Have stayed in these apartments several time now. The particular flat I stayed in on this occasion had received some TLC with some minor decorative repairs due. Overall very convenient location for transport shops and eateries. Some daytime noise of renovations in other apartments and one lift was out of order. I noted the apartment had air con but this was subject of extra charge for your whole stay. I also noted the check out time is now 10am, was 11am. Ok if you have an early flight or reason to be away, not so good if you have a later flight.

Clean, big, nice apartment with all you need to stay. Not fare from the central streets and parks.
Minor remark: the blanket is not suitable for the cold nights and there were no additional blankets.
Major remark: we got instructions with the wrong code to key box - and discovered it at about 23.00. Not a pleasure... We asked the host and he send us correct code by WhatsApp without apologize...

No frills but didn’t need that. Good location but don’t like having to do all communication via email and then some was in Polish though I told them needed it in English. There is a washer but no dryer. Didn’t need it, but if you a washer, you should also have a dryer. Would still stay again based on the price.

Central location

I have stayed several times at various apartments in the group. This time was no different. All seem to need a bit of old. But are functional. The blocks look rough but I have always found the area safe. Good amenities in your door step, and public transport options all close by. Capital city noise but block itself is quiet. If on a budget good option.

Central location great for amenities

The building is somewhat dated and unglamorous. The apartments have been functionally modernised. All those I have stayed in need a little TLC. The location is very central for public transport, shops, and restaurants. I have used the apartments repeatedly and have always felt safe despite the appearance of the building and immediate area. You have capital city noise and internally no worse than a hotel. If on a budget and content with a basic accommodation then hosapartments are a good alternative to a hotel.

The apartment itself was adequate and met my needs.
The sheets on the main bed were not up to standard cleanest wise.
Location was good.
The building was rather dingy and the corridor into the apartment was very unpleasant.
I know this can’t be helped by company but I won’t

Very nice and immaculately clean. Bed was so comfy i did not wanna get up 😊😊 sofa bed however wasn't too comfy for my 2 teenagers. You can see the Palace of Culture and Science from the balcony. Lovely touch is having a night guard in a building downstairs. Lovely restaurants nearby. Great late night supermarkets round a corner. Honestly i will definitely happily come back to this apartment. Thank you very much. 10 out of 5 ❤️

Decent alternative to hotel in city centre.

Alternative option to hotel in city centre. Apartment access isn't until 15:00 which if you have a morning flight is inconvenient. I was offered early entry on a fee, but feel if member of hotels .com or similar provision could be made for early entry. The block is an old communist era building that has been revamped in some apartments and other areas. My apartment was clean and if you were staying a few days has advantages of washing machine and kitchenette. It does need some TLC with floor trims missing or damaged and some touching in decorating. I found noise levels ok bearing in mind in a capital city. The metro is yards away as well as buses trams and shops. Plenty of cafes restaurants and bars nearby. There are a couple of fans in the rooms but if in high summer you may want to consider somewhere with air con. Check in and out as all remote with instructions being sent by e mail sms or what’s app. I have stayed there pre covid when they had a reception and baggage storage. The is has now gone but there is left luggage at the central,railway station. The immediate area and blocks do look a bit tired and you could interpret as a bit intimidating however I found the area very safe and people very personable. I would stay there again and recommend if on a budget rather than a hotel.

Great location in downtown next to metro station and buses or trains, great tv and kitchen well equipped, big comfortable double bed with lots of pillows etc... quite and noise free ... the only bad things are: 1. washing machine makes you almost unable to sit on toilet - very very uncomfortable get rid of it or swap for smaller 2. no side cabinets next to bed would be better to have them 3. the sofa in living room is way way too small and uncomfortable could be well much bigger possible leather for the size of the room and tv cabinet to put some stuff like PS4 would be advantage

Finding the office was very difficult as after being buzzed in there were no visible signs to point the way and the hallway was dark. It took 30 minutes of walking each and every hallway on the ground floor and then asking a tenant that I was able to find the office. On the last day, the bathroom ventilation vent cover fell off and nearly hit my wife on her head. i have pictures of the fallen vent cover. The water was shut off causing much inconvenience. When I checked out and complaint the reception just ignored it. Hosapartment receptionist was rude. The rudeness also showed in their email communications. The space by the bathroom shower was very tight and in order to leave the shower I had to shuffle side ways past the wall and the basin to get dress being careful of the toilet. The outside of the building was covered with graffiti and garbage strewn around the over full garbage bins. NOT RECOMMENDED!

