The room cleanliness and staff were fine. I chose the location thinking it was between the bus station (I'd just come in on a long bus from Ukraine) and the airport......but....
Due to the road system (as well as current roadworks), it's not really possible to walk from that bus station anyway, and getting a Bolt to find me or the hotel drop-off was difficult. A regular taxi driver attempted to give me a ridiculous quote, as they will try in Poland.
The room has almost zero amenities, no tea or coffee, or even drinking water (you need to go down the hall to a shared filter). Only one big squeeze bottle that is hair, body, and hand wash, The TV was too small to even read the text on it from the bed and turned off about once an hour.
To connect to wifi, there were two options given, \"Free but slow\" or \"Sing-up to our loyalty program for fast wifi\". I needed to do some work, so I gave them all my data, and then the \"fast\" wifi didn't work at all.
Breakfast was fine.
Luckily I was only staying overnight, and I admit that my expectations are not always that high in this city, but I won't bother with this place again.
It's a clean bed and a clean shower. It's just OK.
Due to the road system (as well as current roadworks), it's not really possible to walk from that bus station anyway, and getting a Bolt to find me or the hotel drop-off was difficult. A regular taxi driver attempted to give me a ridiculous quote, as they will try in Poland.
The room has almost zero amenities, no tea or coffee, or even drinking water (you need to go down the hall to a shared filter). Only one big squeeze bottle that is hair, body, and hand wash, The TV was too small to even read the text on it from the bed and turned off about once an hour.
To connect to wifi, there were two options given, \"Free but slow\" or \"Sing-up to our loyalty program for fast wifi\". I needed to do some work, so I gave them all my data, and then the \"fast\" wifi didn't work at all.
Breakfast was fine.
Luckily I was only staying overnight, and I admit that my expectations are not always that high in this city, but I won't bother with this place again.
It's a clean bed and a clean shower. It's just OK.

The room was small and compact. There was very little space to hang/store clothes and our suitcase ,- especially as we were staying for 2 weeks (it was close to our friends apartment). I booked hotel in advance using Expedia website. Twin room for 2 nights meant to cost £200. When I arrived at the hotel they asked me to pay £300 and couldn’t explain to why price jumped by £100.

What is good: breakfast, convenient bed. According to the price level: very small room, hard floor in the room, without a rug, the snow melting on your shoes turns into a puddle. Not stable internet connection. Bad: the snow at the entrance must be removed so that you can get into a taxi without obstacles. In the end, this hotel is worth its money.

I stayed in Ibis for a nigh only (literally for 1 night: arrived at 1am left hotel at 6:45 am the same date).
So, what i liked: there is a complimentary water in the room, 24/7 check in desk; I could open the window in the room , i needed an iron and I received it; early breakfast.
Location- almost city center! 3 min drive from the bus station; train station and airport are very close.

The hotel is very close and easy to get to from Warsawa Zachodnia station. There is a bus stop right in front of the entrance so it is convenient to reach the city centre. My room was neat and quiet. I didn't order breakfast but just wanted to have something light at the bar - the price of a coffee was outrageous, and there weren't even croissants available (although the bar is connected with the breakfast area).

I stay in Ibis Reduta at leat 20 days every year, because of its location close to my mother’s home in Warsaw. The hotel used to be a great choice, a super clean and functional moderately priced place with 3 star rating. It recently detoriarated by targeting Expedia clients to worst rooms - with terrible mattresses and horrible noise. This time I could not sleep at all and was told no adjustments can be made.

The part of Warsaw the hotel is in is a little sketchy (not in terms of safety as the whole city is safe but pretty drab). However, it is within a very short walk from the Warszawa Zachodnia (Warsaw West) station. The station is 12 minutes from the Chopin airport (buy the cheapest - 20 minute ticket from the machine at the airport station) and 2 suburban train stops from the Warsaw Central Station. The rooms are reasonably spacious and clean. There are a few restaurants and grocery stores around. Good value for the money.

We had never been to Warsaw so we booked this hotel mainly on price and that it wasn't too far from city centre or Chopin airport. It is definitely a taxi to city centre which seemd to cost around £6 one way. Worth considering when planning your stay.
