Convenient location, cheap… but that’s about it. Almost all of the shades over the windows had broken off so you were waking up when the sun came up. There was a constant loud humming in the room from something that sounded electrical just buzzing constantly. It did stop for about an hour at one point but it came back on. I couldn’t figure out what it was.

No instructions on what to tell the door person when you first check in. Just had to show the door person my messages with the property. No instructions on how to use the key fob to get in once you did have the keys, it took a while to figure out where the sensor was.

Stay here because it’s cheap and central. But not because it’s a good room. I personally wouldn’t come back.

Found that it didn’t look like the photos and was much smaller but as I was only there for 3 nights this wasn’t a massive issue. The pillows were feather pillows which I’m highly allergic to so would’ve liked to have this mentioned in the listing so I could’ve made alternative plans.

Very convenient location! Apartments differ depending on price although all of them are very well equipped. I would recommend it to everyone.

the property was very central, situated in the centre of warsaw, (ideal for all local transport) the property was warm, and secure (6th floor), it was clean and well set out, it could do with a refurb as a couple of the electrical sockets were loose and the shower was in need of replacing as it could not be locked off.

Location within easy walk to Old Town, plenty of eating choices nearby, McDonalds & supermarket in complex. All major stores (H&M, C&A, Zara) about 200 mts from apartment building. 15 minute walk to central station & metro stations in apartment street.
The apartment had a washing machine, good heating, we ate out so unsure of appliances.

The don Apartments were surprisingly central, I reported a couple of issues with the management by phone, appartment120. was missing a sink plug for the bathroom basin, the floor under the bed was filthy, hadn't been cleaned for some time. Small coffee table had a hole in the top. window blinds needed attention or renewed.

Folks, this is old Soviet housing modernized in the interior rooms yet looking a mess outside. Trying to figure out checking in was a job as there is NO signage in English and NO directions. The propietor when I finally reached him was a friendly younger man who aimed to satisfy. But on a Saturday night it was very noisy inside the apartments and out, into the wee hours of the morning. Acceptable if you are willing to deal with the above but I will not be back.

Stayed for 2 nights. Excellent location in the city center. Subway station in 10 meters. 24h McDonalds in the same building. 7 minute walk from Zlote Tarasy shopping mall.Stayed in single room apartment on the 7th floor with nice city view. Kitchen was small but well-equipped (microwave, kettle, coffee-maker, stove and all other kitchen supplies). Wi-Fi was good and covered all apartment. Had small unglazed balcony, bathroom with washing machine. Room had one bed, big sofa and flat-screen TV. Central heating was good, no air conditioner.

Apartment in a high-rise near the centre

It was my first experience of this type of accommodation. It wasn't clear where I was actually staying until I got there. The addresses are confusing to non Poles. I chose this because it was supposedly near where friends where staying but found out when I got there that I was in a completely different building. The flat was spotless, but had seen better days. The fridge had a huge crack in the door and something had recently died inside it. The bed was pretty poor quality and the sockets had clearly never heard of health and safety. The friends I was travelling with paid roughly the same and their flat was much, much nicer. It was a roof over my head and nothing more.

Accommodations were acceptable. The apartment was centrally located, and made it dai for me tho be able to walk to the assures I wanted to see in 45 minutes or less. Public transit was located a few steps away from the building, as was the Palace of Culture and Science.

The \"hotel\" is a person that has several apartments spread over some buildings that are quite a walk from each other. The checkin and checkout processes were confusing. The room was large and clean, and the wifi was good, but the plumbing was leaky. I heard from others that they had better accommodations at a better price.

The apartment was clean and had all the necessary utensils. The location was great . Only down side was having to try and get the key for the apartment when arriving . And then having to make your way to another location . But it was not too much of a bother. The manager was friendly and helpful.

Great view of the city, value and location.

The studio flat was excellent. A great view across the city. The guy who ran the properties met us quickly, after a phone call and left us be. The flat was small, but contained a double bed and sofa bed. It was perfect for a couple of nights, located at a extremely central point of the city. The 'Bosh' advert on the building made it very easy to find. Would highly recommend the apartment for the value and location.

A Magnificent View Over Palace of Culture

The apartment is located in a very central location, next to shops, restaurants and bars, just across the Palace of Culture. Apartment (studio) was just the size to provide a comfortable stay, it felt neat and clean. There isn't much of a service, but picking up and dropping off the key was effortless. The most memorable things about the apartment is the view - it overlooks the Palace of Culture and large part of Warsaw. Highly recommend for great pictures, no matter day or night.