It was nicely renovated to a new apartment. The building was old but everything functioned just great. It actually added to the flavour of the era. The location was fantastic and the office staff was always friendly and there for you. It was like actually living as a citizen in Poland and not a tourist in a hotel.

Central location with close proximity to Śródmieście station and Warszawa Centralna station (to connect to the airport). Amazing view of the Palace of Culture and Science. The room had a washing machine, iron (and board), fridge freezer, hob, microwave, cutlery, sink, Samsung T.V., electric fan, comfortable bed, toilet, wash basin, powerful shower, towels, soap, hand wash, toothbrush and toothpaste. Everything you need for a short trip in Warsaw. Great value, friendly staff and highly recommended.

The apartment was very clean if VERY small. There was a kitchen area that was great (and the main reason for my kind rating), but the bed was tiny and it was so close to the floor, it was more a mattress than a bed. The room was not cleaned every day...I guess it was considered to be more of a very tiny apartment than a hotel room. The front office closed at 6 and we needed a key to get into the building. The building and the area were the big problem. Outside, the walls were covered in graffiti. There was a broken toilet against the wall. Walking inside, I felt like I was in a slum apartment building. The steps were broken and dirty. The lights were sensored so it was dark until you were right under them and then they flickered on. It was kind of frightening. It was kind of far from Old Warsaw, but we like to walk, and the people working there were very nice. I would never stay there again or recommend it to anyone else, but the room was a clean place to sleep.

Two apartments in two different story-buildings

I travelled with my family and parents (4 adults+kid) and reserved two apartments. Once I reached there, they gave me two apartments in two different story-buildings. So I had to cancel the booking. Fortunately, there were another two apartments available in the same building with extra cost. The facilities were really good except the toilet in the apartment no. 38. If you have two legs, you don't have space to sit there in the apartment no. 38.

Excellent one-bedroom apartment with updated furnishings! It even had a dishwasher which was a pleasant surprise. Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay with our 9-year old daughter. The apartment contained everything we needed and we couldn’t have asked for a better service with the receptionist, she was courteous and very helpful! Try this place out!

Guests should note apartments are in residential tower blocks which do not look great from the outside and common corridor areas, although clean, have flaking plaster and could do with a refurbish. Excellent location, nice modern apartment, great heaters as we visited in December, cute little balcony, fast wifi, two smart TV's.
On the flip side, it was hard to find the entrance the first day as the entrance is from the side of the building, and the reception was a hidden behind a door in the corridor. Also, the corridor was really old in contrast to the new apartments.

I noted other visitors comments before travel and ensured I looked up where the reception was and made contact with them. I found the check in process fine and the staff friendly and both could speak English. My apartment was clean with a good bed and clean linen. Some furniture a bit dated and basic, Internet really good and TV fine for what it is. A couple of things didn't work like the kettle and extractor fans and the apartment could do with a bit of tlc. For me it was fine. The apartments are in an old 80's block which looks like a long term ongoing refurbishment job with affordable housing for locals. It looks a bit grim but I didn't encounter any problems and felt safe. The communal lighting is fairly poor making it look worse than it is. Fix this and you will get fewer poor reviews folks. There is ongoing building work which means some daytime noise, however I was out most of the time so it did not bother me. The location is great as you walk out the door and you are on top of everything, buses, metro, trams, restaurants, shops, bars the lot. There is some noise because you are living amongst local people, but no worse than some hotels I have stayed in. Would I stay there again? Yes on balance. A toaster would be good, a check on appliances working or not. Some slightly better furniture, sort the communal lighting and a paint job would improve the experience.

