Great location near shops, pubs and restaurant. The room was good for the price and hotel staff very friendly. It was weird to have to call before getting there, but all went smoothly and we had a great stsy.

Ideal base for a short break

We stayed for 3 nights to give us opportunity to see the town before we attended a wedding. Great central location with good access to local attractions. Great value, the room had everything you could want for a short break, was well looked after and the staff were friendly and helpful. Clear instructions were given to find the place and check in. I would definitely recommend to others.

Perfect location

4 nights stay in July. Very good location for all tourist attractions, practically walking distance everywhere. Room nice and clean, well equipped, nice modern bathroom. Nowy Swiat Street is quite lively, ask for the room at the back if you stay for more than one night.

Good bargain option

Once you figure out where this is, you'll find it perfectly located for food options and an easy walk to a lot of sights.
The room is a hotel room, in an apartment, so the name may slightly mislead, but I would happily return if going back to Warsaw.

very nice stay

nice room, much smaller than I expected after seeing the pictures but very clean and with nice big windows. No wardrobe. Getting into the building through a back gate was a bit awkward. Staff nice and helpful and speaking great English. Great location close to metro and bus stop and within walking distance to Old Market Square. Many restaurants, pubs and coffe shops just at our doors. Be aware that it's a busy street so it might be quite noisy at times, didn't bother us though as we wanted location in the centre.

check-in time

Check in time is 3 pm and we are told that we need to notify them if we are arriving late. But what does late mean for them is not clarified. When we arrived at 5:30 pm thinking that it is a reasonable time, no one was there. But a person came in 5-10 min after we called the number.

More like a residence than a hotel

The entrance is not visible on Nowy Swiat (the street) - and is not even labeled. I had to walk into Starbucks to ask. The entrance is L of Starbucks, through two gates, and immediately BEHIND. Once I'd identified the entrance, I was surprised to find it locked. There is no reception area for SleepWell. There are long-term guests who have keys and enter/exit as if this were just another apt building. SleepWell sends you an email before your stay - they are serious when they ask you when you anticipate arriving! This is so that someone can meet you outside and let you into the building. For me with no phone and barely any internet access, this is a huge risk. I could get some wireless on my Smartphone from Starbucks, and emailed the people at SleepWell. 25 min later someone came to let me in - they were very nice and spoke English. I loved the tiny room. Coffee maker, pleasant atmosphere, raised bed, TV, nice large bathroom/shower, toiletries provided. Although it was low enough to the back plaza that noises bothered me all night. There was no AC l - just window and a fan. Nobody works for the hotel in the apartment at night. The second time I come it will be a breeze. But the first time, it was way more stress than I was ready to deal with after long and hazardous travels alone. My success with this place hinged entirely on being able to use the internet while traveling.

Nowy Swiat-Warsaw at your fingertips

Everything you want to see is within walking distance, yet the hotel itself is tucked away in a quiet courtyard. A French-style cafe is 2 doors down, the only place open at 6:30 am. So here you are, living in your private apartment, like newlyweds, even though it's your 30th wedding anniversary.

Read the small print, You cannot check before 3pm which is a major annoyance if you arrive on a morning flight.
Entrance is to the rear of 62 Nowy Swiat so you need to walk around the back. It is signposted overhead.
Very clean, comfortable and well located.

Not impressed

It is ridiculous, that you can enter into the hotel only if you have mobile phone. The door is locked and the ring bell doesn't work . If you are arriving during the 2 hours when the reception works you can access easily if you have mobile phone.
If you arrive in the evening or you have no mobile phone you will have problem to enter. The main problem with this hotel that there is no reception. The location is very good, my room was very good and clean. There were shampoo and conditioner but not soap, which is strange. The staff (if you manage to meet them) is friendly.

Ottima posizione, stanza molto carina e arredata in maniera nuova e particolare. Super riscaldata (causa freddo gelido di fuori) quindi molto piacevole. Pulita e confortevole.
Unico neo: come indirizzo è segnalato il negozio di Starbucks, ma per accedere bisogna fare il giro del palazzo (dalla destra) ed entrare dal retro (cosa che viene comunque segnalata dall'hotel al momento della prenotazione).
Staff cordiale e disponibile. Ci tornerei!

Wielkie rozczarowanie - odradzamy

Wielkie rozczarowanie. Wyobraźcie sobie: zbliża się Wasz ważny dzień (np. ślub). Rezerwujecie pokój \"deluxe\", żeby odpocząć i się przygotować. Na zewnątrz jest 38 stopni. W pokoju 50. Za oknem okropny hałas, bo pokój jest na 1 piętrze, tuż przy ulicy. Nie da się spać, ani z zamkniętym, ani z otwartym oknem. Klimatyzacji brak. Jest wiatrak, który w tych warunkach nie daje nic.

Po pierwszej nieprzespanej nocy obsługa (recepcja, manager i szef), bo w desperacji próbujecie rozmawiać ze wszystkimi, MA WAS GDZIEŚ. To Wasza wina, że razerwerowaliście pokój bez klimy. Nie ma znaczenia, że to wyjątkowa sytuacja i w tych warunkach pokój nie powinien być udostępniony gościom (NIE DA SIĘ TAM ŻYĆ, chyba że ktoś lubi żyć w piekarniku). O zwrocie kosztów nie próbujcie nawet rozmawiać, Sleep Well z przyjemnością weźmie więcej Waszych pieniędzy za zmianę pokoju - to jedyna opcja.

