Good place overall but cooktop didn’t work as was never repaired in my two week stay. Told holidays made it not possible. Price is moderately high for Warsaw and for things to not work. 6/10. Would consider staying again but would look elsewhere first.

Great stay in Warsaw

The lobby is across the street from the apartments where you’ll be given a key/fob to access the main complex. The apartment itself was very clean and well managed with living room (satellite TV included), kitchen, bathroom and balcony. The area itself is very close to the centre with very good tram/bus links. Very good value for money.

Description don't correspond what's there in flat

Description of the flats don't correspond what you will have there. They offer fully equipped kitchen, free toiletries, washing machine, microwave, coffee machine, etc. Forget about it. In kitchen there are plenty missing items, if you request them, the staff may deliver, or not. What is the purpose advertising dishwasher, when they don't provide washing cubes? And there is no place for drying dishes. Anyway before using any plate or glass you must wash it, they were more less clean. Regardless of the length of your stay, you will get only one roll of toilet paper LOL. When I requested more, they gave me one more roll. Should I keep requesting one by one? Duvet is too small for the size of the bed- for one person may be ok, but for two not that much - during winter you may get cold. I have been changed to different flat because of broken down washing machine, unfortunately in the other place the problem was the same. Once they gave me keys to other flat to do the laundry- it was evening. For the next a few hours I have been receiving desperate calls to return keys, when they said the flat is empty. Even if you stay for one week, or two they do not clean the flat, do not change sheets nor towels. And you don't get discount for booking more days. I do not recommend, unless you want to stay there just one night and you don't care of using the kitchen.

Great size, good location, lots of potential however, as per previous posts, this place is dirty with damages to furniture, bathroom door frame, kitchen falling apart and squeaky balcony doors.Wobbly lock and unable to close the door without locking it. No light in the outside corridor. Total darkness.

On my arrival, I found dirty plates in the dishwasher, dirty socks and underwear left in the wardrobe. Bathroom was barely clean with months of dust on the edge of the tiles. Towels were clean but quite smelly. Cheap furniture and decorations [Ikea?]. and as previous posters have mentioned, they use the most uncomfortable beds! Old type noisy spring coil mattress with 2 small flat pillows and a one person duvet. How come they are rated 4 stars??? 3 would be adequate. Why Expedia is cheating on its loyal customers trying to push ratings up?

All those faults were mentioned to the management and the lady at the reception across the road admitted they're in the process of changing the cleaning company. A lick of paint, basic repairs and a new mattress + correct size pillows and duvet would do wonders to this place.

I'm going for another 7 days to Warsaw but have already booked another place. Won't be going back to Senator Apartments.

There was a TV but it was not connected to a cable ,No wifi ,terrible shower arraignment one single size bed cover for a queen size bed . one single seat in the living room/bedroom ,bed to low to sit on does one of stand and take turns ,not one hanger available ,to top it of there was construction a 100 ft away starting at 6:30 until late one day until10pm ,one star ranking would be generous

It could have been much better

My main issue has been that the bed lines were smaller than the proper mattress, so it couldn't fit and it was just laying over it. As soon as you were getting in, the bed lines were moving and finishing myself over a quite dirty mattress. Not really nice. If you have a two meters bed, you should by the correct bed lines. If not, the rest was ok.

We had difficulty checking in. The office was closed when we arrived, luckily another group arrived while we were trying to figure out what to do. We called, but it took several phone calls and 1/2 hour to get our stay figured out. Once we were able to get into the apartment, the stay was good.

Cheap when we stayed, but caveat emptor

This particular Senator apartment, while plenty spacious, had a film of dust on the floors as well as the odor of cigarette smoke in the air plus ashes on the floor of the small balcony. In addition, while not expensive when we stayed, their underground parking was about 50% more than the public lot next door and don't buy the breakfast chit. For 24 Zlotys it buys you a breakfast at a restaurant which only costs 13 Zlotys--pretty blatant ripoff. So we only bought the breakfast chit once and parked next door. The apartments are not terribly close to anything, but we did have a car. The traffic, however, can sometimes be horrendous and navigation was difficult. Other reviews complained of poor WiFi and even though we asked for an apartment with good WiFi (we were switched to an apt. with a router in it), the WiFi was still iffy. At least the bathroom had a tub as well as a shower. But the vent grate was unattached in the bathroom and was just left sitting in the open. There was also a door from the bedroom to the enclosed balcony which was broken and marked as such. The kitchen was a bonus, but it is an apartment.

