The reception staff at the hotel were hospitable and welcoming; the room was clean, spacious, comfortable, quiet and well-decorated. Reasonably priced and up to IHG standards.

The breakfast buffet was plentiful and of great variety.

I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn Express Warsaw – Mokotów and had a wonderful experience. The hotel is modern, clean, and very comfortable. This hotel isn't close to the city center but you have plenty to do close by and the tram is literally a very short walk. The tram and bus system is very simple and easy. The breakfast was a perfect European style buffet with a varid slection of meats, breads, and fruits. The staff was very friendly and ohhh...the soundproof rooms. You wont hear anything....which is great for light sleepers like me. Overall 10/10 highly recommend if you have to be in the city center.

Holiday Inn was the perfect place to stay at the end of our our roadtrip before flying back home. We appreciated that check out wasn't until 12:00 and that breakfast was served until 10:00, so we had a leisurely morning and enjoyed the breakfast. My mom said it was the best cup of coffee that she had in Poland! The room was comfortable and we appreciated that we could control the temperature. When the panel was glitching someone from the front desk happily came up to assist us in changing the temperature. Everyone was very warm, polite, and helpful. The front desk even collected bubble wrap for us so that we could wrap up our Polish pottery purchases for travel. Parking was on site around the corner from the entrance, and they suggested that by becoming a rewards member we could save 10 PLN on parking.

Great location for me due to office nearby, walked there in 10min. Bus and tram stop right on main road. Easy walk to Westfields. Airport only about 10min drive away.
Hotel room alrger than average, compfy bed and pillows were fab. I did miss having a barfridge in the room as I like to keep my water etc cold . Towels could be larger/softer but not a big thing

Not sure why parking isn't included in the price, it was advertised as such... also watch out for staff members that like to wear \"wish-I-was-anywhere-but-here\" badges (hint: it's tourism, be happy or pick another profession -- most of us have to do 8 years of education to get those kinds of paychecks/packages in this day & age).

Lovely hotel in Warsaw

I liked the room as very clean and the bed was comfortable
The hotel is only 7 minutes to the airport and close to public transportation. You can take the tram from the back of the hotel which can take you anywhere in Warsaw.

Exceptional service and great price

The staff was very helpful. We stayed o e night because of an early flight the next day. Staff did a wake up call, right on time. Ordered a cab for us. And gave us breakfast to go. The hot water in the shower was amazing. Nice bar and restaurant also.

No transport to the airport, no morning coffee. And no way to call the front desk. The one cart they had for luggage had flat tires.

Overall it was a good experience because of location it’s noticeable that this hotel a little bit old, but they try to keep everything look modern, so it was really good. I don’t like that they don’t provide hair conditioner. As well as a bottled water (I don’t feel confident to drink a tap water in Poland) . Breakfast has a huge variety, but I didn’t like the taste at all. Too much sugar in everything and other problems with flavors. I had an early check-out (6am) and it was easy they were nice to give me a breakfast box (because a buffet opens at 6:30). I can recommend it in general, good place to stay for a few nights

We enjoyed our 1 night stay before leaving for an early AM flight out of Chopin airport. The place was very clean and the beds comfortable. We loved that it was within walking distance to Galeria Mokotow which allowed us to eat and do some last minute shopping before returning home. The only thing missing was a fridge and microwave but that didn’t affect our stay much as we were only there for a night and the mall was very close.

Hotel was new, nice and clean, with good breakfast options. The only thing was that it was relatively far from the old town. It says 15 minute drive but warsaw has a good amount of traffic, so more like 30 + minutes car ride during the day or more if you use public transportation. Again, we were not aware of the traffic so nothing related to the hotel, which was great! The rooms were very clean and beds were comfortable. The staff was helpful and they gave usour room as soon as it was ready, which was a big plus for us traveling with a small child after a long flight.