Drogi \"Sleep Well\" robicie to źle. Zmieńcie nazwę na \"Heat Well\". Tak to też nasza wina, bo nie zwróciliśmy uwagi na brak klimy przy rezerwacji. Byliśmy pewni, że potraficie okazać odrobinę życzliwości stałym i (dotąd) zadowolonym klientom. Myliliśmy się. Życzymy Wam 50 stopni w nocy albo chociaż dobrego szkolenia z obsługi klienta. I odradzamy innym.

Service is always good in there. Good wifi and a lot of tv channels. The room I got this time was extremely tiny, with no normal heating in the room and very uncomfortable to get into the bed. I would stay in that hotel again, but would definitely want to avoid this room.

Hotel pequeno muito bem localizado, Muito próximo do centro histórico, com vários bairros e restaurantes ao redor. Não tem recepção permanente (o que não é um problema) e o acesso é feito por um portão ao lado de uma Padaria. Gostei da proposta.

Good bargain this time.

Nice place close to the centre. The room was very nice, clean and spacey. Only bad thing was that there were no blackening curtains so it was a little hard to sleep. Best for an exploring couple and not for a business traveller.

Rent og sentralt, men for mye støy.

Mye støy mot gate gjorde det vanskelig å sove. Reisefølge hadde rom mot bakgård der søppeltømming svært tidlig om morgenen gjorde det vanskelig å sove. Varme rom, ingen AC. Bad ble vasket, men de glemte sengen. Savnet skrivebord. Meget sentral beliggenhet - positivt.

Auf der Suche nach dem heiligen Schlaf

Wir sind mit dem Zug gegen 23.30 Uhr in Warschau angekommen. Ein Taxi brachte uns in die richtige Straße welche als Fußgängerzone vor uns lag. Kein Problem dachten wir, bis wir merkten, das unter der angegebenen Anschrift kein Hotel zu finden war. Etwas erschöpft haben wir dann versucht jemanden zu finden der uns sagen konnte wo unser Hotel war. Schließlich riefen wir die auf der Buchungsbestätigung angegebene Nummer an und landeten in einer Absteige die uns die Haare zu berge stehen ließ und dazu noch am anderen Ende der Straße lag. Glücklicher Weise stellte sich heraus, das dieses Hotel nicht unseres war. So wurden wir dann endlich in unser Hotel geleitet, was natürlich dazu führte, dass wir um 1.00 Uhr unser Ziel erreicht hatten, welches über eine Seitenstraße erreichbar war und keinen direkten Zugang von der angegebenen Hausnummer hatte. Ein kleiner Hinweis darauf, hätte uns alle diese Unannehmlichkeiten erspart. Das Zimmer jedoch war der Hammer und vieles wieder gut gemacht.

Apartahotel acogedor en el centro de la ciudad.

Destaco la amabilidad y atención de todos los chavales de recepción.
El apartamento tiene una cama de matrimonio de 1,50 decorado de forma peculiar.
La habitación es cómoda y el colchón mullido y agradable para dormir.
El único pero que le pondría es la calefacción: alta -unos 24º ó 25º- y sin posibilidad de regularla.

시설-가격대비 인테리어와 시설 좋음. 샤워시 따뜻한물잘나오고 수압도 센편.배수도잘됨
청결도-보이는곳은 깨끗하나 침대아래는 먼지가...
기타-아파트다보니 프논트데스크가없어 도착후 전화를 해서불러야하는 불편함이 있으며, 호텔의 위치가 구굴지도로 찾기어려움.아파트 간판이 길쪽에없고 건물뒤가 아파트입구라 찾는데 한참걸림-

Fantastisk läge

Jättebra läge och trots att det inte var bemannat så var personalen mycket trevlig när de mötte upp oss för att checka in och få nycklar. Fantastiskt läge och kreativ design på rummen. Enda nackdelen var att det inte fanns AC, bara en fläkt som väsnades. Annars jättenöjda!

Bøvlet, at der ikke er en bemandet reception, og at man henvises til et hostel længere nede ad gaden. Sikringerne sprang, så man famlede rundt i mørke. Måtte ringe efter elektrikere, som dog kom rimeligt hurtigt. Meget larm fra gaden. Dyrt ift. komforten - beklager

Bra rum med bästa läge!

Vill du bo mitt i hjärtat av det pulserade nattlivet i Warszawa så ska du bo på Nowy Swiat gatan. Hotellet ligger perfekt och det rum vi hade (POP) var ett litet men coolt rum. En säng, badrum och en explosion av färger!

Härlig läge, lägenheter anpassade för kära par

Underbart läge, precis rätt höjd på Nowy Sviat så att man är nära till alla restauranger, uteställen, gamla stan, Kulturpalatset. Ligger precis mitt där Warsawa är som livligast, utan att vara stökigt. Lägenheterna är toppen men saknar kokvrå, men restaurangerna i närheten är billiga och bra. Deras 10% rabatt hos bageriet/cafét nedanför är värd att utnyttja, supergott. Delux-rummet med balkong var superfint men inrett som från en tveksam film från 80-talet... Enstaka roliga störningar förekom som kanske kan vara opassande för barnfamiljer (kärlekspar som försöker lista ut hur man kommer in genom sin dörr klockan två på natten, samt kärlekspar som glömt stänga dörren...).