Rude & uninterested staff who try to con customer

We arrived at the Apartment at 2:10pm and were told that check-in was from 3:00pm, so if we wanted early check-in, we could pay 50PLN to get the keys. It was only 50mins to go so they could have allowed the room free.

We went around for lunch and returned at 4:00pm to get the check-in. The room was fantastic but there were no toiletries and no toaster in the room. The booking listing confirmed the apartment would have a toaster and toiletries. When we asked the same staff in Reception (a 10min walk away), all of a sudden they couldn't speak English and said to wait 5mins for their boss.

After waiting 10mins for their boss, they just were not interested and said to wait a little more. I called Expedia to complain and Expedia called the Reception to confirm why a toaster wasn't provided nor toiletries. Strangely, the staff spoke English again and said only some rooms have a toaster and kettle. Toiletries wouldn't be provided either.

Expedia said they will investigate this.

Don't waste your money thinking that this will be a nice apartment, as you will be disappointed.

The toilet was leaking and the bathroom was also in poor condition. It was clear that the apartment lacked maintenance.

Staff were not keen to help out and they are only open for a few hours during the day. Avoid this place and look elsewhere.

Good points: place is near to public transport and neighbourhood is good and clean. apartment is spacious. Bad: room has very low quality furniture. Bed is not at all for two people only one person can sleep. Bed foam/mattress is of v low quality and i got back ache after 1 day. 2nd person can sleep on Sofa bed but it is not comfortable. plenty of light in rooms no curtains so it is not fully dark. kitchen has v less utensils and many things are missing. under Sofa it was not clean. no body cleans the apartment daily so if you plan to live long then do consider it. overall low quality apartment.

We got there and even though when I booked a month prior to pay then they didn't charge my card until check in which was frustrating cause it messed up my budget. The price was great though. They could have given us bedding to make up the pull out couch since they knew we would have 4 people staying.

Spacious apartment, far from downtown

This was an apartment style unit with 1 bedroom, living room and unfurnished kitchen area. The apartment is located far from train station, airport, and main tourist sites downtown, but is near tram and bus stops, once you figure out what you're doing. I arrived in the evening, after the office was closed, so I was given my key by the building's security guard, who did not speak English. The apartment building is not well marked from the street, and you must use an intercom to buzz yourself in, even during the day. However, the apartment itself was very nice, once I found it; it was spacious and clean. Also, the manager was very friendly and helpful the next day when I went in during office hours. Overall, the apartment was very adequate, but because I was only in Warsaw for 1 day, I would have preferred to stay closer to the downtown area.

Very Disappointing!

I had to phone up twice because despite having a Venere Guarantee that I would pay on arrival, my credit card was charged prior to my arrival. Both times I phoned I was told a refund would be processed to my card, but it never was. In the end when I arrived the apartments didn't charge me again, luckily. The apartment itself was dirty and things were broken. The internet didn't work which I reported to reception, was told it would be fixed, but it never was. There were hundreds (and I mean hundreds) of big blue-bottle style house flies in the apartment. I reported this, was told it would be sorted and it never was. They were disgusting! The bathroom fixings were awful, the shower head was broken, as was the glass screen so water went all over the floor. The shower head had a big split down the middle, so instead of nice streams of water there was one waterfall just out the middle of the head. The towels provided were dirty - one of which had a brown stain on it! And the bedding provided was bizarre - I was given a single duvet on a double bed! The whole experience was not good and I would never stay there again, but more importantly I’d never recommend Senator Apartments to anyone. The breakfast, provided at Fonte Restaurant next door consisted of bread, butter, scrambled egg, ham and cheese which was OK, but it did not include any drink whatsoever - no juice or coffee...or even water! A thoroughly disappointing experience!

The Senator Warsaw apartment was very nice indeed, with plenty of room.

The staff were friendly and helpful.

I would certainly return again to stay there.

The only thing that I would have liked are darker and heavier curtains in the bedroom, as - being a light sleeper - the early morning light tended to wake me up.

But, nevertheless, this hotel apartment is very good value for money.

The price/quality ratio we paid for this hotel was excellent. The apartment is fully furnished and has everything you need. I would definitely stay here again.
I would only suggest to the owners to make the check-in instructions more clear for people who don't speak Polish.

Looks good but not so!

The hotel is a group of unsold apartments tucked behind some older buildings. I later found out that there are a few aparthotel companies operating out of the complex. Its in the Wola district and not really that close to the tourist attractions so prob ok for business people.

The room was tidy was the complex has no real face to it just a general security guard. So its certainly not a hotel and its not really an apartment either. Its like here are the key and away you go.

