The room was clean. The Staff were good. Check in check out was easy.

The staff some times missed keeping clean floor towel, soap or coffee cup or stirrer. No big deal but I suggest they should be made aware of this .

I stayed at the hotel 2 nights, before my 2 day tour and after the tour. The first night was on the 1st floor and the room was big but it was a little run down and the tub/shower was tiny. The 2nd night was on the 4th floor and it's obvious it had been remodeled and it was just as advertised. The breakfast was great. And, if you need to exchange your currency, do it next door. The fee is much less than at the airport. The only complaint I have was this faint, but audible, sound that I heard on both nights and I couldn't figure it out. For a short stay, I'd book the hotel again.

Geneva hotel is my place to stay when I’m in Amman, I rate it 10 out of 10, all the staff are awesome starting with the manager Malek, front desk Alaa, bellman Dawoud and honestly all the staff were great!

Pretty good

The hotel was a bit outdated but kept well, clean, and the service was great. Breakfast was very good. Uber to the city center was maybe 5$, not much to see around the hotel. The bar on top has a great view of the city.

Geneva Hotel is as steady in its cleanliness as it was when I first stayed there 8 years ago. Friendly staff and do easy to check in and out and to reserve rooms for other colleagues.

Rooms were tiny. The bed in the double room barely qualifies as a full. Bathroom was on a par with my first apartment in college. No toilet sprayer.

No place other than shaver outlet in bathroom to plug in a phone charger. (the sole other available outlet would not hold a.mideast or US plug)

One set of coffee packets in room with a sign indicating a 4 JOD charge for additional coffee. That's really substandard for a 4 star hotel.

To be fair, the price was very inexpensive, but the hotel does not live up to it's star rating.

I don’t think this should be a 4 star hotel. Carpets were dirty and sticky, the bed was hard and the bathroom left a lot to be desired. The breakfast was very poor and limited. The only good thing was the quick check in.

The room has a smoke smell inside , the room was not like what it said on Expedia it was very small the mattress are not comfy, and one more thing they give you a free bottle of water as a complimentary but if you need another one they charge you 4 JD this is too much for this hotel .

Unfortunately not the best experience. First room had a really loud ac with chillers on top making a constant noise all night and impossible to sleep. 2nd room had ants in the bathroom. Finally 3rd room was ok. Generally very old and needs a revamp. Good location but busy. Bed and pillows were very comfy and the staff were nice on the positive side of things.

Second time staying here, hotel is what you would expect from a 4 star hotel: clean, tidy, decent but limited breakfast. I had a very disappointing check in experience as the receptionist casually tried to make me pay for my stay even though I had already paid in full through Expedia. After a discussion and showing him evidence of my Expedia receipt email he relented and stated it could be sorted out the next day - not what you want to hear after checking in at 2am. I then immediately emailed Expedia who sorted the issue out for me, and emailed me back the next day. It was the hotels error. I would advise anyone who books to take evidence of their booking with them just in case. The room itself was good, only minor criticism I would make is that there was only one electrical power socket so could only charge one device at a time.

A lovely place to stay any time in Amman

Wonderfully cordial staff were welcoming and assisting with all requests.

Sparking clean room with comfortable bed.

In a bustling city, the Geneva hotel is a haven for tranquility, and surprisingly it hosts a lot of Jordanian weddings, two of which we, as strangers, were invited to attend!!

Dinner and breakfast were quite good (but definitely stay away from the late night pizza —— bleeecchh

If you need taxi service, ask for Muhammad, a terrific driver and conversationalist

The hotel staff that checked us in was not friendly, doesn't feel welcomed. The hotel is old, double beds too small for two my wife and I to comfortably sleep in. Hotel lobby filled with smoking guest that stinks up the entire lobby. Will not recommend this hotel

I stayed 3 nights on an official trip and really enjoyed staying at Geneva Hotel. Breakfast was good. Easy approach by cabs and Uber. Will stay here next time too.
I would request the hotel management to install bidet in toilet uf possible.

Geneva Hotel - Amman Jordan

This is a really solid western-style hotel. We stayed there three nights. Most importantly, the Air Conditioning was fantastic! ha!
The rooms were very comfortable. The staff was super helpful. The property is very safe and well layed out. You have easy access to most places in the city. There are a few restaurants in the immediate area, but the food in the hotel is great too.

It took around an hour to get into our room. It looked like the reception staff was just taking their time, so it was an unpleasant start to our experience at Geneva since we were exhausted from traveling and were more tired just waiting around until they gave us our keys and 'cleaned the room' – the room should have been cleaned properly beforehand and there is no way it would've taken that long to clean up. When we got into our room, the room wasn't even that as clean as we'd expected it to be. The carpet had wet spots and was really discolored and looked dirty, the decorative pillows were also a bit unpleasant. However, the beds and linens were clean and very very comfortable. We had an excellent night's sleep. The staff (other than the reception) were very kind and generous, and a pleasure to be around. The complementary breakfast was okay, I appreciated the selection but it wasn't exceptional. There were snacks and drinks in the fridge that you could eat and pay for during check out. My mom wanted the Kit Kat but when we grabbed it, it was very sticky and had some strange residue on the outside – it was not opened but seemed as if it had something spilled on it or something. We also ordered room service and the food was not the best unfortunately – I ended up getting cramps soon after. The lentil soup did not taste like lentil soup, and my mother's BBQ was okay at best, the best were the fries and salad we ordered.

I stayed three nights at Geneva Hotel. It is very well known as being one of the premier hotels in this area of Amman. The entire hotel had a \"one-step-higher\" atmosphere. There were some conventions here while I was staying - which indicates that it's a \"go-to\" place internationally.
Oh - the most important part - it's one of the few hotels in Jordan with a bath tub (not just a shower). This helped me recover from the Petra trip the previous day.
