Elegant, our room was newly remodeled. Very stylish, upscale. This hotel was built for entertaining. This hotel is a good ride from Warsaw center - 20 minutes, but if you want to relax, meet and greet friends in the hotel restaurant - and feel like you are being rewarded - this the hotel. The breakfast was fair. The area has a few shops for getting necessities. 25 hr laundry is about 15 min walk. Nice area. Very close to airport.

The hotel itself was quite nice. The location is decent with good connections. The worst part was the parking situation. The spots are too small and there were many people who were clearly taking up multiple spots and parked poorly. When the staff was informed, they were indifferent which was a bit disappointing

My parents spent a night at Four Points by Sheraton Warsaw in October. They are elderly people with limited mobility, and the Hotel management provided them with the best room for their needs. Great hotel with wonderful staff, they have done everything possible to make my parents happy. Thank you!

The hotel is not too far from the airport and it is perfect for an overnight stay! The room was very clean - no complaints. It was nice to have a variety of tv channels to watch before bed. Breakfast in the morning was delicious. Overall, 10/10 experience.

Excellent hotel, great location in a beautiful residential area, close to an airport but also you can go for a beautiful walk. Plenty nice and cozy restaurants in the area, but you almost do not need them as the food in the hotel is wonderful, one mist try breakfast when there. But the most import is that the staff in the hotel is absolutely amazing, goes above and beyond to help and accommodate you. Rooms a beautiful, clean, beds very comfortable. Great place overall.

I am traveling a lot and sometimes using Expedia to reserve flights and hotels. For last few years I did five trips to Europe using Expedia for booking. This Sheraton hotel gave me the most troubles I didn’t expect. The dinner : I ordered stake for dinner and stake price was $100 but I was waiting almost 30 minutes . That’s a really long time since only one more person was in restaurant. The biggest issue was in the morning of check out I gave to shave my face for meeting . It took me unbelievable long time because drain in the sink was plugged and water drains do slow that I can’t performe shaving. Have to wait till water drain and continue again and again.
Receptionist didn’t pay attention on my complains . She just said : I will inform maintenance. Looks like she didn’t fell this situation needs apology. I made on time to my meeting but was a very stressed.

The hotel is located in the new business district approx 5 miles from the city centre. A fairly new hotel. It is spacious and very clean, in keeping with the brand. The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. A very good restaurant and bar.
There is a tram terminus 3 or 4 minutes walk up the road and a train station next to it which will get you into the airport in 3 minutes. The tram will get you into the city in 30 minutes and the cost is less that a pound. Half that if you're a senior.

Definitely not a Sheraton experience

Starting from the fact that on the day of our arrival they started to threaten us because of the declined card, trough the fact that they eventually accepted the fact that our flight is to arrive shortly before midnight but in this case we’d need to pay everything upfront what we obviously did, finishing on the amazing surprise that the type of the room is not available because “they’re packed” and as a married couple we need to sleep in two single beds and asking us if that’s alright. Absolutely no prioritisation, no cleaning service even though we’ve asked for it, and no moving us into a correct double room we paid 1k for. In the end we’ve been pleased with a 50 quid deposit requirement to borrow the umbrella from the same guy who checked us in and promised moving to a correct room two days before. This is definitely not a Sheraton experience and if you’d like to be sure that your 1k experience is the best, look for some other place to stay.

Broken/ noisy aircon and the bad service

I got a room with broken aircon which made a terrible noise. I was not able to sleep so I called the reception to fix it. After 2 hours and 4 phone calls (telling me that the security is coming to fix it - they did not come!) they moved me to another room as per my request.

Very nice hotel. Easy, quick check-in. Room was nice, bed comfortable. Room is a bit small, but nice big bathroom and shower. All amenities provided. Coffee in room, also mini-fridge and water. Although the property was clean, in decent location and has a sauna, the front desk staff at the time of our check-in or check-out were not honest. We were told outdoor parking was free upon check-in but charged 80 zl upon check out. We were also told we would find bathrobes in the sauna area, there were none. Won't be returning for those two reasons.

Great hotel for business trip. Will stay again.

Very good hotel and great value overall. Clen, modern, spacious room. Large desktop for working, fully controllable air conditioner (unlike many that live their own life).

I would add here a very good breakfast (actually worth the cost) and super friendly staff

Very nice hotel for super price

The hotel is nice and in a quiet office district of Warsaw. However, the television did not have but 10 channels, disappointing. Breakfast was good and the hotel is very comfortable.
