Amazing and helpful staff. Forgot something in the room that they were able to retrieve and hold for me. Rooms are spotless, spacious and in a great condition. Price for a location was also really good. Loved everything will be definitely coming back if they have rooms, usually pretty booked. Thank you for the great experience!

Even though the listing says that housekeeping is provided daily, it definitely isn’t. We stayed for three nights and never received any housekeeping service. On top of that, we were given only half a roll of toilet paper at check-in, and when we called the front desk, they told us to buy our own because housekeeping isn’t available. Very disappointing and misleading.

My Home Away From Home
The Platinum Residence Mokotów is a home away from home for me. The staff are amazing, very helpful, and can’t do enough to make you fell welcome.
The rooms are very well appointed, comfortable, warm and the beds are fab. It’s easy walking to the Westfield Mall and, if you’re not a mall person (and I am not), there is a good range of fast food eateries all within 10 mins walk and city is an easy 15 min cab ride away.
Lastly - it’s great for families. While I’m always there alone, it’s a joy to see all the children playing in the secure grounds, complete with a sandpit and toys. Super!
The rooms are very well appointed, comfortable, warm and the beds are fab. It’s easy walking to the Westfield Mall and, if you’re not a mall person (and I am not), there is a good range of fast food eateries all within 10 mins walk and city is an easy 15 min cab ride away.

Apartment construction seems to be consistent in Warsaw One style is copied and I see it in other location almost identical except for adjustments to roof or ceiling height and different walls. It's evidently a system that has succeeded and they copy it and it's all modern

Nice part of Warsaw. Fully equipped apartments. The size doesn't quite match with the add although close. Didn't get a callback about an issue with appliances although things got sorted. Extending your stay double check you hold on to the right door swipe to access your apartment. Not an issue if reception is still open which has limited hours.

Was very upset, we booked this hotel in advance only to arrive and told “sorry we are 100% full and we booked you another hotel a few minutes down the road. We were traveling with our 10month year old baby and had already parked in paid parking.
The assured us this hotel was of equal standards although I looked on Expedia and it was 30% cheaper and 1-1/2 a star less.
Thanks for taking our money and not securing our booking. You should watch the seinfield episode where he books a car only to arrive and have no car your service is terrible.
It even a phone call or email prior to arriving.
Please do not book this hotel be warned!!!

Very suspicious. Booked this twice and moved to another apartment. This other apartment is opposite building site that starts around 7.00 in morning. I guess those that complain get moved from QBIK to platinum and those booked Platinum gig one of two nights get moved to QBIK. Price of QBIK cheaper and poor excuse that being upgraded to best room when just standard.

If you check in after 9pm, you have to pay extra 80 zloty, which was not noted before, during or after the reservation at all! Same if you want to check out before 9am!

It is a fantastic development in great area (very close to Galeria Mokotow shopping centre) and almost stones throw away from the centre of Warsaw. Apartment I was staying in was comfortable, clean & bright. However there are building works still going on in other apartments therefore very noisy. There was heavy drilling (during the day) in the apartment right next to mine and hammering even after 9pm. Huge let down! Otherwise great.

The apartments are a little tricky to find, however they seem to be brand new with comfortable furniture, kitchen, sofa, tv, internet, tea, coffee provided. My stay was very short but the place provided all that you needed. There is no lobby and the closest restaurants are about a 10-15 min walk.

Beautiful modern Apartment Room. We had problems with the heating but the ladys at the reception were soo friendly and helped us! The tram Station to the City Center is only 3 Minutes by feet and takes 20-25 minutes to the Main Station or Centrum. I can only recommend this Place!

It was a great stay. Very affordable and close to public transport. The apartment was clean, check in was extremely smooth and I really have 0 complaints about our stay. The picture’s on the website dont really do the apartment justice. It is a very high standard apartment with a fully functioning kitchen. Lovely bathroom and s comfortable stay. Would definetly reccomend this hotel.

À 5,mn à pied du tram 17, direct pour le centre. Seuls tout petits bémols: les rideaux ne sont pas occultants et 2 oreillers supplémentaires ou plus gros seraient nécessaires.

Hotel był zarezerwowany dla 2 córek od 27.12.2019 d0 01.01.2020.które opiekowały się synem po przeszczepie w szpitalu MSWiA . 27 grudnia syn zmarł . 28 grudnia córki pozostawiły hotel nie wymeldowując się , wróciły do domu. 30 grudnia osobiście w recepcji hotelu uregulowałem wszelkie należności za parking i prosiłem o zwrot należności za hotel od 30 grudnia do 1 stycznia tj.955.97 zł , okazując akt zgonu syna . W recepcji powiedziano mi abym zwrócił się do pośrednika , przez którego rezerwowałem hotel tj . Hotels.com. I w tym momencie skończyła się uprzejmość ludzi z Hotel Platinum Residence Mokotów. Tzn. przestali odbierać telefony i jak rowniez całkowity brak odpowiedzi na e maile zadane przez Hotels.com. Obecnie zwróciłem się do Hotels Billing claims (Hotels.com jest firma amerykańską) o pomoc .

Highly recommended. I booked it at last minute due to urgent issue in Warsaw. Checking in process was super efficient and the guest relation lady was very nice and helpful. Near to the big mall with 5 minutes walk and you can enjoy shopping.
