The staff were very friendly and the breakfast was fantastic with so many choices to suit everyone in our party. The only negative is it is quite a long way from the old town where we were mostly exploring but we found Ubers were good value for money but the metro station is walkable.

The hotel is 3 star but feels like 4.I had a business room which has a bedroom, living room and a small kichenet. (larger than the standard room). Very comfortable. I booked 2 nights but 1 day before check in I needed to cancel the 2nd night. I called the hotel and was refused. However when I checked in I met Piotre at the reception and after he checked with his bosses, they were willing to waive the 2nd night with no penalty. This was really nice. Since I had to check out for my flight in the middle of the night, I didn't enjoy the breakfast but asked for a breakfast box which was huge and ready on time, along with the taxi I reserved with Piotre.
I did have dinner at the restaurant: the Perogi was really good and so was the Margarita. The hotel ambient is cosy and welcoming and the location - 15 min from city center by car, 10 min from the airport.
So for me the experience was very short but perfect.

They had no hot water in the whole property. The wifi was bad in the whole hotel. They even moved me to the first floor and wifi would not connect. Never had this issue before. I left the hotel early because of this and had no issues at the next hotel.

I dont like leaving negative reviews but this hotel disappointed and I feel I should warn others.

Great hotel!

I was very pleasantly surprised by this hotel. All employees that I came in contact with were definitely trainee in hospitality! Each one friendlier than the next. All were very professional. The room was immaculate, contemporary and comfortable. I had one quick lunch and used the buffet daily. Food was above average with a nice selection for breakfast. I used the fitness center and it was large, airy and functional. One plus for me was a self service washer and dryer. I hate traveling with dirty clothes so I took advantage while working out one evening. The hotel sits on a busy corner so there are bus stops within a two minute walk. One bus goes to and from the airport. Another bus will take you to the metro into the city. Both rides take about 15 minutes. My only dissatisfaction, and it’s very minor, sits with the TV. Wires are exposed, Also, when you insert your room key to switch on the power in the room, the TV automatically turns on to the same channel showing a loop with what I think is a sales pitch for their condos. There are international channels but very limited for English speakers. But as I only use the TV when getting ready in the morning, it was not a biggie.

Overall a good experience. Great breakfast, nice, quiet comfortable room. A minor issue was a slightly unsightly hole that looked like a cigarette burn in one of the bed covers, which was a bit at odds with the otherwise clean (nonsmoker) room. Would recommend this hotel.

Great hotel, great staff and amenities.

The hotel staff, especially the reception staff, were friendly and helpful.
Although the hotel is a bit of a ride to the city center and old town, it is close to the airport. Taxis don't cost that much, so you can pretty much come and go as you please without breaking the bank. The best thing about the hotel is that it has a launderette, which was a huge bonus! Very, very pleased with everything.

Service in need of improvement

The hotel is modern and clean and for business in a good location. Service however is not so good. The restaurant is very slow, with the staff stood talking and food taking far too long, over an hour from entering the restaurant to eating.

There was no iron available for two of the nights, even in the laundry room, and reception just hung up the phone when I asked what they could offer. Business trip with creased shirts is not a good look. Had to use a pan of boiling water as an iron!

No tea or coffee in the room, am I supposed to bring my own, maybe I should travel with all my food to make it easier for hotels.

The gym equipment is a little sparse and the bike and rower displays didn’t work. No towels or paper towels in gym.

Breakfast offered a good selection, although the choice of fruit was very limited. Service was quicker at breakfast with tables made available. Staff look very glum though, maybe the early starts.

Overall okay, just needs more attention to detail and staff who at least look remotely interested in the customer

The day I checked in outside temp.was 35 C / 95 F Hotel staff gave me a room with no air condition. When I asked if they have rooms with temp control they mention that I should ask for it before I checked in to the hotel.

