Very good location, close to metro, buses, tramway, shopping centre, little stores. 10-15 minutes by public transit to the Old City and Downtown.
Hotel was overall clean, but room cleaning service not detail oriented and not regular - we had to ask for it. Big plus for the restaurant, tasty food, very generous servings at excellent price. Most of Hotel staff polite and courteous. Good value for the money.

Check in was smooth upon arrival. Everyone on the staff was helpful and friendly. The breakfast buffet is excellent and varied. The restaurant connected to the hotel is also great as is the staff.

The hotel is near the Metro and Tram stops with a great Thai/Vietnamese Restaurant on the street

What I would have liked would have been some small toiletries for the bathroom and larger pillows. While my bed was comfortable, the pillows are lumpy and too small. I asked for and received a second one.

Location is great. It's a 5 minute walk from the tram, the bus and the metro . Zabka and 24 hr alcohol shop too. We stayed here in September and whilst the windows open fully get a room with air conditioning as sleeping with the windows open is loud outside as it's near a main road. Loved the hotel. Bathroom clean room modern and well set up. Would stay again

Great for a stopover for a quick trip. Room is very basic but it has everything you need. It’s exactly what we needed and we’re happy we booked it, staff were lovely and the restaurant downstairs was perfect. We didn’t venture out too much as we had already been around Warsaw and were using this as a quick respite that was close to the airport for a 3am pick up.

Maybe work on your cleaning?

Noisy, dirty and staff who apparently don't like their jobs. There was dust and dirt in both rooms we were given, it doesn't seem like they wash floors and surfaces that often. Very noisy between rooms, between floors and a lot of noise from the kitchen if you have a room facing the \"backyard\". Perfect if you Like having a conversation with someone next door, down the hall or any of the floors.

Only reason to recommend this hotel is its location. Close to public transport and the old city.

I think the \"S\" fell off.

It was a weird mix of transient workers looking for a place with low security, elderly people looking for the decor of their childhoods, and young party goers looking a place with fewer rules than a party hostel.

We thought the hotel service was quite adequate. It was quick on deling witha blocked drain on the shower, breakfast service was goodand the hotel reception was friendly.
However we missed not having a telephone in the room and we only had one pillow each.

American perspective: we went in early August and the temps were low of 60's and high of 80's. The biggest downfall is no AC in the rooms. (I know that is to be expected in Europe, and we were visiting at the warmest part of the year). The staff were friendly, the facility was clean. The only complaints would be that there are thin walls so you do get a fair amount of noise from other guests (its not too bad - I've definitely stayed in louder hotels in the US). And the lights in the stairwell were not working for the first few nights of the stay, I did use the flashlight on my to navigate the stairs at night. Overall, it was a pleasant and clean place to stay.

I read mixed review's before booking and in the end decided to go with this one as it seemed good value.

Overall it was good, 15 minute walk to the old town, clean, comfortable beds.

Agree with other reviews that the area is noisy. If you close the windows all is good except there is no air conditioning.

So, if you don’t mind the warmer air or the noise it’s a perfect please to stay close to downtown for a good price

Noisy room overlooking the street so had to keep the window closed, and no air-conditioning so it was too hot.
No drawers or storage space at all for clothes for clothes & possessions.
The beds were not made and the room not serviced even when I put the sign 'please service my room' on the door.

The hotel was comfy enough and the shower/bathroom was perfectly fine. The hotel was nicely based, right next to a tube station and not far from a shopping centre. It took me less than 20 minutes to get to the centre of Warsaw by tube, perfect for a 20 minute ticket.
The only things I wasn't too happy with were threefold. One, that the towels provided were barely big enough for a child. Two, that the breakfast was poor value for money compared to another hotel I stayed in that had a slightly cheaper breakfast with twice the selection. Thirdly, the hotel was quite noisy. Many of the room's windows face in on each other and I could hear people loudly at all hours.
It's a perfect hotel for a few days stay though.

No Ac ,no wifi,no toiletries, spring bed digging into your back. Smells like an ashtray and dirty. Most of all over-priced-$160 per night plus $20 for parking that is tiny and you constantly get blocked in by other cars in the garage or on the street and not being able to ger out.

If you’re driving, it’s going to be a issue with parking. Hotel has very limited places. We booked two rooms and they still couldn’t organise a parking for us. Keep that in mind.

The room was in a horrible condition.
No soundproof !!! You could hear every sound next door or in the corridor as if there were no walls.
So we woke up a few times every night.
The bathroom was falling apart! The toilet paper never showed up.
Sheets with wholes in them.
Nobody ever bothered to clean up the room during our two weeks stay.
The werst experience ever!

Spacious and good price are pluses but basic, run down, broken items in the room (lamp, switches, electric wires), no soundproofing (at the time of my stay, relentless running screaming kids in the hallways until 10 pm) and really not such a good location as other reviewers were suggesting. Quite far from Warsaw East station to walk to in early morning. The area did not appear very safe with a lot of strangers approach other people and ask for money in neighbouring streers after dark.

The building is not clean, walls are paper thin and windows face a dirty, dreary courtyard. There is drinking, smoking, fighting and prostitution going on inside the building. Elevator does not work properly. There is no housekeeping service during stays, only at checkout.

