am, after having the windows open and trying to sleep for 3.5 hours, the staff was rude. They were also rude at check in and when I called earlier to arrange for a late check in due to my flight. I would NEVER go back or recommend this place to a friend.

A bit of a mixed bag - basic yet satisfying.

When I first arrived at Hotel Logos, I checked in without a problem and went up the (albeit decrepit looking) elevator to my room. I was greeted by an superbly clean room with free towels, toiletries and even bottled water. The TV is a good size as well. The bed was comfortable, and the stadium views from the third floor were great.

My room was cleaned on the second day, which was a pleasant surprise - bed changed, towels replaced and bottled water and toiletries restocked, as well as general cleaning having taken place. I was happy with this.

However, on the morning of the last day, I woke up to my hotel room door closing. I assume a cleaner had accidentally walked in to try and clean the room, thinking I had left, however it left me feeling very creeped out for a long while after.

I had to, because of the way the buses to the airport ran, check out early - an issue that the hotel staff had no problems facilitating, and they even allowed me to keep my luggage in the hotel reception until that night when I would pick it up. They earn extra points for this.

The area is quite a distance from the main street (Nowy Sviat) - approximately 20 minutes walk, and it's not in the nicest neighbourhood. If you can deal with this, though, it should pose a problem, and there is a supermarket approximately 5 minutes from the hotel for any supply runs you may need to do.

Overall the hotel was quite basic, yet satisfying in most areas (other than that intrusion). Recommended!

Great for the price!

It is close to the river. From my room, I had a beautiful view of the river and the park on the riverside. The subway station was close. I could go to the old town by walking in 15 to 20 minutes.
The only problem is that the hotel is close to a train bridge, also two roads and two clubs on the riverside. People who are sensitive to noise, may be a little uncomfortable from 10 p.m. to midnight. But, I was so tired that I fall asleep as soon as I lied on the bed. :)

The worst hotel we've stayed in. Very inconvenient location in a poor area of town. Walk through blankets over the front doors to staff who seemed inconvenienced by our presence. Our room contained terribly uncomfortable beds. 1 toilet and 1 shower services about 10 rooms per level. No toilet roll holder - toilet rolls are piled at the back of the toilet. No soap or hand towels to use after the toilet. The shower head holder was loose and pointed to the wall. The included breakfast was located in another hotel adjacent that is accessed through a series of stairs and corridors. Once you reach the breakfast room you hand over your token to staff who sigh and look even more inconvenienced when when they see you're from hotel logos. The 'Apple juice' was 99% water and the 'orange juice' was near pure concentrate. Making the term 'juice' for both drinks a lie. the staff ask you to leave your only room key at the front desk if you venture out of the hotel which means upon your return you are waiting a long time to get your key if there is a group checking in/out.

It's only fair to rate relative to what you pay and it's good for a cheap no frills overnighter. Looks very dated from outside and in the lobby but nice staff, near Powisle railway station, basic but very clean and modern rooms. Toiletries limited to a shampoo sachet and small soap. A shower gel would have been good. Location was fine. Near a busy road so some traffic noise but only noticed at rush hour. Warsaw is deceivingly large and attractions are spread over a wide area. No hotel is handy for everything but Logos is pretty good, especially for the stadium and Mozart museum. Great view of stadium lit at night. Not a plush hotel for romantics but I would definitely go back on my own or pals again for a short football trip.

I am not quite sure how hotels are rated, as hotel Logos is only a one-star but the rooms are very clean and neat.I stayed over for two nights and was a bit unhappy that my towels were replaced, even though I intentended to reuse them again.Overall impression, nice place for business and pleasure, walking distance to the city centre.Definitely,I will come back.

観光のために利用しました。
当日は河川敷が見渡せる部屋を割り当てられ、良い景色に始めは満足しました。
従業員の対応も親切丁寧でした。

しかし夜になると河川敷で屋外演奏が始まり、一晩中騒音が続いたため、ほとんど眠る事ができませんでした。電車が鉄橋を渡る振動音もかなり響きます。防音への対策が必須と思います。

Interneti hızı iyiydi. Varşova’ya geleceklere tavsiyemdir.

Das Zimmer war gut gekühlt bei dr Ankunft, Ausstattung ok,
Leider konnte man den Rauch aus dem Nachbarszimmer im Bad riechen
Es war auch unheimlich laut - es gab Zimmer ohne Ausblick auf den Autotunnel, das wäre netter gewesen

Das Bad war schmutzig. In der Dusche Schimmel.

Zum Frühstück gab es keine Mormalade. Es gab nur eine Brötchensorte. Obst beschränkte sich auf eine Apfelsorte.

Neben dem Hotel gab es eine Dauerbeschallung bis nach 03.00 Uhr. Der Rhytmus war durchgehend gut im Zimmer zu höhren.

Sijainti oli hyvä heti joen rannalla joki- ja siltapromenadeja varten, ja jos yhtään harrastaa kävelyä, jalan pääsee kaikkiin nähtävyyksiin. Myös lentokentältä pääsi S2-junalla Powislen asemalle kävelymatkan päähän. Hotellissa kaikki oli hyvin.