The place is right in the centre of everything with saxon park just 5 min walk. would recommend hosa apartments to you all . I don't know what Warsaw is like in the winter but we went when the temperature was 30c and it was great

Hosapartments is undergoing some reservation. It is a series of apartments in a block that is also lived in by locals. The communal areas in the block are scruffy but undergoing reservation. This did however mean there was no lighting in communal halls. The office is only open 10-8, it does say this in the T&C but I missed it. The apartment itself was comfortable although the international tv channels did not work. The bed is spacious, but two twin beds pushed together, so there is a slight dip in the middle.

Perfect apartment but awful staff

We stayed in this apartment for two nights. The apartment was in an excellent location, very nice clean apartment new decoration in the inside although tha building and the corridor was awful. We arrrived at our room late in the night and everything was perfect unless we had to use the shower. The shower drain was clogged and so the water from the shower filled the room. With no means we tried to clean the mess as there is no reception at the installments after 8 pm. We personally cleaned the drain so we could had a shower. We even run to the closest 24h kiosk to buy detergent to use in the pipes. In the morning after this horrible experience i went down to the reception to report what happened and in my surprise I came along the most unfriendly staff who was annyed because we tryied to fix their mess and instead of apologising for what happened. I asked to contact the manager and they pass me an email and until today there as no answer at all. We asked for a refund for the first night fiasco but again no answer.

The building was not looking so good, maybe a ex-soviet building and to find the access to the reception was not easy but once inside the flat all was good. Nice and large studio. Very cosy and all what is needed to have a nice stay plus an ice cream shop located near by :)
Poland is an amazing country to visit and this studio offered us a nice stay.

The room itself is lovely thought very small, the hallways and building itself however are dark and dingy. They seem unsafe at night time. The lady who checked us in was rude and condescending when we called to ask to be let in, we were in the wrong building, of which there are a few, and she acted rudely about this.

The apartment was well located and close to transport. The space wasn't large but contained everything you need, it was clean and the complimentary dishwasher tablets, washing up liquid and coffee pods were a lovely touch....a decent coffee maker too! We arrived early hoping to leave our cases in the office but we had access to a room straight away, would definitely use them again should I return to the city.

Few things to mention

The room itself was lovely. Two big double beds and the shower was really nice. Toiletries and full kitchen was offered.

But getting to the room was a little unwelcoming to say the least. Didn’t look very well maintained from the inside of the building. And to find Hosapartments reception was quite a way to find. Clear signs but not clear to follow. However inside the apartment, as I said was very comfortable.

The only thing I did not like was the fact that you can unlock the door from the outside regardless of whether you lock it on the inside. I do not deem this as safe at all and because of this I would not stay again.

Great apartment in old tower block.

The apartment was great. It was modern, clean and well equipped. The building in which the apartment was located was an old tower block, so the building and corridors didn't feel most welcoming. I don't think Hosapartments don't own all of the rooms in the tower, so it doesn't feel like a tourist apartment block. Location was great, the service was good too and good shop nearby. I would definitely rebook based on price, quality of apartment room and location.

It was hard for us to find the entrance and direction to pick up the keys from the office as the accommodation was situated in a residential block which requires a key to be accessed (thankfully a kind old lady helped us open the door from the inside!). Secondly, the hallways were daunting and dark, it was like a scene out of those horror movies (the hallway lights were motion sensor). Once we got to our accommodation, it was really nice and clean, nothing was broken nor dirty. The kitchen was well equipped; there were teas, instant coffee and a coffee machine! The room was very warm and cosy for us during our stay in late November (winter period) so it's a huge plus for us. As long as you are not bothered by the dodgy hallways and old looking building exterior, I'd say this is a pretty decent place to rent for your holiday!