Great value

Desk staff extremely pleasant and helpful; arranged an early taxi for me to the airport, and offered \" welcome\" cookies not only to me, but also to the friend dropping me off! Room perfect for relaxing one night before a morning flight. Only drawbacks were a tricky shower door and not finding the room temperature control. If I ever again need a hotel in Warsaw before a flight, I will go back.

4 star like hotel with good breakfast except ....

I booked two nights for a business meeting. The general conditions of the hotel is good. Spacious lobby looks like a 4 star hotel. The free buffet breakfast offered was very good with many varieties of foods (cold and hot). The room temperature was a bit low for winter season and could not control with the remote control. The first night sleep was awakened by the noise of the neighbors from the corridor. I had to complain to the reception. That is the downside. Overall it was worth the money.

Very affordable and comfortable. Enjoyed multiple English language TV channels (BBC, CNN, DW, France24). Not a whole lot of dining options in immediate vicinity...but with most of my time spent in Warsaw Old Town, New Town, Łazienki Królewskie Park, and Praga, not an issue. About half mile walk away was well-stocked supermarket.

Wonderful hotel near airport

An incredible hotel choice for those needing quick access to Warsaw's airport (a bus stop is located just across the street). As a backpacker, I used it as a base for day trips by plane to Poland's other major cities and found the location to be amazing. Very polite staff and very affordable prices (on the weekends), even for those on a limited budget. I will certainly be staying here again!

Everything was great!

We stayed here one night before an early morning flight. Everything was spot on! Clean, comfortable room and bathroom, kitchenette, excellent restaurant, professional and helpful staff. They even have the option to stay for part of a day if you have a long enough layover and want to freshen up and rest. I wish this place (or one like it) had been closer to the center of town. It would be great for an extended stay, too. Thank you!

I really appreciated the rental of the hotel, next to the airport F. Chopin,
the access to highways and even a space for jogging.

The hotel offers a varied and creative catering for a 3 star.

The rooms are spacious and the bathroom are well designed with ample shelving, even with a heater.

Lovely little place!

This is a great hotel close to the airport, with a bus stop right there to get to the central train station. We usually stay close to the train station so we can just walk but chose to be close to the airport for an early flight. It worked out great!

Det var en utrolig hyggelig opplevelse å bo på Arche Hotell. Vi ble møtt på en veldig vennlig måte i resepsjonen – de ansatte var raske, profesjonelle og snakket tydelig engelsk, noe som gjorde opplevelsen ekstra behagelig.

Rommet vi fikk var stort og komfortabelt, med to gode senger, et lite kjøkken med kjøleskap til maten vi hadde med oss, samt god oppbevaringsplass i skapene. Badet var romslig, rent og innbydende, og vi hadde aldri problemer med varmt vann. Utsikten fra balkongen var også flott.

Hotellets beliggenhet var svært praktisk, med kort vei til bensinstasjon, restaurant, matbutikk og andre nødvendigheter. Det tok dessuten bare 7–8 minutter til flyplassen, noe vi satte stor pris på.

Jeg elsket oppholdet på hotellet, og jeg kommer gjerne tilbake neste gang jeg reiser til Polen.

Jeg gir min beste anbefaling til å velge dette hotellet.

Les portes des chambres sont très mal isolées et lorsque les gens restent dans les corridors pour discuter c'est désagréable, idem pour la fermeture avec le système de rappel de porte qui est réglé trop fort donc les portes se claquent très fort.Nous avons été spécialement dérangé car il y avait plusieurs groupes de personnes et ceux-ci restaient dans les corridors. A la réception lors de l'arrivée très peu de renseignement, par exemple il faut solliciter le nettoyage de la chambre, ils ne les font pas nécessairement mais personne le dit. Jolie salle de bain mais pas de suspens pour les petites serviettes, les serviettes de douche peuvent être mises sur le radiateur porte serviettes. Les lits sont confortables et le restaurant a de très bons mets à des prix corrects.

- the pillow is of the cheapest kind
- sink where almost completly clogged
- toilet button did not work properly which made the water keeper running.

- soap despencers seem to never have been washed.
