Overall, location rooms and basics were real attractions to the location. The breakfast was much better than most and made the hotel as much a destination feature as a place to crash.
The biggest regret is the nickle-dime mentality of charging what was close to another night for a three hour early check in. I was really surprised that check-in was at 4pm! You could see a lot of people were as they turned away from the option. This also created a bit of a bottleneck at 4 when everyone came back. It looked like check in at the airport.

Really lovely stay. The location is hard to beat, the renovation was done with real taste, and the restaurants genuinely delivered. Gym, pool, spa — all exactly what you'd hope for at this level. The Panorama Bar alone is worth a visit. Highly recommend.

Amazing hotel . Rooms are little outdated but clean . View facing downtown is really nice specially if you are on high floor .
Breakfast is the best I ever had . Huge variety of meats cheese fruits vegetables.
Freshly squeezed juices and smoothies.
Also hotel stuff and security are very helpful and Accommodating.
Definitely will be staying here next time Im in Warsaw

Really enjoyed my stay at the Presidential Warsaw.

Great staff, really helpful at every point.

The Lobby Bar had tasty food and excellent service. The drinks were on point.

Clean rooms with an "American" hospitality kind of feel. All amenities you'd find at your big American chains.

I was upgraded to a high floor with amazing views of the Palace! Thank you so much!

Staff at the front desk is unpleasant.

When I booked my mom‘s the room I immediately texted the hotel that all is paid incl. breakfast and that mom should not be asked for any additional money at the time of checking in etc. Of course nobody „remember“ and the receptionist was adamant with the request that my mom pays upfront for bar use either 500zl or 100zl.
Mom called me; I then talked over the phone with the receptionist and he still was pressing upfront payout incl. that he could send the link to pay to me. I was livid at that point. I asked to speak with the manager and mentioned that it is again the same story at this hotel.

Eventually my mom signed the document that she will not be using anything from the room‘s bar. What the hotel did later was below 4-5 star hotel - they came and remove the room bar.

I have never and my mom too, been treated at the top rated hotels like that.

We will never stay in or recommend this hotel to anyone.

Beautiful hotel in a great location. Stunning view of the Palace of Culture and Science. Clean, spacious room. Easy check-in. Large selection at the breakfast buffet. The hotel is across the road from the central train station and a good shopping mall. Bus and tram stops just steps away. Plenty of restaurants (including fast food) within easy walking distance.

朝ごはんビュッフェは種類豊富で美味しく、食べすぎてしまいました。

深夜着でしたが、予めホテルを通して空港ピックアップサービスを頼めるのも楽で安心でした。

中央駅の真ん前にあり、ワルシャワから電車で他の都市に移動するのも簡単でした。

Room: Stayed on level 32 overlooking the town square. The room was nice and comfortable, though the bed was average; a little lumpy along with the pillows.
The bathroom had a bath shower. Shampoo and conditioner were provided.
Breakfast: The breakfast was sensational. There was no shortage of choice.
Facilities: The hotel had a gym, pool, Finnish and steam sauna. The pool and sauna area were popular, making it difficult to get into the Finnish sauna.
Location: Opposite central train station and just 15 minutes walk to the old town. Many Christmas markets close by. I would recommend for the breakfast alone.

If you’ve ever dreamed of traveling back in time — The Presidential Hotel Warsaw will make that dream come true, no DeLorean needed. Step inside and you’ll be instantly transported to 1998, when tube TVs were luxury, and bathrooms looked exactly like my grandma’s.

Yes, the view is beautiful. But that’s about the only thing that doesn’t need renovation. Everything else is a living museum of outdated design — furniture from the “Early Gierek Chic” era, carpets that have seen more history than a Warsaw guidebook, and bathroom fixtures that should probably be displayed behind glass in a heritage exhibition.

I honestly have no idea how this place still holds five stars — perhaps one for each decade it hasn’t changed? 😏

I stayed here ten years ago, came back out of curiosity, and it’s comforting to know that absolutely nothing has changed. If I were the owner, I’d shut it down and do a full renovation — a fresh coat of paint won’t save this one.

There are dozens of far better hotels in Warsaw for the same price — ones that actually belong in this century.

In summary: perfect for lovers of nostalgia, historical interiors, and retro shock therapy. For everyone else — I highly recommend… any other hotel.

The hotel needs a major renovation of carpet, paint, and finishes. There is some construction ongoing that uses a jack hammer that rattles throughout. Definitely wouldn’t return until all of this improves

TV was broken… the technician was trying to fix it. As a result, he found out that it will be a major fixed. So he wanted to comeback next day. But I had plan… I didn’t want to wait while fixing neither I didn’t want anyone is in my room during my vacancy.
So no TV for entire my stay.
There was construction drilling noise the same floor till around 9:30 pm on 9/4 and morning on 9/5. So I wasn’t happy for that.
When I checked out, the person didn’t feel sorry at all.
Suppose to be a 5 star hotel… that’s a shame.

The indoor pool, sauna, steam room and gym facilities were first class. The staff in the gym were friendly .
Room service meal was terrible. Slap dash burger and fries. McDonald’s is a superior product in comparison . No care at all in the presentation and very bland. When we mentioned this to the lady at the desk when we checked out she advised us ‘give our feedback to the kitchen ‘ The rooms were clean but the carpets were very dirty. The passages were old and tired looking and in desperate red of repair.
The rooftop bar was very good. High quality cocktails and food- reflected in the price.

I will definitely recommend this property, the staff are very polite, friendly, and helpful, this was my first time in Poland, so I had a lot of questions in regards to moving around and figuring how to navigate my excursions and travels and they were very helpful, the gym and swimming pool were absolutely fantastic, breakfast was top notch, so many choices to choose from, I definitely enjoyed my stay and would recommend for a first timer like myself in Warsaw Poland PS the rooftop too is freaking amazing.

I booked a 2 night stay here based on location and proximity to transportation and had a good experience. The check in was fast and the staff was very courteous. The room itself was fresh and clean. The beds were a bit flat but sheets were fresh, overall comfortable. Water pressure in bathroom was excellent. View from our room on 30th floor was lovely, room was front facing. The TV however, kept glitching and shutting itself off, connection to channels was not stable.
The hotel was also kind of noisy with construction going on starting in the morning. We didn’t have time to try the gym/pool or restaurants but overall I’d recommend this hotel.

This is former Warsaw Marriott. For some reason it left the chain. Probably due to high fees. So they decided to run by their own brand. You still can see the left over signs of Marriott. The service is same. Location is perfect.
