The rooms need to be updated. No safe, carpet was badly fitted and the water from the shower leaks everywhere in the bathroom. And whoever chose the tiling, should be fired.
We have stayed at this hotel once before and have found the staff to be very helpful and friendly. The gym and swimming pool are very good for a hotel and the spa is also good although the sauna this time was out of action. The breakfast is pretty good. Not many restaurants in the area close by.

Very good value for a really spacious junior suite - the bathroom was huge! Opposite (going one way) was a convenient bus to Old Town and a tram to Central going the other way. 15 mins to either. Get the Jakdojade app for day passes as they are not sold on the bus ticket machine onboard.
We had executive suite lounge access and the evening hot food was very nice, alongside the free alcoholic drinks. Daytime snacks, on the other hand, were limited to some cookies. The pool / steam / sauna was a welcome end to our day (December) - very clean and spacious.
Being a 5 star hotel, some interactions with junior staff were varied in them responding to our requests. Sometimes more experienced staff would step in to rectify and provide the service befitting their star rating. Nothing overly taxing but we would have preferred to hear ‘yes, I can take care of that for you’ than put the onus back on us (considering there were 3 staff gathered around the concierge not really doing anything).
The wifi can be a bit hit and miss.
Overall, we recommend this hotel for the price for its spacious room, executive lounge access and the pool / spa. Paying a little more for the room meant all of these things were included.
While a little further out from the main areas, the transport was incredibly easy to use and allowed us to see more than just the tourist spots.

Staff were clearly busy … but they didn’t have not enough focus on the needs of waiting customers.. I was stood 5 minutes waiting to get an omelette for breakfast and two kitchen staff just ignored me.. there were at least 4 more table staff who just walked passed and said/did nothing. Overall a decent place to stay for a few days but could improve in a few areas.

Just a splendid and beautiful place with an outstanding restaurant WAY above typical food

Breakfast cannot be described, must be enjoyed to appreciate

Hotel is older but very well maintained and was built with the very best materials and design including the best bathtub I’ve ever seen, very hot water and comfortable bed. Staff is friendly and helpful and spoke English

I have stayed here on each trip to Warsaw, twice yearly over a few years now.

Arrived at hotel and check in was a great. A nice man told me about the hotel and then went to room. Room was very clean well laid out and a huge bathroom.
Came down and went to the bar for a drink nice selection of alcohol there and reasonable price.
Restaurant was very pleasant and good variety on the menu. ..something for everyone I would say. Had a nice meal and staff very friendly.
Had breakfast there following day again nice selection on the buffet and the service very good.
Lobby bar was great and a nice guy called Sebastian was the main server while I stayed there and was very friendly to customers, really nice to see a guy like that in the bar.
Pool complex was also very nice and again very clean.
Transport good bus and tram stops very close to hotel.
I stayed here for five nights and was completely happy with everything.
I will stay here again when next visit Warsaw.

No where near 5 star quality, or even 4 star. The room was not soundproofed and there was significant road noise, along with a plumbing issue that sounded like faulty pipes on the ceiling, all night long. The hotel failed to fix the issue and instead offered some cotton make up pads in lieu of ear plugs.

As someone who had to do some work this was very frustrating. I mentioned it multiple times at reception. The staff were nice and always said they would get it looked at but it never improved.

Clean room. Good service. The sliding door to the bathroom was difficult to open from inside once closed fully. The manager offered another room since the repair could take a couple of hours, but this door was even tighter with difficulty to close fully. So we decided to stay in the original room. Other than this we had a good stay. We appreciate that they provided us with boxed breakfast on the check out day since we had to leave for airport before breakfast started in hotel

This hotel used to be great but it is in serious need of refurbishment. Also, the amenities in the room are low quality and the room itself looked old and I’m not too sure how clean it was since it’s quite dark. On one of the days that I did have breakfast, which was included in the room price, there was no seating in the restaurant. I had to sit in the bar area where I ordered eggs Benedict which arrived cold and drowning in even colder hollandaise sauce. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel unless you have no other option.

Interiors are a bit dated. The property needs to be updated. Customer service is just okay, not the greatest. I booked it through Hotels.com WITH breakfast (there was a $0 cost associated with it) and yet when I checked in was told breakfast was not included. When selecting it it clearly said that it was and I selected that option. Next to it, it had $0 associated with the breakfast (I have a screen shot of it). When I did the insta chat with Hotels.com they also said it was not included. Very frustrating.

I cannot fault this hotel at all. The service was professional and impeccable. The staff were courteous and professional.. reception was lovely. Breakfast was amazing The fitness cenre was fantastic. The bar staff were great. I want to thank gabriella sebastian and andrei and the bar manager Klaudi in particular
Ive been in a lot of hotels in the world and frankly this is one of the best in Waraw. Management should ve proud of their staff for whatever directivex they gave it waz truly an amazing experience for me. Thank you and please thank your staff.

Not much to do around the property but the service was brilliant except, the breakfast was very good, the pool facilities were amazing, the steam room and jacuzzi was not working though and we did not use the gym. The room was very tidy, very spacious and the bed was very comfortable. It was handy having an iron and ironing board in the wardrobe and the safe was easy to use. The only issue we had was at check in, we arrived just after 1500 and they said we had no room available just yet, we had to wait 45 minutes for our room.

Paid 85PLN for breakfast [1], but then was told there was nowhere to sit.

Had to request refund to get allocated a seat

Was then asked to pay extra for oat milk coffee even though its included in the restaurant.