BOOKED ACCOMMODATION, ARRIVED AND NO ROOM!

I made a reservation in September 2014 for one night in Warsaw on New Years Eve.
I received a phone call at approx 3pm (I was flying from Krakow to Warsaw).
I phoned back and confirmed my reservation with Bon Apartments at 4.30pm when I landed and asked if there was a problem and I was told there was no problem just call me when you arrive in Warsaw. So I arrived at 5.15pm at the accommodation and telephoned.
I was then told that my booking had been transferred and someone would come and speak to me and be there in 15 minutes. So we waited in reception for 30 mins. A man arrived and said that my reservation had been lost when I queried this and asked how did you have my contact details to telephone to confirm the booking? He made other excuses.
He then said that I had alternative accommodation 2km away (I wanted to be in the city centre!). Why not tell me that the accommodation was not available at 4.30pm so that I could find something else in the city centre?
It was obvious the room had been re-sold on NYE for a higher rate.
We left and walked around the centre trying to find a hotel for over an hour in cold weather conditions (-5c) on NYE.
I arrived home to find that the card details that I used to confirm the reservation (payment was to be taken on arrival). Had been charged for the room that I did not stay in! When I telephoned hotels.com they rectified this situation immediately.

DO NOT BOOK THIS ACCOMMODATION YOU WILL ARRIVE TO NO ROOM!!!!!

Walking distance to the train station and the old town. Very pleasant reception staff, no hassle getting the key and access to the apartment. The room was a bit small but adequate and quiet, but could use a bit of an upgrade, especially the sofa and carpet. Very good location as is central to pretty well everything in all directions.

Great short stay apartment in Warsaw!

Over the years, I had seen this property offered, but never stayed there. However, this year, I discovered this was a great place to stay in Warsaw if you need a few days, or even only one night. The property is located right near the Central Train Station and is a few minutes walk to a multitude of eating places and shopping. The apartments come in all sizes and extra rollaway beds (which are also comfortable) are available for a small additional charge. The apartment was very comfortable, clean, and the Wi-Fi was superior! We stayed at the Bon Apartments a month ago and actually changed our return housing in Warsaw to The Bon as it was so convenient and the right price.

Great Location. Uncomfortable beds.

This apartment location is the best. Close to everything. No complaints whatsoever. The apartment has 1 bedroom and no beds! The \"bed\" is a sofa bed that's very uncomfortable. It could be improved a lot if the owner replaced it with a real bed. The living room also has a sofa bed that can be used for an extra person. The bathroom is small and the shower has great pressure but was partly broken. Overall great location, good price but uncomfortable stay.

Great location and convenience in Warsaw

This one-bedroom apartment in a high rise apartment building was a great fit for the two of us. The location could not be more convenient, minutes from the Palace of Science and Culture, and the main train station, but an easy walk to the Old Town also. Great view of the city from the balcony. It was great to have a kitchen and a washing machine for convenience. The only inconvenience was spotty wi-fi (plenty of signal, but kept dropping off on all three of our devices). The manager was extremely helpful; when wifi was not working one afternoon he actually brought over his own 'hot-spot' device so that one of us would not miss an interview via Skype!

very hard to find

Our flight was delayed. I emailed the owner of the appartment from Liverpool airport to inform him. on arrival at Warsaw I got a text saying keys left with reception at such and such an address. We got to the road it was on and spent 90 mins trying to find the appartment. The location on the map was wrong. There was no signs, the area felt dodgy and no one in any of the surrounding takeaways / restaurents had heard of Bon Appartments. Our phones wern't connecting to a network so we couldn't call the owner. However a Pizzaria waiter checked the address text to me with Google maps on his phone and pointed us in the right direction. It turned out to be a multi storey building with no sign on it to indicate that was the appartment. We collected keys from the reception and then upon entering our flat an immediate smell of urine was evident. However it was very clean apart the odd scrunched up tissue papers behind the sofas (noticed these when checking for plug sockets). Only one bed set up with bedding. I was told prior to our stay two would be. This got sorted the next day. The location was good for the station and Pavilion bars but a good walk from the Old town. It was hard to sleep at night because of noise from people below playing loud music until 6am and also car alarms outside. However very cheap but not really worth much more than we paid.

