Excellent stay at Mercure Warszawa Airport! The room was very clean, modern, and comfortable. The bed was great and everything was well maintained. Staff were friendly, professional, and helpful throughout my stay. The location is very convenient for the airport, and the overall experience was smooth and relaxing. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

VERY MUCH NOT WORTH THE 130 EUR PLUS 28 EUR MORE FOR BREAKFAST. It was FAR from a 4 - star experience. Very much a 2 star.

I had an overall not good experience there in just about every single way, other than the bed being of decent quality, and, the heater not turning off every few 1 to 2 hours, like MANY HOTELS are now doing, as if you will not notice! WHATEVER. That is the only good thing I can say, honestly!

1. HOTELS.COM profile page for Mercure Warszawa Airport says -80 percent ORGANIC food-, AND THAT IS A LIE.
I have bad health, from past medical damage, so, I eat strictly organic foods, and have done so for many years now! You cannot trick me. I know what good food looks like, tastes like, etc.

I paid for the breakfast, and, the night before, paid for 2 burgers, and it was far from organic grade quality. I tried to ask the front desk in the morning, to please just tell me what , if anything is organic, and his reply was that they are Green certified. What a joke. Great, you use LED bulbs, and have everything turn off on auto setting. How should I care about that at all? I need quality of service, especially at a 4 star, 130 EUR a night hotel.

Also, In room refridgerator was TOTALLY BROKEN. Shower in bathroom had cheap office ceiling, which is NOT for a wet area or bathroom. Clearly had water damage, and it is of no surprise to me!!

Beautiful, clean hotel. Hotel took care of transport to and from the airport. We did have to call the hotel at an international number to schedule the airport pickup, but the hotel where we met the pickup helped withe call and the arrangements. Restaurant has vegan options and wait staff was knowledgeable. Front desk was nice and helpful. Location is convenient. Room is nice and clean. Recommend.

The hotel impressed me with its coziness, cleanliness, and convenient location. The breakfasts are delicious, there is a restaurant and a bar! We stayed at the hotel with our family, there is a children's corner downstairs with lots of different toys. The room was clean, the view from the 6th floor windows was incredible! We will definitely stay here again!

recommended for stopovers in Warsaw

The hotel is not so close to the airport as the name implies, but free transfer on demand from/to airport solves this problem :) You just need to call the reception.
Good selection of food for breakfast.
The room is large and quiet.

We stayed there for 1 night on 25 of September. Staff on reception said that we have to pay extra 50 zlotys because of early check-in. Than after 3 minutes came another staff and said that we have to pay 100 zlotys for that. After I said that previous lady said it costs 50, he said ok, so 50. What was that? But ok, we went to the room and everything was fine, but in the evening i woke up from the sound that somebody is trying to open our door, there were few tries to open it and after 3 attempt the door opened and i saw some man, so i screamed and when he saw me, he closed the door and went away. I was there with child and my mother. We all were scared and didn't know what to do. So i went to the reception and explained what happened and the receptionist said \"sorry, that was me, I was preparing another room next to yours and i opened your room by mistake\". But i don't think that this excuses are true because the maid is the one who's preparing the room, and they do it in the day time, not at 9p.m., so i don't see any reason why the receptionist came to our room. The only thing that comes to my mind is that he wanted to rob us. Even if it's not, we couldn't sleep after that, because we didn't feel safe and we were scared, so we barricaded the door with our luggage and a chair. That was a restless night before 16 hours flight. That's all. Terrible experience

Adding water to rooms would be a nice touch but in general a very positive experience. The room temperature was perfect on arrival, I absolutely love the Elemental Herbology cosmetics. Room was clean, bed comfortable and great service from the reception. It wasn't my first stay in this hotel and definitely not the last one.

Great hotel that is close to the airport, but also allows for easy connections to the old and new town areas. I was surprised to find some top-notch dining options nearby. Staff were all very helpful and friendly and all spoke a good level of English, which helped me. Breakfast is not to be missed.

The hotel is ok but not better an Arche hotel

They need to remove check in express service, they do not have this service, I have called the day before and informed the hotel that I will arrive at 10:30 am, i arrived at 10:30 am, the girl in reception said i need to back at 15:00 pm for check in but, i was tired my little daughter and wife also.

Shocking unacceptable shambles

Truest shocking! Restaurant closed for maintenance so no food during the worst storm I’ve ever seen and they don’t tell you they leave a note in your room. Bar closes at 9 ! The mattress was so thin it moved across the room with me on it throughout the night. Shocking avoid this place surely leave bar open if restaurant is shut especially on a night like that! Manager need replacing along with the beds and dirty chair in the room

We were so surprised by this hotel. It was amazing. We loved being here. Some days we just enjoyed staying in and relaxing. The staff was so friendly. We felt like we made new friends with them. The feeling of being welcomed was very sincere..
Also, when i had to retirn to a front dest for a charger-it was no problem to lend me one..
And, in the morning(of my one night stay, because of the flight change)..I have been reminded by the waiter in the breakfast aria, not to forget my purse(with my passport and all the credit cards and $$ in it), when I was practically leaving that part of cafeteria...