The room was clean so no complaints there but nothing apart from handsoap and dishwashing liquid. The fridge door didnt close properly, the shower head consistently fell off its attachment and the shower leaked. Its no wonder the apartments havent sold as they have been shodily built. Nothing is straight!!

The furniture is straight from IKEA, and it was probably the most uncomfortable bed i have slept on. I slept one night in the bed which was a queen but had a single duvet cover and no sheets other than that on the mattress. The other 3 nights i slept on the coach which was also a fold out bed from IKEA and a bit more comfortable.

The internet worked well though.

My room on the 2nd floor was directly above some conference room which they rented out on the friday night for an event. Needless to say no one on the 2nd floor got to bed at a good hour. Again as its not really a hotel or run with any active face of the complex, it fails to come across as a professional business.

Close to the airport, new and clean

There was no shampoo, soap, or other common \"hotel\" bathroom amenity included so make sure you bring your own. The staff didn't speak much English at all and I only mention this because it was advertised as a good stay close to the airport. If a hotel is listed as being conveniently close to an international airport, I would expect a bit more multilingual ability. Aside from that, nice place to stay since they are newly constructed apartments which they could not sell so they are renting them.

It should not be rated 4-star..should be 2-3 star. No air conditioning when you need it most in the summer. You go to bed and the entire apartment is steaming and the same thing when you wake up in the morning. The bed is very low to the floor and the cushion or mattress is not a proper cushion but a 4 inch foam. How could this be a 4-star accommodation? It is a new apartment, the drawers in the bedroom ad bathrooms are not completely installed, left screws in the drawers, not dusted. The shower is so tight. The pictures on the website is deceiving. Some construction materials we left on the deck. We stayed in Apartment #50 and nothing the same as the pictures posted, Not a good place to stay in the summer NO AI RCONDITIONING.

I was a bit hesitant, due to other hotels that I've stayed along the way. But when I got to Senator Warsaw Apts, I was greeted cordially by the staff and assisted promptly when I encountered problems with the door lock. Apartment was ideally located in city center area, with vast transportation network, fully equipped - like home away from home :-) Thank You

Only negative aspect was internet was very slow where I was situated. Other than that, I highly recommend this place as a place to stay in Warsaw.

Neat, nicely modeled (modern), comfortable apartment, friendly staff, 24/7 security, clean garage. Well-equipped kitchen was complete with dishes and there was a washer in the bathroom. After staying there fro 29 days I was not in rush to go home. The only negative side was that the elevators had temporary finish inside but that was due to the fact that the building was still new.

Neighborhood was a residential area that could use some upgrading, but all the shops (including pristine clean pharmacy) and places to eat were within 200 yards. And the smoked salmon that was on sale in a fruit/grocery store was about the best I remember ever eating.

Good choice for busy professionals who need a place like home to unwind after a day of work.

Lubię przyjechać do tego obiektu. Jest usytuowany w dobrym miejscu i na wyższych piętrach ma wspanialy widok. Nie mniej wymaga juz odświeżenia i ewidentnie brakuje w nim wykonywania napraw bieżących (np. zapchany zlew, nie działający pastylek do otwierania drzwi od garażu). Obsługa bardzo mila i slucha klienta nie mniej to osoby sprzątające powinny na pewne rzeczy zwrócić uwagę i zgłosić obsłudze. Ja powinienem tylko cieszyć się milym pobytem a nie być zadowolony że na moja uwage obsługa szybko reaguje.

Zarezerwowalam apartament na3dni z bezplatnym wifi. Nie bylo mozliwosci polaczenia sie z internetem. Wlasciciel obiecywal czesciowy zwrot kosztow po napisaniu reklamacji mailowo po10dniach. Wlasciciel przyznal mi racje i od 2miesiecy jego reakcji brak.
Obsluga tragedia, kazdy mowi co innego widac ze sa to osoby bez doswiadczenia. Naprawde nie polecam tego miejsca.

Apartament bardzo ładny i wygodny,mógłby tylko być wyposażony w nocna lampkę w pokoju i sypialni. No i mam zastrzeżenia do czystości,podłoga balkonu była bardzo brudna i sam musiałem poprosić o sprzęt do sprzątania i umyłem ja sam i do tego kratka spływu w kabinie prysznicowej była pełna włosów,co nie było przyjemny widokiem,ale poza tym to pobyt był bardzo udany i mieszkanie bardzo przyjemne.

Money written off. I phoned customer support at hotels.com twice, but I was denied a refund of funds. How is that even possible?)

