Located on the right bank of the Vistula River in Warsaw, this hotel is a great option for business and leisure travellers alike. The hotel is situated in a historical building, close to the National Stadium and next to all means of public transport including M2 line of underground.
The airport is roughly 15 km away. The Old Town and some of the city's most interesting tourist sites are only a quick ride away, easily accessible by tramway.

This place was fantastic. The front desk staff were really nice and helpful. This is a great location within walking distance to the Old Towne. Room was as pictured and clean. Water was hot and had a lot of pressure. Front desk was nice enough to call for taxis, which was nice. Highly recommend. Neighborhood was quiet and safe for walking at night. Good restaurants, cafes and coffee shops nearby in the Old Towne. Price was good, too.

A very nice, inexpensive hotel. It’s not far from Old Town and there are several good restaurants within walking distance. The breakfast is very good and the room is clean and comfortable. The staff is also very friendly. I would stay here again and recommend it to others

Room was clean and very spacious. We stayed on 5th floor so the room was quiet and we did not hear any street noises. The AC unit is quiet and can be adjusted. Staff is friendly and helpful. If you choose to have a breakfasts at the Hetman Hotel there is huge selection of items including eggs, meats, cheese, breads, pastries, salads. We enjoyed are 3 nights stay at Hetman Hotel.

The staff here are very friendly and helpful. My flight arrived early and they allowed me to check in just before 11am. The room was very comfortable and clean and the breakfast was tasty. There are several places to see in the area. I highly recommend this hotel if you’re looking for an affordable but nice place. I’m looking forward to returning

First time stay and we liked everything about this hotel. While it's not walkable to tourist areas, it's just a few minutes walk to the metro, trams and busses that take you right to old town, central Warsaw and places of interest. Many restaurants and grocery shops nearby in the neighborhood. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was good, with much variety incl fresh fruit. Staff were available, friendly and helpful. Not a luxury hotel, but so many good things at an affordable price.

A few of things that warrant upgrading: towels are old and need to be replaced with new ones; there's only a single type of shampoo/shower gel liquid in the bathroom for all your showering needs; it's difficult to close curtains completely to make the room completely dark for the night.

We really enjoyed our five night stay at the Hetman hotel. The room was big and very clean. We had little contact with the staff but when asking for extra pillows they were brought to the room within ten minutes. Excellent breakfast buffet with a very polite, hard working waiter.The area was around the hotel interesting with several museums and beautiful churches. Great tram and bus service to all areas. The hotel is excellent value for money.

We were not impressed with service. Breakfast was difficult as food selections were not labeled and staff did not speak English. I tried asking for a fork and that was a problem. Staff were not attentive when things ran out at buffet. Neighborhood is quite far from the center of the city. We had constant problems with our room keys and staff kept insisting it was our fault. Not our best experience.

This is a really nice hotel. I really appreciated the staff allowing me to check in early after traveling for almost 24 hours. The room is comfortable and the breakfast buffet was very good. It’s in a good location - not too far from Old Town and very close to Warsaw East train station. I’d highly recommend and would definitely stay here again

Excellent hotel. Better than some 4 star hotels we stayed in.Initially We booked only 3 days but after the first day decided to extend our stay to all 9 days we visited Warsaw. Except from being somewhat oldish, in every other aspect the hotel was great. Clean, specious room, excellent breakfast to our taste, and great location 4 min. From Wilenski station with metro,tram, busses and suburban train. Only one station ride, to the old city center.

A very spacious room and lovely shower, tea and coffee making facilities and mini fridge also. The hotel was very clean and very warm throughout, our room had air conditioning too. The buffet breakfast was very plentiful and very tasty and had a mix of cold meats, cheeses and eggs together with warm options of eggs and sausages finished off with a selection of fruit, cakes and fillled pancakes. The hotel was a 25 min walk into Old Town and was in a short 5-10 walk of various tram, metro and bus stops to take you to any part of the city at very cheap cost and very reliable service. There was a shopping centre 5 mins walk away with a number of shops, fast food and a large supermarket. Overall a very enjoyable short family stay

Spotlessly clean hotel in a convenient location. Staff not overly friendly, and despite asking twice, they would not let us have an extra pillow! Breakfast was basic, but acceptable and the bakery accross the main road was far superior for a croissant or sandwich if your booking didn't include breakfast.

The check-in at reception for our early arrival was cheerfully accommodated; the room was as described with good condition furniture and carpeting; the breakfast was one of the best we have ever experienced in continental Europe with a great selection of meats, cheeses, salads, a hot selection; fruit; and friendly buffet staff. Very close to public transport and ideal for close access to the city. We would definitely stay with Hetman Hotel again, and would recommend them.

While the décor is dated the rooms are well maintained and spacious with high ceilings. The bed is quite comfy and there is no street noise; assuring a good night's sleep. The only minor negative is the room cleaning is a bit aggressive even when you hang the do not disturb sign. The area is safe but boring with most good restaurants, cafes and shops two tram stop away in old town. However, there is a handful up the street across from the hotel but it's somewhat of a hunt. For the price you really can't go wrong and I certainly was happy with my stay.

Easily booked on Expedia, including a transfer direct from Modlin Airport to the Hotel. A high standard of English was spoken by the reception and breakfast staff, an added bonus as I have limited basic Polish!

Whilst it's a little way from the \"old town\" and city centre, it's just around the corner from the \"Wilenski\" Metro / Tram / Bus stop, all of which are easy to use. Warsaw East (Wschodnia) is about 15 mins away by foot and if you are travelling to Gdansk, Krakow, Bialystock for a day trip most of the trains stop there too.

They don't have a restaurant in this hotel except for their breakfast room for the buffet breakfast. However they have a deal with the hotel across the street to give their customers a meal at a 10% discount. it's a small street so it was very easy to just walk directly across the street to the restaurant at the other Hotel. The most important part of any business is the people who work there. They were great. Mariush, Mihau, Susan, all we're so helpful.

Nice hotel with friendly staff but unfortunately we had booked a room for 3 people but there was no 3rd bed when we arrived. It was quickly sorted but the 3rd bed was a single armchair that pulled down into a bed. The room was nice and huge so could easily have accomodated another proper bed. Even with this mistake I would still recommend this hotel