We booked the superior room which had the description one or two double bed. What it doesn't say is that one of the bed is a sofabed. And apparently according to the staff, they don't have a room with two full beds, there's always one sofabed. Toiletries were basic, shampoo and bar soap. There were three of us but only two toothbrushes and a small tube of toothpaste. A few towels had a few black spots so it's better not to examine them closely. The shower curtain also doesn't not keep the water in the shower area so the toilet floor tends to get flooded. Corridor outside was dark, think the light outside our apartment was spoilt.

Good stay in Warsaw

very good central location. Although we hired a car from Modlin airport we found it much better to walk or use public transport. the room was clean and had everything we needed

We arrived late and were left instructions of what to do to get to our apartment, however these were very difficult to understand. Other than tbat everything else was good, nics warm room and all tbe essentials we needed for our stay so overall it was a good experience

NEVER EVER STAY HERE

NO! Don't stay here! Dingy. Creepy. Dark. Dank. Not what they state. Everything was poor. Stove didn't work, check in terrible, tv in bedroom didn't work. No English instructions. And the list goes on. Dirty old mattress outside!!! Interior of room was clean, but that is the ONLY positive thing I can say.

The apartment looked nothing remotely like what was advertised. The hallways were disgusting, dirty and badly lit. The so called kitchen was so tiny it was insulting to expect anyone to actually use it. The washing machine was in d bathroom !! Overall I would recommend people to book elsewhere. Music was played upstairs at 6.30am every morning - drums and guitar - obviously a band rehearsing. UNREAL

Great location,comfortable.

Great location. Helpful staff. Comfortable room and beds. Good internet, and some English-language TV. Pay parking across the street; free parking in street if can find a space! Walkable to virtually every thing in central Warsaw. Hallways need refreshiing.

Tower block with off-putting corridors

We received an email the day before arriving asking us when we would be arriving. That was all fine. In was easy to find as I'd looked into it before but from the outside was a little worrying at first. The grey rainy day might have played some part in that but the outside of the building, some of the people in the area and graffiti \"tags\" were off putting. The apartments are split between Bagno 5 and Bagno 7. We found our way into our \"Bagno\" but didn't really know where to go. We were in a little hallway but there was a code needed to enter further. After 15 minutes of trying to figure out where we needed to be an elderly Polish man who lived in the building (I presume) pointed us in the right direction.

The corridors throughout are also a little off putting. Think \"Peach Springs\" in the Dredd movie. Check in was fine though. A friendly girl who spoke perfect English. We signed a form to accept their rules before being given our key.

Once inside our room it was fine. Clean enough. A super small kitchen but all you needed for a short trip. A fridge for keeping breakfast items in, kettle, sink, chopping boards, pans, cutlery etc. Table for eating at. No plug for the sink though.

Close enough for walking to wherever you needed to be too. Nice and quiet at all times of day although that would depend on your neighbours of course.

Quiet, convenient, confortable, helpful staff

Quiet, good internet and comfortable bed. Very convenient for walking to historical sites, shopping, restaurants and amenities. Helpful and friendly staff. Hallways and entry areas need painting!!! Parking is a challenge unless one pays hosapartments for parking under building 2, level 3 which is conveniently close by and very secure.

Put off by exterior of building and corridors

The room itself had everything we needed (except maybe a couple of English speaking TV Channels)
It was clean and modern enough for us but was severely let down by the rest of the building. The exterior of the building had lots of graffi on it and piles of rubbish either side which I think was a makeshift hide for a couple of homeless drunks The stairs and the corridors were rough and bare concrete, with what looked like metal cages at the ends....it was a bit intimidating...but the room itself was acceptable. The block of apartment's were one of 3 in the street, which were surrounded in the area by a mix of historic buildings and glass skyscrapers....The building was never noisy and the newish upvc windows kept out any street noise.

Clean; well proportioned; not far from city centre

Good sized room with kitchenette facilities. Not far from city centre and amenities.

Only negative is that it is difficult to keep cool in the summer - when open windows at night hear a lot of traffic noise. Would benefit from air con or even just a couple of fans.
