The breakfast was great and much more than we expected. The majority of the staff were great but our server for dinner was not very attentive and took a long time to bring us our bill. The rooms were clean and the Wi-Fi was fast enough to stream movies easily.

The hotel was great and very clean. The restaurant on the other hand was poor for the price they charged for their food. The Steak Tartar was amazing but the burger I ordered had stale buns and the burger was so dry and not edible. Pierogi we’re really good but not many for the price. Consider eating somewhere else unless you have the Tartar!

Very disappointing. Checked in and TV didn't work. We were told the TV at the bar would be showing Wimbledon. The bartender didn't know how to use the remote. We gave up. They eventually fixed our TV while we were out but there are only about 5 channels. Returned at 9:45 at night on a Saturday and went to the bar. The bartender told us the bar closed at 9:30. The hotel was full of people on a Saturday night and they closed the bar??? The room was clean but the shower is anemic. The eco-friendly water flow barely gets you wet. No point in eco-friendly if you have to run the water 4x longer. The combined bodywash/shampoo is awful and there were no washcothes. Don't let the Plaza name fool you. This hotel is low budget, unfriendly and not accomodating. Many other great options in Warsaw.

This hotel is nice, modern, close to airport. There is no akrport shuttle, so bewares of that. The breakfast buffet was nice. The real problem was that the shower got very hot and it was hard to make it cooler. Plus the water pressure was so soft, jt was hard to get clean in the shower.

Close to Airport

This is our 2nd visit. We stayed here again because last time the Hotel provided a Shuttle Bus service to the Airport so thought we would repeat the booking. We found out on arrival that they don’t have a Shuttle Bus on weekends anymore!
This was not clear when booking.
The internet did not work in our room so we had to move rooms but they helped us to do that with little stress.

Very nice hotel for a price comparable to other hotels in the area. The staff is very pleasant. The property is around 6-10minutes drive from the airport and there is a bus stop on the back corner of the hotel. Be aware the location is about 20 minutes from city center by taxi and the drivers are scammers. The price can vary from 28 pln to 54 pln one way, depending on the driver. Also be aware it is very difficult at times to get a taxi to or from this hotel so be comfortable with public transport or rent a car. We did ask for a wake up call the first day, we did not receive one and were late to meet our friend. Other than the location to city centrum, lack of wake up call, and taxi issue this is a very nice hotel to stay. They do have many conventions so early check in is very unlikely for you.

I did not have a good experience due to a officer (male) at reception around 9:00 a.m on 01 December. He was very rude. He got annoyed when I asked how to go to the airport by bus. I wanted to use bus because the female staff at night on 30 November informed me that it is very easy to go to airport from the hotel by bus which is available just outside at the main road. Surprisingly, the male staff was very annoyed when I asked about direction to go to the bus stop. He asked me to go by taxi. On the surface it was beautiful and clean. Good location and close to the airport. A mobile phone was provided for use while in Warsaw. Staff tried to accommodate guests. However, this is a property that accepts pets. First room was smelly at entrance so we were moved to the 2nd room. The 2nd room seemed fine but as time went on, the pet smell was evident in there also.

Excellent front desk staff, who accommodated my needs, very helpful and nice. I have to leave the hotel early in the morning before breakfast was served so I received breakfast in the bag which was fresh and tasty. I needed a taxi which also was ready and waiting for me. Check out took less then a minute. Excellent staff, thank you.

Nice One-Nighter at the Warsaw Plaza

Stayed one night for business trip. Very nice and stylish hotel. Good WiFi, friendly staff. Cool bar area, I wanted a martini with olives and the bartender took the time to go to the kitchen to get some since the bar does not normally have them. I ate at the restaurant and the food was good, there is also a buffet - but I did not try it. Check-in, check-out was quick. Iron and ironing board was brought to my room quickly. I did not explore beyond the hotel, so no comment on the local area. Short stay, but quite nice

people where loud in the night and no one stoped them.

Hotel close to airport with free airport shuttle

Takes about 5 min to get there from airport, free shuttle, go outside airport to pick up stands... Staff were friendly and efficient. Free bottled water daily. Costs around 40 polish money to get to town, but can be navigated by public transport for less I believe. Rooms were good size, bathroom floor tiles were heated... Very nice. Good hot shower.

Modern Hotel, convenient to airport, great staff

Stayed here overnight on a 21 hour layover on the way back to US. Arrived at hotel 4:30, left at 5 on easy bus + metro (ask the staff for directions) got to Old Town by 6, great evening out. Easy to get cab back - but ask the driver how much to get to airport hotels before you get in the car; the first guy told me 70-80zl which sounded high for a 15 min cab ride (no traffic - if you're going at 5, take the bus instead of sitting in a cab for 45 min, it's a better view). The next guy told me 30-40, and it ended up being about 33zl.

Good for conferences

Not good for tourists as miles away from any sites or shops.Ideal for conferences, i would recommend this hotel if you dont really want to travel out everyday. Staff ,not very friendly as they dont talk to anyone, unless you ask them something.Food excellent,A star. Rooms excellent,A star. Overall Hotel very nice and stylish. Would recommend Warsaw Old Town,and Krakow (picture perfect) loads to see and do.

Comfortable hotel, overpriced breakfast.

Very happy with hotel itself and complimentary airport shuttle. No price list or menu provided prior to breakfast. No staff on floor to ask. Only buffet available. Ended up paying AU$24+ which I consider overpriced. Could have bought breakfast at airport for fraction of the 70PLN I paid at the hotel.

Undiscovered gem near airport

Superb facilities, with a most modern and beautifully set of rooms. Excellent staff and shuttle service to airport was simply outstanding and part of the basic room charge. Amazing breakfast buffet as well. Totally enjoyed my time here and will stay here again on my next trip to Warsaw!

I booked this hotel because it was cheaper than other available options in Warsaw. Given the price, I was pleasantly surprised by the very high quality of everything: the facilities were very modern, as if the hotel had just recently been built; the room was clean, spacious and comfortable; the staff were very friendly; the wifi worked great; and the breakfast buffet had a great selection of good food. The catch to all of this is that the hotel is located far from the city center. There are a couple of public bus routes that frequently pass through the area, and I used bus #148 to get to the airport in about 10-15 minutes (and then another bus to go downtown). Recommended if you are not overly squeezed for time in Warsaw.

Fyrstjärnigt nöje

Bokade sent och trodde hotellet skulle ligga mera centralt. Det låg vid flygplatsen. Väl framme fick jag ett fantastiskt rymligt dubbelrum med egen möblerad takterass. Det var över 25 grader varmt ännu sent på kvällen men rummet hade bra luftkonditionering.
Köket serverade mat till 22 och baren hade öppet till 24. Frukosten som serverades i det stora restaurangen hade allt. Maten var smakfullt upplagd, ingen behövde köa. Hotellet hade gratis parkering.
Jag har vid några tillfällen bott på femstjärnigt hotell men detta var bättre!
