The staff and check in process was flawless, absolutely amazing.
Great location plenty of shops near by and easy access to bus and trams out the front of hotel.
Gym was smaller the other Radisson blu hotels but still very good and has most options.
Only minor point was carpet was old and a bit stained in our room, however cleaning was exceptional

Big shout out to the lady who did our check in she went out of her way to make our stay comfortable.

I was very pleased with the exceptional customer service - from the front desk staff (a big thank you to Marton!) to the room service staff. It’s rare that I have found employees so willing to deliver such amazing customer service with the effort to resolve any issues. Well done.

Just a few things that were not as great were the rooms themselves. I had to change rooms several times due to the a/c not working as well as a window that was not sound proof. The hotel is located at an extremely loud and busy intersection so soundproofing is a must.

The restaurant staff and food were only average and quite expensive given the portion size. Our group had a buffet dinner and it was cold. The breakfast buffet staff was also unfriendly and could not speak English, making requests
difficult. Food also ran out and was not replenished even after trying to ask several times.

The Radisson Blu Sobieski is a lovely hotel! A great location with a broad range of dining options nearby & walking distance from the main railway station. If you choose there is a tramstop nearby too. Rooms are well appointed & there is good on site dining. Reception staff are friendly & helpful.

Excellent staff. Friendly and helpful. Clean rooms and good breakfast. The advertised gym facilities are closed for renovation. The small temporary gym is good for yoga and small dumbbells.They should take the pictures of the gym down until it’s renovated. They do not accurately represent what is available. Hotel is convenient to city center and airport. There is a commercial gym within a five minute walk.

Everything was great. Check in, check out, adding car in middle of trip, dining, restaurant, food, drinks, all were fantastic. No issues. 1st day we walk to a bunch of close by museums. A mall is in waking distance. Lots of restaurants near by. Once feet got tired, lime scooters help out. Uber is cheap and got us to further places. Hotel location is perfect to tour the city.

Excellent, corporate hotel. Staff were great. I got ripped off by taxi cab drivers to/from the hotel from the train station, ($100 for a 5 min ride) and the staff took pity and upgraded me also as a Radisson member. Next time use Uber or a bus/tram.
The breakfast was great and the bar/restaurant was very good quality.
The location is pretty convenient as a major bus/tram intersection is just out the door.
The room was great although the housekeeping was a little lacking (at least put the pillows back on the best and the cushions on the chairs).

We stayed one night with our 14 year old and 11 year old. Location was a bit out of town but that was intentional for us as it was closer to the bus station for our travel the next day and also not too far from the train station when we arrived (20/30 minute walk each way). Staff were very accommodating as we arrived straight from our overnight train to leave bags and they swapped our room to give us one straight away! We decided to pay for breakfast, not the cheapest but a large selection and we had a long bus journey that morning. Room was a good size, almost like a suite with the boys on a sofa bed in the separate living space which also had a table and chairs, a fridge and kettle/ coffee machine. Whilst it was a little out of town it was still walkable or there was a tram stop right outside, over the day we came back to hotel mid afternoon and back into town for the evening no problem.

Brilliant, ideal location

Great stay from the moment I arrived, staff were so helpful and friendly, I needed a charger for my phone and was off to buy one but the receptionist sourced one from lost property, I returned this after my stay. Good swift check in, asked what type of room I wanted, room was clean, with safe and fridge, hotel very secure, you can't get to the floors without your keycard in the lift. Perfect location next top trams and buses

Hotel lata świetności ma już za sobą. Na plus wygodne łóżko i przyjemna poście. Na minus niesprawne drzwi do łazienki oraz oplata 10 zł za parking na którym stałem 20 minut po to aby się zameldować i wyjąć bagaże.

Excellent hotel, the reception staff were extremely helpful with all aspects of my stay here. The breakfast was excellent with a huge choice. There is a lovely restaurant and bar area and lots of extra facilities that due to my short stay. For those travelling directly outside the hotel is a bus stop where you can take the bus direct to the departure area of Chopin Airport and costs a few Zloty only and takes around 20 minutes. I will be visiting Warsaw again and this will definitely be my hotel of choice. With reasonable prices in comparision to other hotels this is a safe bet for your stay. Book with confidence!!

The staff are extremely helpful and friendly. The rooms are very clean and have all that you will need for your stay in Warsaw. I stayed here 2 nights from 3 in Warsaw the other night I stayed in the North and this hotel was better in all departments. You are close to train, tram and bus with a bus stop right outside to go to the airport No 175 Stay here with with confidence.

Nice hotel

I enjoyed the breakfast a lot. The front desk folks were very helpful and provide me a fan to use overnight considering how hot it was in Warsaw during my stay.

One downside is the location at the intersection of tram lines and several traffic lights. Made it quite busy and taxi wait times were elongated. Not a negative per se because that’s what you get for a centrally located hotel.
