Sha’ron always finds the best staff. Xena and Barbara(new employee) was very attentive to my daily needs regarding room. Each visit seems to get better.

Cleanliness was fair. Staff was nice. Breakfast was lacking. AC was cold and comfortable for 90* days. Shower water pressure was poor and the faucet made a horrible screeching sound while running. Overall, it was a convenient location for our trip to visit family and was affordable. Not great but not awful.

Needs work. The first room smelled like drug paraphernalia. The second room was 80 degrees and musty smell. The bathroom had paint peeling and the door was all scratched up. The pillows were good but the sheets were not a fresh smell. The curtains had holes in them. The pool was still covered up and it’s June 5th. The breakfast was very lacking with old bagels hard as rocks and waffle mix was near empty only to make a partial waffle but it tasted old and rancid and had to spit it out. Only thing worth eating was a pre-packaged muffin with enough preservatives to keep it “fresh”. Also ants on the juice machine. Very disappointing.

The hotel has an insect problem (looked like baby roaches). The wi-fi was terrible, practically nonexistent. Staff were helpful.

There was nobody at the desk when we arrived for check-in. Multiple bell-rings, knocking on the staff door, walking the length of the hotel inside, and then the circumference of the hotel outside yielded zero staff members. It wasn't until I was circling back around the hotel that my partner came outside and said someone finally showed up at the front desk. Absolutely ridiculous. The room (room 112 iirc, it was first floor) had a dead lamp, moldy artwork in the bathroom, and a TV with an unsynchronized remote (on/off didn't work, channel/volume messed up, had to use the controls on the back of the TV). And unfortunately there were sugar ants all over the counter by the coffee machine at breakfast. It's a bed to sleep in, but that's about it.

I did notice quite a lot of insect activity in the room, which was not expected from how clean everything was. I understand that bugs are small and get into places easily, and are not necessarily an indication of a major issue, but I would suggest regular exterminator service to keep things better managed.

Overall this property served my purpose for one overnight. It was very quiet. The bathroom.was exceptionally clean but the room a little less so. Bed was a little squeaky but linens were clean. Thank you to the staff person who got my TV working.

We had stayed here before with no issues, but this time our stay was not enjoyable at all. There was no mention of there being a pet fee of $50 per night when I made the reservation on Hotels.com. They would not compromise. The Wi-Fi was unusable which was very frustrating and the extra protection lock on the door was missing.

The bed was so hard. Did not sleep well at all. Washed a load of laundry, when i put the laod into the dryer, it didn't work. After letting staff know... several phone calls later they offered to dry in their dryer. So greatful for that. Hotel is run down but house keeping takes pride in his job and does a great job clraning. That guy deserves a raise!!

The staff were very nice and the location was good. However, the elevator was out of order and we were on the second floor. Also, the back doors did not work with the key card and they were often found propped open. The room was stuffy and the bed was uncomfortable. Breakfast was OK. The shower was fine and the towels were clean, but stained.

Property in poor condition. None of the entry doors to the building had working keypads, and the elevator was broken. I had to use the front entry and walk up the stairs on the opposite side of the building where my room was. Bathroom wall was filthy and my room keys deactivated twice in 24 hrs

First of all the elevator was out and i have bad knees so walking up and down the steps didn't make matters any better. Next the outside doors doesn't work and you couldn't use you key card to get back into the Motel, you had to walk all the way around to the front. Next they only had 1 small trash can in the room and we were for for 4nights, finally the bed was on a meal frame that felt like you was laying on iron and with every move you made the bed hurt you body, so room 221 was not cool and very uncomfortable foe My Husband and I. I will never stay there again in the future.

the property seem to be well kept up but one of the rooms that we had had some brown stuff on the wall in the bathroom. I don’t know what it was. I don’t even know where it came from and the tub inside of it was very, very dirty and the towels and washcloths were dingy they weren’t dirty. They were washed, but they were dingy. I think they need to use bleach or it’s time for new towels.