[9/18, 9:02 AM] Kasia USA: Ten hotel jest totalną porażką 👎ludzie tam pracujący zachowują się jakby pracowali za karę , na recepcji wszystkie dziewczyny jak tylko jest jakakolwiek prośba o pomoc udają ze nie rozumieją , okazuje się ze nie ma mikrofalówki aby podgrzać jedzenie wieczorem (oczywiście to kłamstwo , po prostu nie chce się im ruszyć tyłka z krzesła ) a na pytanie czy mają pożyczyć ładowarkę do telefonu , usłyszałam , ze to nie ich praca aby szukać ładowarek ; a można grzecznie odpowiedzieć ze nie posiadają takowej .
Nie wiem, kto tam jest managerem tego obiektu , ale może warto byłoby przyjrzeć się bliżej personelowi który się zatrudnia .
NIE POLECAM TEGO HOTELU!
Warszawa ma wiele wiele hotelów trzy gwiazdkowych o 100% lepszej obsłudze , zachęcam do poszukania , a ten obiekt omijać szerokim łukiem .

No air conditioner in my room turned my stay into a living hell. I could not stay in my room before 10pm most nights. It was actually colder outside even in the early evening. This hotel needs at least fans in theirs rooms to break the hot still air!! Location to public transport is good & local shops!

I really enjoyed our stay at the Hit Hotel. The room was spacious and clean, large bathroom, with a kitchenette and fridge, more than met our expectations.

Found the location to be good, very well connected to public transport, with great bakeries nearby and a quick connection over to Old town.

The service from the staff was friendly and helpful and I would not hesitate to stay here again when in Warsaw.

The hotel was excellently placed for a trip to the Old Town and the local amusements. The breakfast was excellent. The Restaurant served excellent food. The only downside was that the walls are paper thin and you can hear everyone else going about their business. I would still recommend, but will visit with earplugs next time.

I have stayed for 3 nights. Noone cleaned my room or changed towels in that time. Lot of noises from elevators or conversations in other rooms. Not enough hot water in the shower during 'peak' times in the evening. Seems long term letting there (workers?). On plus side - breakfast included.

Sad hotel, needs love. Just OK for short stays

Wifi was awful. Each room has it's own login and password, but it was still not secure. It kept dropping. Lost track of how many times I had to log back in. The hallways were. Very dark and smelled like burning mental-like an iron left on too long. The mattress was old and worn and the linens were shabby. The whole place needs a face lift. Reception had little English and tried to charge me for the room I had paid for on Hotels.com. The elevator made very scary noises. There was plenty of hot water immediately in the shower and the bathroom was very clean. The hose to mount the shower wand barely made it to the fixture so the water could only be pointed in one direction. Location was close to public transportation an a large shopping mall. Also walking distance to the zoo.

Gerne — hier ist eine überarbeitete Version deiner Bewertung mit dem Zusatz zum Frühstück:

Wir waren kürzlich in diesem Hotel und hatten einen fantastischen Aufenthalt. Die großen, geräumigen Zimmer und das Bad waren sehr komfortabel und wirkten frisch renoviert.

Das Personal war durchweg sehr freundlich, in allen Bereichen hilfsbereit und engagiert – unsere Wünsche wurden immer ernst genommen und erfüllt.

Das Frühstück war wirklich hervorragend: es gab eine sehr große Auswahl an Optionen und alle Speisen wirkten hochwertig. Für jeden Geschmack war etwas dabei.

Die Lage des Hotels ist hervorragend: Metro, Straßenbahn und Bus sind bequem zu erreichen. Einkaufszentren, Supermärkte sowie kleine und große Geschäfte und Restaurants sind in fußläufiger Nähe. Die Umgebung lädt zu schönen Spaziergängen ein – besonders entlang des Flusses Weichsel und über die neu eröffnete Fußgänger- & Radbrücke.

Insgesamt war unser Aufenthalt geprägt von Komfort, zentraler Lage und wirklich tollem Frühstück und Service. Wir können das Hotel wärmstens empfehlen.

Hotel bien ubicado con metro y tranvía. Se nota que lo están reformando. Desayuno bastante bien. Lo único que el servicio de habitaciones, solo se limitaba a cambiar toallas y bolsas de basuras. No hacen las camas, no lavan los utensillos de cocina (puedo entenderlo) pero hemos visto que tampoco se limpiaba el suelo. Las camas crujen un montón. Es imposible dormir, deberían cambiarlas.

The hotel has a great location with good walking and commuting distance to anywhere. Otherwise there is not much to tell - service was ok, breakfast was ok, the atmosphere was not clean and there was ongoing painting in the hallways. No soundproofing - especially the cleaning staff made a lot of noise with some walkie-talkies. There was no air conditioner, so it was really hot. The view was to other rooms directly within a short distance.

Praga district is a not safe area. In addition, are too far from center of Warsaw City.

I visited this hotel in october. So, I did not have the same problems that some people have had during the summer time. According to their feedback. For me this hotel was ok. Everything was at the three star level. Nothing special but ok.