Reasonably well located and close to the main station'trams shops and transport to the airport. It's an apartment in a large (at least for Warsaw) complex so you get a bedroom and separate living room and full kitchen. Always clean and well maintained. Like all Warsaw apartments it is centrally heated. The apartment does not carry information about Warsaw but this is freely available at the Tourist Information Centre an easy 300m walk.

I called before coming to Warsaw.The rental person eventually arrived.The place smelled old .Walls were dirty and paint chipped.Bathroomwas clean.Bedswere very poor.There were drunks outside the building and we felt unsafe.

I would not recommend this place.Expedia should have a closer inspection.

Heruntergekommenes Appartement. Unangenehmer Geruch. Nahezu jedes Möbel beschädigt. Lattenrost vom Bett gebrochen. Steckdose hing lose an der Wand und gab einen Schlag bei jedem Ein- und Ausstecken. Duschvorhang verschmiert mit Seifenresten und Schaum vom vorherigen Gast.
Die Lage ist allerdings sehr zentral und praktisch.

Lo mejor de la propiedad es la ubicación y la vista abriendo la puerta del departamento. Es impresionante. Ver, el Skyline de Varsovia. La propiedad está bien. En general la TV nunca funcionó y las cortinas una está sobrepuestas y se cae fácilmente Reporté ambas cosas al propietario por mensaje, pero nunca obtuve respuesta Creo que le podrían invertir un poquito más a la propiedad y tendría 10 de calificación, pero por lo que yo lo ocupé, me agradó mucho y probablemente volvería .

The apartment did not have air conditioning, even though it was promised in the booking. It was extremely hot, and we had to keep the windows open, which led to terrible traffic noise!

The apartment was also more worn and dirtier than shown in the pictures! It was not as good as they imply. They also did not respond to the feedback given!

The apartment was in a great location, and the views were stunning. Check-in was smooth even late in the evening.

Bagno piccolo, puzzava di fogna e senza ventola. Letto altrettanto piccolo se si è in due: è una piazza e mezza e il piumino bastava per una persona. Appartamento spazioso tutto sommato e molto caldo. Non c’è reception ma neanche comunicazione efficiente con il proprietario in quanto ci sono stati forniti asciugamani ma non tappetino della doccia e a seguito di una richiesta di asciugamano in più da utilizzare come tappetino, la struttura ci ha detto che lo avrebbe fornito il giorno successivo ma così non è stato. Non c’è possibilità di lasciare i bagagli dopo il check out per vedere meglio la città o prima del check in.

Sentralt og egentlig lett å finne, rolig og stille til å være midt i byen, med gå avstand til det meste En liten ulempe er at navnet ikke står på det fleretasjesbygget. Det står kun Mac Donalds på toppen av bygget.

Stor leilighet, møblert og utstyrt kjøkken. Liten matbutikk til det aller nødvendigste ved siden av bygget. Har ingen resepsjon. Du får kun utlevert nøkler til din leilighet av dørvakten. OBS! LES det arket som ligger ved TV-en.
Liten minus var senga. Madrassen er litt for tynn, men brukbar.

Las fotos q publican no tiene nada que ver con la realidad. Reservamos 2 apartamentos uno en la palta 13 y otro en la 15. El de la PTA 13 ni había por donde cogerlo el de la planta 15 estaba un poco mejor la limpieza del baño dejaba mucho que desear. Lo único bueno las vistas sobre el Palace of Culture and Science

Lieu laissant à désier

Le gros avantage de l'endroit est sa localisation. Station de métro à la porte, gare ferroviaire à moins de 10 minutes de marche. Plusieurs des principaux attraits touristiques de Varsovie sont aussi à une distance raisonnable à pied ou se voyage bien en transport en commun. Cependant, l'accueil est compliqué. Le bureau est au 18e étage et on doit passer par un autre employé qui n'est pas de l'établissement et qui en a probablement marre de devoir gérer la clientèle de l'hôtel de part son attitude. Les chambre sont vieillottes et minimalistes (ma mère et moi avions chcun une chambre). Une odeur imprégnée de tabac collait à la mienne. Le matelas est inconfortable. Il y a seulement un minuscule oreiller. Il n'y a même pas de rideau devant la porte vitrée en face du lit, alors bonne chance pour dormir une fois le soleil levé. Quant à la salle de bain, la douche refoulait à chaque fois et provoquait un dégât. Le Wi-Fi était inconstant et d'un débit plutôt lent. Bref, à moins d'être mal pris, je ne retournerais plus jamais à cet endroit et ce fut une grande déception.