Bread and croissant trays were empty and not replenished.

Breakfast in lobby is not as good as breakfast in the bar.

No response from management to written complaint on this.

Much better options in Warsaw.

I booked a twin room way in advance just to be told at the check-in that I will be staying in a king room. I said a few times to the receptionists Aren (as far as I remember) that this is not acceptable and I order a twin room a reason and it was not down to him to change my reservation. He was pretending for a few minutes to be dealing with that at the end he offered a additional smaller bed to be delivered to my room and guessed what it was not delivered at all! He also told me at the check-in that my reservation was paid for and I said to him twice that I was not, he persisted to claim that is was, and orcours it was not and I had to pay for it when I was checking out whichbwas very stressful as my Uber was already waiting for me outside and I was running out of time. The shower (the small shower head with hose) in the bathroom wasn't working. The there are no plug sockets at the bedside, so you cannot have your phone on the bedside table if you need to charge it. The carper needs either a good cleaning or replacing. For a 5 star hotel the staff really lacks skills and also although it might be controversial it would be nice if the hotel considered that the Polish guests wouldn't mind to be talked to in Polish language by the restaurant staff, no everyone wants or can speak English! If you hire someone a basic level of Polish should be a must, this should be more important than cheaper labour! Overall this hotel need an upgrade, I won't stay there again, it is a 3* hotel.

Exceeded my expectations. Spacious room, comfortable bed, nice bathroom. Location is not central, but trams and buses run frequently and take you to any part of the city within about 15 minutes. Tickets can be purchased through the jakdojade app, but require the nuisance step of first depositing at least a minimum amount -- roughly equivalent to 6–8 rides -- into a prepaid \"wallet\". These tickets need to be validated through the QR codes on buses and trams.

I liked the bistro cross the road and the Krym restaurant a few minutes away. Gorgeous parks right at the hotel. One caveat: my room was facing the back and was quiet, especially with the window closed; rooms on the opposite side face a major intersection and might be noisier.

The Hotel is ideally situated next to the Royal Park. It has an excellent position for the convenient, clean and efficient buses, recently new tram routes now also link into the transport system. Bus and tram stops are very close to the hotel making getting anywhere in Warsaw including Wilanow very easy. The area is also well served with cycle lanes and rental cycles to safely get around.
The hotel itself is great, with very friendly and efficient staff. Breakfast is very good as well. The hotel is also very clean.
I have stayed here several times and for me, I wouldn’t consider staying anywhere else in Warsaw! An added bonus is a very relaxed bar across the road called Hygge that serves delicious food!

This hotel is in a great location but is definately not 5* .

We stayed for 3 nights and our room was not cleaned once during that time. The first day we thought we had missed the cleaners round as we put the ‘do not disturb’ sign on the door while we went for breakfast and only put ‘please clean room’ when we went out at about 11am. We advised reception that evening who apologised and arranged for clean towels to be delivered to our room.

The next day we put ‘please clean room’ up at 9am when we went for breakfast. When we returned at 11.30 it hadn’t been cleaned, and after going out for the day we returned at 6pm and still no one had been. We advised reception again who apologised and brought us some more coffee and water.

One of the treats of staying in a hotel is having your bed made nicely, fresh towels and a nice clean room when you return from a day sightseeing.

Also on check in we were advised that our reservation only included breakfast for one person despite us paying for a room for 2. The breakfast was very nice but at 20 euros per day it added quite a bit to what we thought was a reasonably priced hotel.

This was our second visit to this hotel which is conveniently located for us as we have family who live nearby but we are not likely to return.

Service was top rate. Staff very friendly and welcoming. Room was lovely and spacious and I loved the shower.

There is park nearby to walk in, though some roadworks/pathway repairs are being done immediately outside the hotel,which impairs the views, but thats not the hotels fault.

The swimming pool and jacuzzi were lovely after a walk in the cool weather.

We really enjoyed our stay here. We came for the Eras tour and the hotel was perfectly prepared. Rooms were big, comfy and clean. It’s a little further out than maybe we thought from the city but we figured it out quickly and transport was very reasonable. A great stay!

Great property past it’s prime

There is much to love about this property . Premium location , high quality of finishes , spacious layouts of rooms and expanded wellness floor. However either through neglect or heavy use place looks warn and slightly dated now. Rooms are spacious and well appointed with quality beds and linen. Bathrooms are spacious and feel luxurious. Great big windows with good sound insulation. Carpets across the property are warn and stained. I selected this property because of access to the club Floors and pool /sauna on location. Club Room was permanently closed , pool sauna was out of service and spa looked warn and dingy ( spa attendants were wonderful and attentive ) front door staff on the other hand seemed lost and poorly trained . Each time I asked a question they went to a room behind the front desk to ask their manager a question - after 2 or 3 times the manager should have come out and dealt with those issues directly- otherwise it seemed like they can’t be bothered by patrons. Chef should be fired , food was overcooked and old - I went to brunch here - ordered eggs Benedict - they were served cold , with congealed ( cold) sauce and burned cold potatoes - disgusting. There was a lot of poor management decisions that turned this place from a premium hotel into roadside motel - lacks feeling of luxury and seems like it’s managed by someone with no knowledge or experience in high end hospitality.

Their was a constant foul smell from my bathroom toilet, this foul sewage smell was in the lobby toilets. My colleague in another room said his room was the same.

On two separate occasions I had trouble getting into the hotel underground car park for the shear number of taxis outside the entrance, the hotel is more geared up for conferences than it’s guests.
