I had such a great stay here. The room was spotless and Laura was incredibly kind. I actually arrived without reading the instructions properly and almost ran into a problem, but she reached out to me on WhatsApp and guided me through everything. I really appreciated her help.

The view was also amazing, overlooking the Christmas market and the skating rink, which made the stay even more special. I genuinely enjoyed my time here and would happily come back.

This was a beautiful luxury apartment. I can’t wait to go back and spend more time there. It’s in the old town overlooking town Central in the markets. Perfect for the ice-skating rink and the Christmas markets. The apartment was updated with all the amenities you would need including a washer and dryer. The restaurant next-door called. The Bazeyliszek was amazing. We enjoyed our dinner tremendously.

Fabulous apartment, really comfortable and well furnished and equipped. Lovely to have the view of the Old Town Square.
Was met by Alex and shown around the apartment and he kept in touch by WhatsApp in case of any issues (that there weren't).
Full kitchen, good sized bathroom with space for your own things, spacious living area with comfy sofas and proper dining tables and chairs.
Felt as if I was staying in an apartment in a luxury homes magazine!

The Mondrian not only had the BEST view, but the accomodation is quite spacious and comfortable. The stairs (67 steps to our room) were challenging with luggage, but our driver and Alex (Mondrian) helped carry them up. That was very much appreciated. Everything in our apartment functioned properly. The only issue with this place is I found earwigs (bugs) in the small bathroom. This happened 3 days in a row. I hate bugs. The earwigs would gravitate toward our towels. They had to be coming from the sink. I rated cleanliness with 1 star, but it's not cleanliness was the issue. Our apartment was clean, but even clean places need an exterminator. When I explained this to Alex and sent him pictures, he said this is the first he's hearing of this issue. Then he said we must have brought them with us. NO. We did not. SO, I do not know if Alex contacted an exterminator, but he should. No one likes bugs.

It is located right in the heart of the Old Town—the location is unbeatable, with easy access to many restaurants and things to do nearby. Beautiful apartment, on the main square. Amazing stairwell to head up, really spacious apartment with comfortable beds, seperate living space and seperate kitchen.
2 lovely bathrooms. Well cleaned and our host Laura was really helpful with recomendations and any questions during our stay. Market Square is mainly restaurants so they tended to close by 11pm so noise was not an issue at night. Main bar street was about 1 mile away.

The apartment was lovely and had everything we needed except no power for 3 hours one day and all day the morning we were leaving. We were unable to have showers and dry our hair. Couldn't make coffee or breakfast early in the morning when we got up. It was dark in the kitchen and bathroom. The hallway was dark and unsafe to descend the stairs with our luggage. The person responsible for the unit was in contact initially but has since come up with no solution as far as compensation. We paid for this luxury apartment with amenities and were unable to use the amenities we paid for. For this reason I give the place a poor review. The whole building was out of power and they were working on it so I understand that but to not compensate us for the lack of amenities is not right.

The apartment is incredible. The epitome of luxury sitting right on the old town square. The vaulted ceilings give it an exceptionally high end feel. The beds are very comfortable. Alex, our host, was very kind and friendly as well as prompt with our communication. The apartment was quiet too even with it being so centrally located. The room we reserved was amazing!! Alex met us outside as we were a little confused about where to go when we arrived (not clearly marked - or at least not to us). We travelled with 2 other couples. Property advertises they are located in Old Town Square. When we arrived 2 of the 3 apts were right in old town square and they were beautiful, however the 3rd was about 1 mile away and was not in old town square. The women that met us to check us in was very nice but proceeded to show me the address that was in my reservation. What do I know about Polish addresses. I booked old town market square and they switch it all written in small print. Beware. These are individually owned apts and you rent from a management company. We ended up just staying in one of the 2 units with our friends we never stayed in the 3rd place. I am surprised Expedia and Booking allow this company to advertise with a Photo of Old Town Market Square and description the same but one of there units is about a mile away. Poland is great this wasn’t a good experience.

Laura who checked me in to the property was great!! I had issues figuring out the TV remotes 😂 and Laura was so helpful and communicative! The property was unexpectedly beautiful. Pictures don’t do it justice. Would highly recommend this place!

The apartment is quiet, elegant, and beautifully furnished with everything you would need including a washer/dryer. Great location in Old Town Sq, close to museums, historical sights and restaurants. Alex insisted on carrying our luggage up the stairs. We would definitely stay here again.

My stay in Warsaw couldn't have been better. The suite's location in the heart of the Old Market Place was incredibly convenient for exploring the area. The interior was stunning, and the view of the marketplace was captivating. The only drawback was having to carry luggage up a flight of stairs, but beyond that, it was flawless!

From start to finish this was an amazing stay for 3 nights. Most amazing historical area to explore. Warsaw is easy to get around and very walkable. Apartment has everything you will need and Laura the host is wonderful. Great communication and very accommodating. So much to see and do so will have to return one day.

Almost Perfect

This was a perfect place to stay for a couple. Beautiful views, lots of restaurants, clean and up-to-date apartment. However, the apartment we stayed was on the 2nd floor which is the 3rd because they don't count the floor you come in on. There are no elevators so we had to carry up the luggage which was not easy as we are >70 years and both pieces were heave as we had been traveling a month. If you don't count the problem with carrying luggage up two flights of stairs, this was a perfect place to stay,

Laura was a gracious host that was very engaging before and during our stay. She made all arrangements to help with our arrival, and her friendly greeting as we arrived set the perfect atmosphere for our stay in Warsaw. The bed was very comfortable, the decor inviting, and the location right in the center of old town really engaged you with the surroundings. This was the first time I chose to take my family to an apartment instead of hotel, and may have changed their preference in their future visits!

We travel extensively as a family with small children, and properties are rarely as wonderful as you hope. This location is. Laura felt like a fast friend. The cleanliness was superb and my two year old could sit on the floor and play without any concern. Location cannot be beat. Best stay we have had in years and tremendous value.

A beautiful apartment with one issue

This is a beautiful apartment with a fabulous location. But it’s 3 floors up with no elevator. This was not clear while booking on hotels.com. It was made clear only on the email which I received just before our arrival. I might not have stayed if I had known we would have to carry our bags up and down 3 floors. Alex did help when we came in but he was alone and we could not let him carry all the bags alone! At check out early morning, we had to do it ourself. So brilliant apartment as long as you are ok with 3 flights of stairs!
Alex was brilliant in his service and helped with everything. All queries were promptly answered.

Spectacular great value Old Town apartment

WOW! Great value for a beautiful modern one bedroom apartment overlooking the Old Town Market Square. Even includes a pocket sized gadget permitting internet access off premises. Laura is wonderfully welcoming. Only thing missing was a washcloth to use in the bathroom.

Luxury apartment middle of old town

The apartment complex is literally in the middle of old town overlooking the marker square. The one i stayed apit is luxurious with all the equipment you need if you wish to cook . There is no concierge though so if you need information you need to google or go to info center . Laura who was my manager on call was wonderful
