The hotel was in the perfect location to the Main Square and Christmas Market. It was literally on the next street. The hotel itself was very quiet and sterile, we almost thought we were the only ones staying there. The rooms were large, very clean and heated bathroom floors. I can't say that the bed was super comfortable, to me but, my kids slept well. Breakfast was included with our stay and it was okay, our waitress was very kind and remembered parts of my order that I forgot, she was great. Staff were all kind and I loved the touches of Christmas decor.

I have stayed in many 5-star hotels, and this one truly stands out as one of the best. From the moment you arrive, the building and its details impress, everything is spotless, and the staff are exceptionally attentive and helpful. The location is perfect, just a two-minute walk from the Old City.

Breakfast was excellent overall, though on a few mornings, there was a bit of a wait to be served. That said, the quality made up for it.

For anyone who appreciates boutique hotels with both class and a prime location, this is a must-stay when visiting Warsaw. We will be back.

Great place to stay in Warsaw.

We used this hotel as our base during our trip to Poland and were not disappointed. Rooms are large and comfortable, well appointed. Location is excellent, within easy walking distance to all key sights, restaurants etc. Reception staff were friendly and helpful which added to the enjoyment of our stay. Can definitely recommend.

Property was dated and there was no elevator. Nothing was explained to us about the room, the TV, the heat, the breakfast that was included, etc. Clean but could have been better. There were hair clippings in the sink when we arrived. Drapes were soiled. Towels were scarce, I had to request more of them but I will say that they were delivered promptly by a friendly maid. Maids were very nice! Guy at the front desk could have been much friendlier. He made you feel like you were bothering him with any question. Breakfast was ok but nothing compared to our hotel in Wroclaw. Heat was too high, we had to keep trying to lower it and opening the windows. Plenty of hot water for showers. It was ok but I wouldn’t stay there again.

Arrived to see Warsaw and Christmas market. It has been so much fun with beautiful and bold XMAS decorations and the city has a holiday vibe that is exciting. Hotel Bellotto is located easy walking distance from the Xmas markets and many fine restaurants too. The Hotel staff was courteous and helpful. We’ve stayed overnight in a classic room. It was really small and did not look like the one in the picture. The bathroom was dysfunctional: there was one towel rod which would accommodate couple of towels at the most and no extra hooks. Where you supposed to hand your bathrobe when you are taking the shower? The sink was clogged and the toilet paper holder was wobbly, ready to fall off. In this class of hotel these issues should not exist. We were unable to have dinner at hotel restaurant because of kitchen’s equipment malfunction. The reception staff were very professional and friendly. This was the only good thing about our stay.

From the beginning, after booking the hotel, the hotel staff was rude, cold, and awful when I inquired and tried to book their hotel shuttle service. Then when I arrived to check-in the hotel staff was just as rude, cold, and awful, and I felt like I had to lock up my luggage until the room was able. They refused to let me use the restroom. The whole experience was terrible even though the hotel itself was in a good location. I will never stay at this hotel again. Supposedly a 5 star hotel, but was the worse hotel out of 9 hotels when less stars

Definitely Hotel Bellotto is not a 5-star hotel. The rooms are beautiful and clean, but the rest of the hotel, including the staff in the lobby, deserves 1-star. The picture of the lobby that is displayed is not accurate, as it really looks like a room from City Hall. If someone is looking for a 3-star hotel, this would be perfect. But it is not worth the money for a 5-star hotel.

Overall - fantastic - one issue was their wireless was spotty at best, kept going in and out. Also -this is a historical property - no elevators were allowed to be installed. Beautiful building. Big clean rooms. Very helpful staff. No lift on our side of the property. No sweetners in hotel at all (not good if you’re diabetic). The breakfast buffet was very poor and we waited over an hour for cooked breakfast which had undercooked egg and tiny sausage and a bit of bacon. Sent it back and got overcooked egg 2 tiny sausages and bacon. We did complain and said we did not want breakfast there again (and we did not go to breakfast next day) and they refunded us our next day breakfast (only there 2 nights). Shame as lovely hotel.

The only negative was that I have stayed 8 nights and only on the day of leaving I have learned that parking at the hotel was twice cheaper if you validate your parking slip at the reception rather than at the parking pay station machine.
