It was a pleasant stay. WiFi was great. Bed was comfortable but one pillow wasn’t enough for me. Kettle, tea, coffee sachets were provided. Hairdryer was in the bathroom. It was plenty of storage. There was a separate ironing room available on the floor. The only bitter thing was airport is not far from the hotel and early flights have disturbed my sleep

Only stayed this far out of town due to a concert being on. The beds were really hard and pair that with lumpy pillows (and only one per bed, we had to ask for extra) and you have yourself an uncomfortable experience! Not to mention the extreme heat in the room, which did not dissipate at all due to no air conditioning on the lower floors and not even the option of a fan! My fiancé and I would not recommend staying here.

Чтобы приготовить еду или разогреть - ничего нет для этого, хотя плита есть . Надо было микроволновку поставить- было бы больше пользы. Такси до аэропорта пришло вовремя , за 25 злотых. Спасибо

However if you don't close the window you will hear every single plane pretty loud. Which is a bit of a trouble if you like to sleep with fresh air like me so you will need to sacrifice something.
Also another problem, you will get a lot of bugs since they don't have a mosquito net.
I wish girls at the front desk would be more welcoming. It is not very pleasant coming after long tiring trip, pay for a stay and have a feeling like you just came to their private property. A lot of hostels are way more welcoming and this is not cheap hotel.

Property has a kitchenette but no utensils, no plates or cups whatsoever! You have to go to reception to get these, and if you are lucky, they will give you plates or frying pan which will be dirty of course. There’s nothing to wash it with in the room apart from shower gel.
Bedding is absolutely pathetic. Pillow is so basic and small that you can hardly sleep on it. Duvets are also very very basic and that is in their most expensive room which we upgraded to (original price 380zl per night!!!). Fridge smells of something. Hotel is full of refugees.

Kiedy przyjechałam była jeszcze czynna restauracja przez 40 minut. Zapytałam, czy mogę zjeść coś ciepłego. Pan z obsługi potwierdził, dał mi menu i zaprosił do stolika. Po 15-tu minutach oczekiwania (na sali nie było innych gości) nikt nie podszedł, chciałam zamowic danie przy bufecie. Obsługująca tam, tym razem Pani, zerknęła na zegarek, mówiąc, że to już trochę późno. Ale zrealizowano moje zamówienie.
W pokoju nie działał telewizor. Zadzwonilam do recepcji z prośbą o pomoc. Niestety Pani z obsługi powiedziała, że nie ma pojęcia co robić i żebym sama ustawiła sobie programy (co już wcześniej zrobiłam, bez sukcesu).
