My recent stay at the Hotel Renaissance Warsaw Airport Hotel was exactly what I needed for a smooth and comfortable trip.

The location is the first major win, as you can't get more convenient for Chopin Airport. The proximity took all the stress out of making an afternoon flight. The efficiency continued with the front desk; check-in was quick, and check-out was even faster. Furthermore, the staff at the reception were quite accommodating and allowed us a late check-out, giving us an extra hour to prepare for our journey - a really appreciated gesture.

The room was thoughtfully equipped for both work and relaxation. A standout feature was the separate HDMI port at the desk. The shower was excellent, with decent water pressure.

Breakfast offered a good and varied choice of food to start the day right. My only minor, personal wish would have been to see avocados on the spread, but that's a small note in an otherwise good offering.

Bottom line: If you need a reliable, comfortable, and strategically located hotel at Warsaw's main airport, the Renaissance delivers. I would definitely stay here again

This was already our fifth stay at this hotel in 2025, and we absolutely love it. Whenever we have an early morning departure from Warsaw, this is our go-to place. The hospitality is always wonderful, and the location couldn’t be better—just a one-minute walk to the terminal. We’ll definitely be back again very soon!

My mom and I had a connecting flight the next day from Warsaw to the US so I decided to book us a room here as it is across the street from the airport. When we got there, we were quickly helped out and given the key to our room. However, the next day for breakfast we were not satisfied with the service, as one of the cooks making the breakfast was extremely rude. I asked for an omelette and was given scrambled eggs with the ingredients I had requested. When he handed me the breakfast he had a smirk on his face, very bothersome. Anyhow, that left a bitter taste in our mouths as we were just wanting to enjoy our breakfast before our flight. Also, the table servers were nice but every so often would come around and take plate after plate which made it seem like this is how they move people out without asking them to leave. Given the amount I paid for the eight-nine hours we were there does not make me a happy customer. But we’ve learned a thing or two about the experience, I guess.

I’ve stayed at this airport hotel several times now, and it has consistently been a great experience. The rooms are comfortable and well-maintained, making it easy to relax before or after a flight. The location is unbeatable for airport access, which is incredibly convenient. The staff are always friendly, professional, and helpful, and they really make the stay pleasant. I had intended to reserve a hotel for May 21th; however, due to an error, the booking was inadvertently made for July 21th. Fortunately, Google Calendar quickly brought this discrepancy to my attention. Realizing the mistake less than 24 hours after the reservation was made, I promptly contacted Expedia to correct the booking date.
Unlike my previous positive experiences with Expedia, this time I received no meaningful assistance. Expedia staff indicated that only the hotel could resolve the issue, despite the circumstances and the promptness of my request. As a result, when I arrived at the hotel on May 20th, I was informed that my reservation was not valid for that date, and I was required to pay the full rate for a second time in order to secure a room.
To make matters worse, I did not check in on July 20th, as I was not present at the property on that date. Essentially, I paid twice for a single stay, with no resolution or refund offered for the reservation I was unable to use.
This experience has left me feeling frustrated and misled. The lack of support from Expedia, paired with the hotel’s inability to accommodate a reasonable correction, gives the appearance of an unfair and possibly predatory practice.

fancy looking breakfast, but beneath the very nice presentation you had to carefully select the actual healthy food items and differentiate from all other \"attractive\" choices; overall, good variety, so I was able to find what I valued as natural good food (e.g. - freshly squeezed juice, as an alternative to \"made from concentrate\");

the hotel itself - very clean, well maintained, elegant I'd say, with a very nice SPA (included access to pool, saunas, showers) and great massage service available on short notice; very convenient - practically as if on the airport grounds

Front desk staff was not professional.
I've booked a room for 2 nights, Sept 9 and 10, with checkout on Seot 11, and was late getting to Warsaw.
When i arrived in the morning if September 10, i was told my room was occupied and i have to wait to check in. Seriously, how does it happen that you pay for the stay and you cannot check in. Front desk staff was simply unprofessional.
Luckily when i saw a manager walking by, i explained the situation and was checked in right away.
Please train your front desk staff.

We’ve stayed at the Renaissance Warsaw Airport Hotel many times, and it never disappoints. The staff are always welcoming and professional, the rooms are spotless, comfortable, and perfect for a good night’s rest. The breakfast is absolutely delicious with a great variety to choose from. On top of that, the location couldn’t be more convenient—just steps away from the terminal, which makes catching an early morning flight out of Warsaw stress-free. Highly recommend, and we already looking forward to our stay!

The access to the airport was incredible- less than one minute's walk and I was able to just pick up a luggage cart and walk straight across the drop off lanes into the departures hall. Design is aggressively quirky in a way I like. Also liked that they've replaced single use plastic water bottles with a refillable glass carafe.