Заселялся поздно, когда офис (он же ресепшен) был уже закрыт. По телефону дали инструкции как попасть в апартаменты, что не очень удобно когда ты в роуминге. В районе есть где бесплатно запарковаться, магазин (с 6 до 23ч), тихо-спокойно, территория комплекса огорожена, есть охрана. Сами апартаменты в состоянии на 4 с минусом: кровать о которую в темноте бьешся, в душе вода уходит 10 минут, не обнаружился фен, вай-фай вроде как есть, но не сообщен пароль, отсутствуют снеки, зато есть чай и сахар. Из плюсов: классный балкон, где утром можно на свежем воздухе попить кофе в лучах восходящего солнца.
Место для короткой остановки в Варшаве очень подходящее.

Apartament bardzo zaniedbany,pekajace sciany lazienka nadajaca sie do remontu,plytki popekane sciany, nieudolnie wymalowany pokoj,widac ze ten budynek zostal wykonany w szybkim tempie budowy i jest bardzo zniszczony , z tego powodu pekaja sciany jest grzyb na klatce schodowej ktory czuc jak wchodzi sie do windy. Balko trzebabybylo posprzatac oraz wyzbierac lub wyczyscic taras ktory jest przed oknem. Apartamen ten jest typowo na wynajem na 2 dni ,dlatego nikt niezrobil tam remontu a jesli zrobil to bardzo nieudolnie. Dziwie sie ze inspektor budowlany odbiera takie mieszkania tak zaniedbane w wykonaniu.

Appartamento nel complesso di buona qualità anche se i servizi e la pulizia hanno lasciato molto a desiderare. Prenotazione effettuata per 4 persone e 2 persone hanno dovuto dormire su un divano letto che si sono dovuti pure preparare da soli... accessori bagno solo per 2 persone e personale praticamente inesistente per tutta la durata del soggiorno. Lenzuola per il divano letto di dimensioni ultra ridotte che rendevano impossibile la preparazione dello stesso. Pulizia e servizio camere inesistenti.
Sconsiglio.

Ble litt ødelagt fordi vi ikke fikk leiligheter innnærhetbtilbgverandre som ble lovet på telefon med hotellet. Vi ble lovet to på samme etasje og ett i etasjen over eller under. Vi fikk i 3,4og 8 etasje. Vi reiser tre generasjoner og fire barn og nærhet er viktig. Ellers fikk vi det vi betalte for. Det var ikke mulig å kontakte noen ansatte mellom 16 og 08, og de pratet dårlig engelsk. Hele beløpet ble trukket av MasterCard i mars, og ikke bare depositum resten ved ankomst som avtalt. Jeg vil nok ikke anbefale hotellet til andre

Lokalizacja na plus, super dojazd do centrum, dobrze skomunikowana okolica.
Mieszkanko czyste, ale mimo starań sprzątaczki, czuć że poprzedni lokatorzy palili w mieszkaniu pomimo zakazu. Plusem jest, że z parkingu podziemnego wchodzimy z bagażami bezpośrednio do windy. Gorzej wygląda ze znalezieniem miejsca do zaparkowania podczas przyjazdu i meldowania.

דירה מאובזרת, מרווחת ובמיקום טוב.

פעם שניה שאנו מתארחים במלון דירות זה. הדירה בעלת מטבח מאובזר ומרווחת. המיטה קצת נמוכה מידי ומסגרת המיטה גבוה מהמזרן. המיקום נוח ונגיש. הצוות בקבלה ידידותי, אדיב ומשתדל מאוד לעזור.

Bardzo dobry stosunek jakości usługi do ceny. Za cenę pokoju mieliśmy z mężem do dyspozycji całe mieszkanie (salon z aneksem kuchennym, sypialnia, łazienka, przedpokój). Na tej zasadzie chyba działa cały hotel Senator, tzn. całe mieszkania wynajmują gościom jako pokoje hotelowe - bardzo ciekawe rozwiązanie. Mieszkanie czyste, schludne z wieloma szafkami/szafami. W kuchni był piekarnik, lodówka, czajnik, toster, trochę naczyń do gotowania i pieczenia oraz konsumowania. Była nawet zmywarka. Świetna rzecz to parking podziemny (który zresztą mieliśmy gratis) i bliskość wszelkich środków komunikacji - dzięki temu mogliśmy spokojnie zostawić samochód i zwiedzać Warszawę podróżując tramwajem/metrem/autobusami. Ogólnie jeśli chodzi o standard, to bez większych luksusów - po prostu poprawnie, ale przyjemnie i domowo. Ja byłam bardzo zadowolona, mężowi trochę przeszkadzał brak typowo hotelowej recepcji (bo ogólna dla całego budynku jest), gdzie można zawsze się o coś zapytać, poprosić o pomoc itp. Tam niestety \"recepcja\" czynna jest od 10.00 - 18.00 (obsługa miła i pomocna). Jako, że brak jest też depozytu to wymusiło to pozostawienie naszych laptopów w domu (żeby nie zabierać ich ze sobą na wyprawy), przez co mieliśmy trochę problemów organizacyjnych (rozkłady jazdy komunikacji, poruszanie się po nieznanej nam Warszawie, zorganizowanie jakiegoś jedzenia itp.). No ale zawsze można było wziąć tablet... Generalnie bardzo pozytywnie oceniam cały pobyt i polecam szczerze hotel.

