This was by far the best hotel we’ve ever stayed in, and we’ve travelled all over Europe and stayed in many excellent 5-star hotels before. We loved Raffles Warsaw so much that we rerouted our travel and stayed an extra two nights.

The room was large and well appointed and well planned. Every detail had been thought through. It had two storage closets with a cushioned bench between them, long enough for two suitcases. The closet area is located behind the wall, so it doesn’t distract from the serenity of the room.

We had two large windows with wide windowsills. Great bed linens and towels. Lights are positioned where you need them.

Amazing room service with excellent menu.
Concierge and front desk were helpful and dignified.

If we asked any staff member how to find something in the hotel, they would not just tell us but take us there.

Buffet breakfast had the best ingredients: fresh berries, gravlax and turbot, breakfast meats, homemade yoghurt, eggs any style. All in a beautiful setting.

We will surely stay at Raffles Evropejski again and will look for Raffles in other places.

Historic top notch hotel

The hotel is beautiful and ideally located.The style was great, and the staff was wonderful. I just wish there were more menu options for dine in. I had a hard time falling asleep nightly, and learned the hotel may be haunted...that would make sense since I felt a constant spiritual presence, but it wasn't threatening at all.

Stunning brand new hotel, clean, beautifully decorated rooms. Absolutely stunning! When I arrived I needed to have a bouquet of flower ready and the concierge had it ready for me in 20 minutes! I will absolutely be back! PS, the Europejski Grill serves the BEST Lobster Bisque I have ever tasted!

Hotel is nice and comfortable and conveniently located. Service was excellent throughout our stay, including the breakfast service. The Polish restaurant which the receptionist recommended was very good.

The only minor flaw, is that the takeaway refreshment box that was to be at the reception at 5:10 am, just before our taxi pick up to the airport, failed yo turn up.

The Raffles Europejski Warsaw was very impressive. My understanding is that it was recently remodeled, and the look was fantastic. We were upgraded to a suite, which was large and luxurious. The spa and pool area were impressive, breakfast was fantastic (my wife is gluten free and they accommodated her very well). This is a 5 star property and more.

I have rarely felt so comfortable, what a pleasure! Super spacious rooms and bathrooms, gorgeous design, perfect service and the friendliest staff! In addition, the location of the hotel, just next to the presidential palace could not be more optimal. Those elements just made the stay a memorable experience!

Raffles front of house staff are brilliant!!! Of course you would expect exceptional service from probably the best hotel in the whole of Poland, however they were above and beyond exceptional. Special mention and thank you to Arkadiusz, who helped us immensely when we had a family crisis and had to return to the UK unexpectedly.
The hotel itself is everything you would expect from their flagship property in Poland.
We will definitely be making Raffles our base on future business trips to Warsaw

We loved, loved the Raffles Europejski. The service is outstanding, and the food is wonderful. Breakfast is fabulous. We were celebrating our son's birthday and our anniversary on this trip. The hotel left us dessert treats and champagne to help us celebrate. The design shop in the hotel is very creative and offers great prices compared to the US. We love the hotel so much, we will be trying other Raffles hotels!

Raffles lives up to it’s reputation! 5 stars.

My stay was amazing. The staff went above and beyond to make sure me and my boyfriend were taken care of. I was there for my boyfriends birthday so we did a brunch at their restaurant and the food was was amazing.

Room service was great, everyone was incredibly professional and attentive. We even were able to enjoy their bath prep service which included having our bath prepped with essential oils and candles for ambiance. It was beautiful.

Tip: Be sure to try out their dessert 🍨 shop. And if you can, buy the honey! It’s amazing and i wish I could have more.

My luck

I called the hotel to verify my reservations they had no record of me staying there a second call they found me so I arrived they gave me a room. This room was equipped with great options butler sons spa room service witch none of it worked I had to ask for a menu after 30 minutes of sitting in the bar I thought the manager would of replied by now please call them and see about a response to my issues photo of the room when they gave it to me and a photo after the room wasn’t even ready and the shower floor was wet and in the room

A great hotel with exceptional service

This is a wonderful hotel with excellent and competent service. I was impressed with the level of English spoken by the staff. While my mattress was a bit hard, the room was very nicely appointed and the bathroom was very large and comfortable.

We stayed at the Raffles Europejski for four nights for my birthday in a glorious Junior Suite, although it was definitely the largest Junior Suite I have stayed in, being more like a full suite. It was a very comfortable room with all you would expect. The only minor thing was that the hot water was never very hot, it was ok for showering but I like hotter water to shave.
As with all the best hotels what really makes the Europejski special are the staff all of who were totally professional but also approachable and friendly. A special mention goes to Sebastian, one of the terrific barmen in the Long Bar, who provided excellent cocktails and looked after us brilliantly.
If you are looking for a special place to stay in Warsaw the Raffles Europejski is highly recommended.

This place is amazing. It's gorgeous and comfortable. I have no idea when the last time I slept that well!

It's close to downtown, so we walked everywhere. Staff speaks English and is eager to help. Everyone was so friendly and our stay was absolutely delightful.

There's a restaurant on-site, and the food was delicious. We got room service a few nights, and it was some of the best food I've had. I can't say enough good things about this place. It's an excellent choice for a relaxing stay.

This hotel is simply gorgeous - from the beautiful common areas to the generous sized rooms and their outstanding service. The sauna area was well above average - think luxury spa - and more than your average hotel gym as well - services we very much appreciate.