Abbiamo avuto problemi nel ritrovare la struttura perché non ci sono cartelli o insegne. La portiera parla soltanto polacco e stavamo rischiando di perdere la stanza perché dopo le 21 la reception chiude. La camera comunque non è male ma il letto è piccolo e scomodo.

Sehr schönes Appartement in guter Lage

Es ist ein schönes Unterkunft mit super Ausblick auf die Stadt .
Herr Andrew ist sehr freundlich & hilfsbereit.
Es gibt viele Restaurants & Einkaufsmöglichkeiten um die Ecke.
Ich würde jeder Zeit wieder hin gehen.

Nice stay in Warsaw for business

Nice place, with typical flexibility offered by apartments vs hotels.. Friendly reception service (!! limited time, 1 to 9 PM). Stragegic position close to the Central Station, Modlin bus stop and METRO (no car park). Clean, essential, good place to be used as office as well, thanks to the good WIFI connection. Just a little noise to to restructuration made in the close building, but that was just my bad luck. Very satisfying, good rate quality/price.

Bed so uncorfortable, and some neighbors angry to see tourists in the building, bad comunication with the staff before the check in, good situation with every thing that you can need (shops, public transport, restaurants, sigtingsee...)

- bezpośrednio pod oknami budowa w toku (panowie budowlańcy pracują od 6/7 do 22/23),
-nie działa tv,
-nie działa Wi-Fi,
Jeżeli szukacie czegoś na 1 noc ewentualnie na 2 i nie zamierzacie przebywać w pokojach w ciągu dnia to obleci, jeżeli wybieracie się na wypad z rodziną i zamierzacie po zwiedzaniu odpoczywać w apartamencie w ciągu dnia to poszukajcie czegoś innego....

Jag och en vän bodde här i 3 dagar och jag skulle inte rekommendera det för någon. Det första som hände oss var att dem försökte lura oss på pengar och skulle försöka få oss betala överpris samt att vi inte fick något kvitto trots att vi bad om det och vi fick även bara betala i kontanter trots att vi såg att dem hade kortläsare. När vi sedan kom till våra rum så var det ofräscht och rent ut sagt äckligt. Luktade både mögel och rök i hela korridoren och i rummet. Lägenheterna var inte fullt utrustade och det som fanns var även det väldigt ofräscht, exempelvis var spisen trasig och inga av glasen var diskade när vi kom samt att duschen var trasig.
Jag skulle inte rekommendera detta till någon och såvidare ni inte vill bli dåligt bemötta, lurade på pengar och bli sjuka pågrund av att det är mögel i rummen välj inte detta.

apartamentos bien situados pereo ruidosos

Hay mucho ruido de las obras que se desarrollan en el solar vecino al edificio de los apartamentos. Los obreros comienzan a trabajar a las 6:30 y acaban a las 24.00h, estando en estos momentos excavandose los cimientos con una retroescavadora, que no paró de trabajar durante todas esas horas.

HI, We were a large group from Denmark traveling for a great time in Warszawa. We had 3 very nice apartments in the same building. We had a great service from Andrew. We arrived late, and he was very helpful getting us accommodated in the rooms. Easy check out and again Andrew was very helpful. Great large and clean rooms, with a wonderful view of Warszawa. Location VERY central and couldn't be better for exploring the town. We will definitely stay here again when visiting Warszawa.

Najwększą zaletą apartamentu był niewątpliwie widok z okien. Na Pałac kultury oraz w oddali Stadion Narodowy. Mieszkanie czyste,wyposażone w najpotrzebniejsze sprzęty.Malutki minus za brak podstawowych kanałów tv, te nieliczne które były niemiłośiernie się zacinały. Na następną wyprawę do Warszawy na pewno zamieszkamy tutaj. Bardzo polecam.

Accueil parfait, personne très aimable, appartement bien situé, calme et suffisant en taille. Par contre, l'ensemble est vieillot,de nombreux équipements sont cassés ou abimés (bonde du lavabo, tiroir de commode, fuite à la douche, étagère, tancarville, TV très floue .......). Le lit de la chambre est en fait un canapé déplié confortable pour un canapé..... Cuisine complète mais équipement minimum par exemple 1 seule petite cuillère (four sale en arrivant). Ensemble correct pour 2 ou 3 jours mais qui pourrait être très bien avec quelques travaux de rafraichissement et des équipements réparés.