Huff og huff

Hotellet har ikke personale som er engelskspråklig, så frokosten som var bestilt så vi aldri noe til.... I tillegg var det hull i laken, ødelagte skapdører, manglet toalettpapir osv. osv. Ikke helt 4 stjerners standard spør du meg ...
De bør virkelig legge seg i selene for å levere et bedre produkt.

Dobra lokalizacja, cena ok, zaniedbania w apartame

Pobyt ok, sniadania ok, ale powinno być od 7 lub nawet wcześniej, miejsce dobrze skomunikowane, katastrofalnie źle działajacy tv, słaby sygnał wifi, zerwane firanki. Generalnie 4- z powodu zaniedbań.

Terrible service team / cheating

I booked a room in Seantor Warsaw apartments through expedia.com. In the booking confirmation was written that the checking time is until 11 pm. I arrived in the front of the hotel at 10:28 pm. I realized I can't enter because the gate is closed. There was a keypad to open the gate with a code, I didn't receive any code!!
An English lady who was staying there opened the gate for me. I entered and went to the reception. The receptionist was not able to speak english. I called the guy from the nearby supermarket to translate. So the receptionist was saying that there is no registration under my name. I shoed him the confirmation email from the expedia but he said no. I asked to talk to his boss. He called the boss. A lady on the phone said the same thing. Then she said she can offer me another room and I need to pay extra!!! I said how is it possible? Finally she told me to come back in 30 min that the guy who has keys brings me the room key. I left. I came back after 20 min. The gate was closed. Nobody answered my phone call. And I had no possiblity to stay in the hotel in middle of the night. Terrible experience! since I have payed for 3 days but I could not stay there. I would not recommend to anyone. I hope expedia will refund my money.

Séjour agréable au Senator de varsovie

J'ai passé avec mon fils un séjour agréable de 7 jours (du 8 au 15 Août 2015 à Varsovie, et précisément à l'appartement No 111, effectivement la résidence mérite 4 *. Très propre, très calme, bien sécurisé, proche du centre de ville 8 à 10 mn par tramway ligne10 ou 11.Arrêt tramway à 2 mn de l'immeuble ou trouve l'appartement), et pas cher du tout ( entre 33 € et 36 € par nuit).
Ayant besoin de certaines informations, contact pris avec un des responsables de ces appartements au 4ème etage,à l'appartement No 68 Entrée D au même immeuble, vraiment j'ai trouvé une femme très gentille, elle mérite le respect et encouragements, et malgré des difficultés de communication, à répondu avec patience à toutes mes questions via traduction internet par ma tablette,
Je reviendrai un jour, vraiment je vous recommande ces appartements.
D'autre part encouragements mérités aussi pour Hôtels.Com. C'est ma cinquième réservation faite dans ce site,je vous confirme que j'ai jamais eu de problème. Félicitations pour eux.

NIce apartment

Apartment was big, clean and nice. It was close to tram and bus stop and around 7 minutes by tram/bus to city centre. We stayed for 7 days and they cleaned the apartment on 4th day which was nice. The only thing missing was microwave and everything else is perfect.

Snabba visit i Warszawa

Det va en perfekt ställe båda för oss som par och även för familj stor apartemant,väldigt bra läge parkeringsplats under byggnaden,väldigt hjälpsamma personal hade vi inte bokat våran hotel i Krakow så skulle vij gärna stannat där några dagar till med tanke på priset va helt perfekt.

Trevligt hotel med rymlig balkong och stor lägenhet. Väl utrustad men med begränsat antal tallrikar mm. Sängen något jobbig med bara ett helt påslakan för 2 personer. Avstånd till city var 5 stationer med spårvagn 10. Gick hela tiden så ingen väntan.
