Modern hotel in a great location. All main attractions were within walking distance or a short taxi drive away. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was spacious and clean plus had everything you needed. Strong WiFi. Great selection of delicious food at breakfast and also during the day at the restaurant.

My room was stunning and I absolutely loved it. My only issue is that it was tea noisy. I could hear people above and next to me, someone played TV really loud and I didn’t get any sleep before my flight. Not my first time staying at the hotel, and this didn’t happen previously.

The hotel was really nice, absolutely loved the interior of our room and hos smart (with the kitchennette) and how clean it was. We did unfortunately learn that the hotel is part of a building with private owned apartments, and when someone started playing a violin and/or flute on Friday at 23:30, the hotel couldn´t really do anything about it except provide us earplugs. All in all very happy with the hotel.

Location and breakfast were excellent . But I need to mention 2 things . We booked a Room with 2 twins bed . My son is 6’3 and I am 5’8 tall the beds were too small for us , and second of all the tub bath is super high I don’t know if all rooms are the same I am 59 years old and was difficult for me to go into the shower.

I only stayed for a night, as they had a long layover. It was such a beautiful hotel. I was honestly stunned and didn’t realize how luxurious it was going to be. The room was so comfortable, especially after a long flight. I had a balcony tons of seating options and basically a small kitchen essentially, it was like a small apartment. I had very limited time, but I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and was basically trying to see if I could possibly stay any longer because I love the hotel so much 😂. I also paid for breakfast last minute thinking it would be something simple and oh my goodness it was incredible. 1000 out of 10 recommend. This is probably my best hotel stay ever wish I had time for the sauna.

Stayed there multiple times but this property is getting dated in some aspects (golden accents rubbing off, squeaky toilets, water coming out of 70% of the shower head). Overall I would give it 8/10.

This time was the worst stay among several visit due to poor reception in check in and check out. They are not professional at all to take care of guest hospitality with appropriate information for membership of gold or vip. Even though I explained them the benefits as a vip membership, they did not understand and refuse to provide as it does. This system of membership may not work well in this hotel or Hotels.com. Confused.

Hotell i fint skick, bra städat och med bra komfort! Hotellets läge var ok, men kanske skulle bo lite närmare old town nästa gång, men för det priset så bör det övervägas att bo i detta området. Det enda vi inte fick att fungera var den individuella AC:n, om det inte kan kontrolleras från rummet så hade det uppskattats om hotellet har en lapp om detta vid instruktionen. Men hotellet rekommenderas!

A nice location in the newer business district was convenient for a few food halls, plenty of Zabka convenience stores, and walking to the old town, etc. Our room was comfortable on a high floor, and the hotel is set away from the street making it quiet at night. Everything was very clean and tidy. There is a coffee shop and a restaurant in the lobby. The hotel is also pet friendly.

I loved everything about this fabulous hotel. The room was large and modern. Breakfast was top notch. The hotel vibe was very excellent. Location is very convenient and unlike most hotels I’ve stayed in Warsaw, I wasn’t woken by trams going pass at 6am.