Great hotel for its stars, price and location! Just a couple of problems. Shuttle to airport was 20 minutes late though, so don't book it too close to your flight. Also their fridge was too weak - I didn't feel food was too much cool after overnight stay in it.

No room available as arrived the hotel.

We arrived the hotel and we have been updated no room available !!!
The reception said we need to move other hotel. It was late and very frustrated. They want to move us to very cheap hotel in area that we didn't like, worth 177 Zlote. ....
They lie that no rooms available in other hotels....!!
I make search and found room in Sofotel hotel and after argue they send us to Sofitel.
They didn't give us breakfast in Sofitel.
The attitude was very not nice. Instead of offer some water, coffee, and try help nicely they tried send us ASAP outside the hotel.
I expecte hotela.com to give us back our money.

Very comfortable beds. Nice facilities in room : coffee pot, coffee, refrigerator
And hotel : ice machine.
Hotel is just across the street from tram stop ( line 7,9 15) with frequent service to downtown- Warsaw Centralna, etc. also across the street are stores: Aldi and very nearby a Lidl. Airport transfers available, but we didn’t use.

Great airport hotel.

Booked 2 rooms for 1 night as we were catching an early flight. The staff were excellent & the rooms spacious & well appointed. The free shuttle bus to the airport was a great plus. Would definitely stay here again should the need arise.
One thing DON'T try to park in the garage. The entrance is really tight & as we had a rental car we were really worried about scrapping it. The parking spaces are really tight & the exit is also the entrance, Park in the car park at the back of the building.

The room was very comfortable and we slept very well. Breakfast was served at very acceptable hours which suited both business and touring guests. If I had any criticism it would be that the hotel caters for business customers who stop one night, and not touring customers who would stop more than one night. We dined in the hotel only twice in one week because the menu although excellent did not give a selection for anyone staying more than two nights. I had the peppered steak on both occasions and both were cooked to perfection for my taste which is rare.

Great hotel great people well spoken english although misleading not near the airport had to take 3-4 taxis per day costing approx 25-40 zloty each way to the city/attractions. the room was cold heating would not come on only air conditioning no matter how high put the temperature

Good hotel, close to the airport

Just one night after a late flight to Warsaw. The neighbourhood is not very attractive but it doesn't take much time to get to the centre by tram. Breakfast at the hotel is rather expensive, but MacDonalds Café nearby opens pretty early.

I do love that personal. They are really friendly. They will help you if you don't have suitable equipment to charge your phone. The rooms are comfortable and cozy. One minus - there not many things for taking care about yourself: no shampoо, ear sticks or cotton pads. Despite this I'll recommend it. :)

We enjoyed this hotel very much. After several nights in typical European accommodations, this hotel felt much more \"American.\" It's close to the airport and a quick, 30PLN taxi ride will get you there. It's pretty far from downtown so you'd have to take a cab or there is a bus station fairly close by.
A pretty cool outdoor market is just across the street if you like that sort of thing, and a kabab stand just a few blocks (McDs too, if you're craving something American).

Good if you like to stay close to the airport.

The hotel is about 10 minute to the Chopin Airport by car. You have to spend about 10 USD / day for parking if you have a car. The staff was friendly and very helpful. Even though we requested for a non smoking room but there was smoke smell in the room. There is a tram station just 2 minutes walk from the hotel.

Perfect place to get some rest before the trip. Located close to the airport which is important especially if you have an early flight but at the same time not too far from the city center. Very clean, modern and quiet. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I will definitely stay there on my next trip and would recommend if you're traveling to Warsaw and need a place close to the airport.

The only complaint I had was there was no shuttle bus. That was very frustrating as most cabs did not want to take me to the hotel since it is a cheaper fare than going to the city.

Good business-class hotel near airport

This is a good quality business-class hotel fairly close to the Warsaw airport. No problems at all. Just off of a fairly busy street with tram service to downtown, but no noise problem in the room. The hotel restaurant was very good.

Airport Hotel in Warsaw

Just 10 minutes or less from Warsaw Airport, this is an excellent medium-level hotel. The rooms are clean annd well-appointed; the staff were very helpful and had good English, and the restaurant served a varied menu (we had chicken roulades rolled around fredh asparagus; light and delicious).

Patrick was working the front desk...and was VERY accommodating to us from the start.
He helped us with our bags, acted very friendly and assisted us to our room.
He has a ready smile, asked if he could help us further in any way...and acted as a true professional.
I learned that he is pursuing the travel and hospitality business and is a natural for this field.
