Great staff, great food and drinks at the hotel restaurant. This hotel is at a very convenient location to the airport and has everything that you need to relax. I stayed at the location in downtown Warsaw - it is bigger and has a different character. Both locations are great.

Our stay have been pleasant as always. Smooth check-in and check-out. Very polite and helpful staff. Comfortable beds and good size room. However, I have found the water filter jug instead of a water bottle ( even if it was not a complimentary gesture) unacceptable for 4* Accor property. The expectation of using a water drawn from the bathroom sink although filtered to drink is disturbing. Although the bathroom/ shower room was clean, there was a visible mould in between the tiles, which is disappointing and not really nice and pleasant to see even in a standard room regardless of hotels star rating. Overall a pleasant stay.

Unless you upgrade to an executive room, the “regular” rooms are not more than 2 stars. Awful beds, musty smelling rooms. Do yourself a favour and stay across the road at soundgarden.

I stay at the Novotel often- it’s perfectly fine for a 1 night stay. Rooms are ok, bathrooms need upgrading. For the price, rooms should be better… the hotel directly across the road is always cheaper and the same quality.

Great stay but room too small for a family

The hotel provided a taxi, free of charge, from and to the airport, which was very convenient. Staff were extremely helpful, professional and friendly. The hotel is located near the airport and about 20 minutes from the old town, which is convenient. Breakfast was excellent. Since this was a one-night layover with the family, the hotel served its purpose, but it would be difficult to stay longer with four people in one room. This was the only downside to our stay. The room was quite small to accommodate four people. It had one queen bed with a mattress that was way too soft and a pull-out couch with a mattress that was way too hard. Otherwise, a great stay. Would definitely recommend.

Ive never stayed at a smaller and tighter room anywhere else. It was clean, but old, and small. The bed was extremely uncomfortable, the pillows were probably original from the 1970’s era. The AC basically did not work, so we couldn’t sleep. Won’t be returning. Horrible stay!

A great stay overall

Great food and hosts. Our room was lovely and clean, with nice shower products and super comfy pillows! I really enjoyed the Risotto and the Beatroot Salad starter in particular!

The air generally in our room was a bit dry and perhaps maybe a bit too warm as we felt a bit dehydrated, but nothing that some fluids couldnt fix!

Nice hotel with perfect location in case you travel by bus or plane. Super close to bus station and the airport.
Room is clean, spacious, windows may open (its really important for me). Very pleasant staff. By the way, food in the restaurant is good! And dont order many from the menu at once, first see how big is the first ordered one :) may be it will be more than enough ))

The good: First, all of the staff that I interacted with were fantastic. The bar and restaurant have amazing food. Also, the hotel is very close to the airport.
The Bad: every emergency exit on the first floor was locked from the outside. I tried the four closest exits to my room and they were all locked. Not locked as in you have to swipe your room key but locked as in, the door will not open. Hopefully there is not a fire or any real emergency before this is rectified.

We stayed overnght at Novotel Warsaw Airport due to long connections between flights and it was perfect. The hotel is right on the bus route and only 10 minutes from the airport and 20 minutes from the old town. Staff were amazingly helpful and the hotel provides a free taxi back to the airport any time of the day. Our kids enjoyed the childrens indoor play area, outdoor playground and outdoor pool. The breakfast was exceptional. All in all, a very good stay.

We had a great stay at Novotel Warsaw Airport. The staff were extremely good and helpful. Getting there is quick either by taxi (7min) or on the 175 bus (15 min). The hotel provided a taxi back to the airport as part of their service. The room was comfortable and the outdoor pool a hit with the kids. The restaurant looked very good to though we did not use it and left too early to comment on it.

They come cleaning after I come back from work at 3 pm so the room was never cleaned for the whole week. They have a meeting room with food and coffee in the corridor so it was really noisy. The staff is not friendly at all and they claim to have a gym but it’s one trade mill and few dumbbells. The massage is terrible and the food in the restaurant is no standards so I ordered the same plate two days in a row and each day it will come different! By far one of the worst hotels I been to

the communication is absolutely a failer - sent several emails, and made many calls and I could not get through to the front desk. and I understood why when we arrived (I was able to reach over the phone to the front desk we agreed on payable early check-in )-- well when we got there were no one at the front desk and when we called for someone the answer was no free rooms when - which is a lie as the hotel was half empty. when we were waiting for the check-in with an empty front desk the phone was ringing all the time - I guess other travelers were not able to contact the hotel too. after many attempts to get checked in and talks staff offered us a free airport shuttle - which was nice and we thank you for that - BUT please work on your communication skills!!!!

Good value for money.

Very good, no noisy rude people from my country ,very convenient. Two night bus stations from the airport , but the matress in the 1 th floor was too soft and the room service is not a daily one. With a couple of days reservation it was o.k. For a longer stay I will have to check if they have a harder matress.

We have cancelled departure day breakfast,but we were still charged for it.Night clerk corrected that.Also we suppose to get 15% discount in hotel restaurant,we were told that we did not show room card with 15 % off stamp,that is why we did not get discount.Nobody told us to do that.
Hotel was close to airport and bus 175 took us downtown and bus 504 to railway sta.Houskeeping was great

The staff was quite friendly and the facilities where very family friendly. At check in, my children noticed a play area perfect for various ages. They also received a small, plush toy. In the room, two beds were already set up and made for them. There was a pool for them to swim in and for an extra fee, a lovely, varied breakfast. I would recommend this hotel.

Family friendly hotel with a lot of comfy space in common area, including 2 play areas for kids, large piano next to the restaurant, well mantained gym and spa. Our room with queen size and sofa bed was extremely small without enough space to walk with a luggage or simply to move around. The AC wasn't working, however wasn't that necessary that night. Ordered bruschetta and pasta with tomatoe sauce. Both were delicuous, made from scratch and served in decent size. Restaurant and concierge staff very professional, knowledgable and kind. Overall very good experience.
