I got a double queen with a roll away because we had 2 adults and three teenage girls once we got there we couldn't get a roll away and one had to sleep on the floor for the first night and then I had to go buy a cot for her to sleep on. The hot tub was broken the heater in the pool is broken. And when I prepaid is said I could get a rollaway bed. Which all they could offer me was a blanket and pillows for my granddaughter's sleep on the floor with. Worst place around

Very over priced for the quality of the room. The carpet was stained, my daughter found garbage and a pen under the bed. The only reason we book was because of the pool/hot tub and when we went to swim there was a note on the door saying the heater was broke and the hot tub was drained. That would've been nice to know at least at check in!

The room was fine. we stayed there at the beginning and end of our time in the USA. The staff was great and helpful and the shuttle to the airport was very good. The breakfast was good...perhaps a little more fruit would be appreciated.

Hot tub was out. Pool heater was out. Door to go out to north parking lot was broken. Breakfast food: biscuts were hard and tasted stale, sausage smelled off, potatoes were hard. Even though they knew our checkout date, the next day, and a Do NOT Disturb sign up, housekeeping still knocked and tried to enter our room. We travel to Kalispell every year and we will NOT be staying there again!!!!

I normally do not post negative reviews, but whew! The staff were kind, but this hotel is so tired and dirty. The carpets had that permanent greasy smell and it was very unkept and neglected all around. Very outdated and again, neglected. Breakfast was as cheap as it could be. Just a real disappointment all around.

I asked for a recliner for my husband. Well we got one but it was broke. The computer chair was lopsided and it made it very hard for me to work!!!! The indoor pool was ice cold and the hot tub did not work! When I pay for something I expect things to work!

I had a south facing room and the outside noise was extremely annoying and abnoxious! I have stayed at the Red Lion for years and was raised in Kalispell. The diesel trucks and cars were speeding through the south parking lot of the hotel until well after 10:00. Odd lay out,breakfast served was average, but, in an area far from rooms. Room carpet was filthy,stained and rooms are not cleaned daily. You have to request linens changed. Carpets in hall or rooms not vacuumed. Torn curtains. Will never book again. BIG disappointment.

Stay here! It was a great price. The hotel was very well maintained. This was one of the best continental breakfasts I've ever seen. We were in walking distance to plenty of shops and restaurants. The rooms don't appear to have been upgraded since 1982, but the bathroom was clean. The location is great as it is close to the little downtown, but the bed had a massive sinkhole down the middle. Breakfast included the usual every other place has and it is an easy drive to Glacier.

The front desk was fantastic, check in was great and later we asked if she could make coffee (coffee was empty) and she did it right away, was nice about it.

My kids and I love staying here when we have appointments in Kalispell. It being connected to a small mall allows my teens to have freedom to wonder with me close by. There is also a little casino that you can enjoy even after the mall closes.

The pool and spa are indoors and also has a sauna we like to enjoy.

The only issue we ran into was the room we got this last trip smelled heavily like a smoker was there.

The staff is polite and quick with check in.

The breakfast is always hot and delicious with a wide variety of options even through the week. The gentlemen who take care of it are always on top of keeping things fresh and full and never seen without a friendly smile. A great way to start our day.

I asked for early check in - 3 pm instead of 4 pm. Thankfully they were able to get half of the 6 rooms ready by 3:30. But when I called the front desk person sighed and made it sound like it was going to be a big problem.
The rooms were clean, otherwise the staff were nice and mainly just stayed out of our way. Breakfast was fine. I have family in Kalispell and when we told them we booked the Red Lion they said it has had trouble with homeless people around the hotel. We didn’t have any trouble but a security guy walked through when a guy who looked as though he had a rough life walked through the lobby - he left as the security guy came through. Besides that we didn’t have any problems. Also, our kids were disappointed the pool wasn’t working.

Breakfast was fine- nice to have the option, the juice machine was definitely watered down and tasted like dirty water instead of actual juice. Biggest complain was that the pool was closed for maintenance all weekend, they told us they weee working on it all day Saturday- never saw anyone in or around there, and the pool was filled with water, which I would think would make it hard to perform any maintenance on. It felt like when McDonald’s Tells you their ice cream machine is down. Is it really?

The staff was very friendly, breakfast was excellent! Rooms were clean and expected amenities were there. We were there for a soccer tournament so location was great. The only hiccup I would say is that by 3:30 the next day when we stopped by the room to freshen up before dinner, maid service hadnt been to the room yet. I specifically let them know we would be gone for the day until later in the afternoon. I called the front desk and was told they were short on staff, I asked if they could just bring some fresh towels and empty the garbage before 6pm. When we came back that was taken care of.

I enjoy staying here when we go to Kalispell. This time I had my 90 year old MIL with us and they had a wheelchair ready for us to use. My only complaint is that there is only 1 nightstand in the room. We have stayed 6-7 times in the last year and we always enjoy it.But overall an excellent experience.
