Super clean lobby and staff was friendly and helpful and the room was Very clean and was spacious with a comfortable bed as well, bathroom was super nice and has a great shower with good water pressure and heated floors. The hotel was ok but the room was a bit cold and no way to make it warmer. Also, when I checked in no one told me there would be no warm water the following morning. I could not shower, the water was ice cold. Sure, that was only temporary but I should’ve been told!

My very short stay was ok and no issues with the room or the property but my biggest reason to choose this hotel was the location and free shuttle to the airport ! They told me to take a taxi because there was no shuttle service to the airport after 12.10 pm !! Will not be staying at this location again.

The room was clean. Staff were kind and helpful. Breakfast was included as well as the airport shuttle. (Some ibis charge for shuttle . Ie. UK). There is nothing in the area but that’s ok if you are just staying overnight. They have a restaurant if you need to eat something for dinner. Air conditioner worked which was good.

Overall it’s good hotel although I should have looked into its location better. It’s quite remote to the interesting city parts, stores and other attractions although it’s close to Okecie Airport and the transfer to the airport is included in the room price.

I was surprised by this hotel. Selected it mostly by its location but the hotel turned out to be very nice. Liked the bed as it was super comfortable. The bathroom has heating floors so it feels great to be there. The amenities are a bit limited with shampoo and conditioner only. I guess you have to pay for an upgraded room to have more.
Free shuttle is very convenient. A guy driver was super helpful to help with the luggage at the airport itself.
Overall the hotel is a great choice to stay before or after your flight.

Very clean hotel. The staff were very welcoming, kind and helpful. Our room was large enough for the two of us to spread out our suitcases without tripping. The restaurant/bar is inviting and fairly priced. Food was good as well as the wine. They have a couple of food snacks available and also a ATM machine for withdrawing cash. There is also a water refill station on each floor. The free service to reach the airport was so appreciated! Would definitely return to this Ibis location. Great value for money.

An extremely comfortable and friendly airport hotel with a free shuttle and nice breakfast. Highly recommended for anyone leaving from Warsaw airport. The only downside is that there are no real dining options nearby and dinner at the restaurant was at best average. Love their commitment to sustainability, though, which means real non-plastic plates and metal utensils!

Unfortunately, my Mum did not find her cash (about $100) in the wallet after we returned from breakfast and long walk around the property...cannot tell for sure how this could happen as everything seemed to be nice and great, but this was the only time she didn't take her wallet with her when she left a hotel during our trip...:(

This place is a green hotel that is very close to the airport and has excellent rates. Daria, the front desk staff, and Matiusz, the driver, were excellent. If you need anything in your room, they come immediately. The breakfast choices and the opportunity to make your own juice from fresh fruits were awesome too. The free airport shuttle was on time as well. I would definitely stay here again and again and again!

I was pleasantly surprised. It was easy to get there by public transportation from the airport and while the hotel charged me €10 for an early check-in (at 11 am), it was a small price to pay. Moreover, the hotel provided me for a free taxi back to the airport. The room was pretty large (by European standards) and clean. Overall, I’d definitely stay again with this price ($85 or so). PS I didn’t stay for breakfast, so can’t speak to that.

I stayed in this hotel twice already. It's a very convenient location close to the airport. Only minutes on taxi which is included with your stay, Staff has always been very friendly and helpful.
