Had to take our own towels to the room due to hotel was understaffed. Couple in the room next to ours was up talking until after 3am and it sounded like they were in the same room with us.

The worst ever I would rather sleep on car

I have traveled 45 US states, 21 countries and 4 continents. It was the worst stay in my life. I reserved for two rooms with two queen beds, and mentioned twice that I will arrive late as my flight were late, all full paid for the rooms, even after that they gave my rooms to someone else. When I arrived at the hotel with my kids, they gave me rooms with single beds, uncleaned, with blood stains on bed sheet, no room to sleep. When I complained, they gave me a rolling bed, just upto the door, and made me change the bed sheets, unfold the rolling bed myself and put bed sheets by myself. The receptionist was un apologetic, very un American.
This is my first time booking with Hotels.com, I would never do it again and will try my best to make sure that none of my family and friends use this. How can Hotels.com allow this. It is ridiculous. They ruined my vacation.

I liked the quiet conditions. The bed and bedding and main room flooring was very nice. There were no disruptions from nearby rooms during our sleep.

This property is just okay at best. The internet didn’t work the entire time I was there unless I walked down near the front desk. The breakfast was very low quality and after staying there 2 nights I could tell they simply used the previous days leftovers. Absolutely no quality food, only some stale bread and muffins and very low quality fruit I wouldn’t eat. They are glad to take your money but once you are there there’s really no comforts or conveniences.

I made this reservation and paid through Expedia but when I got there she spent 10 minutes telling me she had to verify the rates were correct they were. The first room they put us in had an inoperable deadbolt. The side door of the building had no operational lock even though it had a keypad and signage saying it did. The rooms look to be in a state of disrepair. Possibly an upgrade was in progress. I'm not sure there's no signage explaining it. If you don't want to spend $300 or more for a major chain or an ice hotel
night though, this is a fine alternative

this was the worst place I have ever stayed in..all sides of motel face either a busy hwy or noisy road so quiet rooms. Upon checkin the room was so dirty that I had to clean it myself. I could not sleep for the noise unfortunately I booked ahead for four nights..I asked for a refund of two of the nights because I could not stay there manager was nice and has tried to refund me twice but the owners refuse to allow it..if you want to sleep do not stay there!!!!

The motel is VERY convenient to the hospital in Kalispell. Therefore we often stay there when we schedule procedures. We live 75 miles away from Kalispell so when we have early am appointments we will often stay in a motel so we don't have to get up so early. Recently we have seen how this property has become very rundown and it is steadily getting worse. The rooms are adequate but dirty, OLD, very worn out and repairs are sloppy. Plus the tv service is impossible. We could only watch one channel. For $99 we should be able to at least watch TV all channels.

Tonya at the front desk came through with the nice quiet room I requested before I arrived, and both she and Pepper were friendly and helpful with information, especially dining options, in the area. Everything in the room worked well, and Tonya quickly provided me with more soap to compensate for the free empty dispenser. The shower had lots of hot water and good water pressure The motel was conveniently located near downtown, and the parking was adequate. I plan to stay here again the next time I'm in Kalispell.

We got the room right next to the stairs on second floor. You could tell that the room wasn’t used in a long time, the dust was everywhere. We could hear everything from the front desk. Overall the appeal was attractive but the room was abit different. The floor molding had been changed but showed gaps and nasty residue from old molding left on walls. Bathroom had paint chipped off a couple of inches past the toilet paper roll. Holes left on the wall from removal of something from the wall. The most unusual thing that I saw about our room was that the bathtub actually had the wall built on top of it enclosing the front half of the tub making it very tight for a bigger person. The room could very easily be repaired in under a couple hours with spackle, paint, Goo-Gon, silicone, and a puddy knife to pull the bathroom floor molding back out to cover the flooring gaps. Bathtub wall combo....with a narrow clearance.... another story. Lol
I was informed this was the best room in the building.... Oh boy. I am sure that is a phrase that is considered common when checking everyone in and not fact.
If you overlook the blistered paint or missing paint, holes,and floor gaps, floorbase molding fuzzy goo it was a good little tiny room. I stay again but would prefer to not have the tiny room.

It's not a bad stay. I was there in Mid September. A lot of travelers from Alberta were staying. Lot of 'older people' who hang in the lobby area, which is fine :)

TV and beds are okay, bed shifts when moving around.
The only thing I would add is that the soap dispensers were all out and they didn't have any replacements to provide. I had to use body soap I had for shower and washing hands.

This was a family visit. Why we got a handicapped room is unbeknowns to me. The shower curtain was not adequate. Once it got wet it would stick to you. The bed was a full not a queen. The light was bright through the door. At the bottom of the door and the side.

The staff was very nice. Our room was very nice and clean, but outside in the halls and stairs, it was very worn and needed some help. We were near one of the entrances and every time someone came in and out it, the door slammed. It could've been closed quietly, but it seemed no one cared and I even got woke up at 4:30am to someone rolling their lugguge down the stairs and letting the door slam on their way out which shook our room. Then they had to make a second trip. It would be nice if they made it to where the door doesn't slam and post signs about noise. There was also trash sitting outside a nearly empty dumpster including a used mattress. It seems they don't have someone who moniters the trash outside but it probably would be a good idea if they did. Overall, it was good for the price.

The hotel was fine for our purposes as we were gone most of the day. Breakfast was strictly continental and there was no fresh fruit of any type. The one concern was the \"secure\" side entrance - you just had to pull the door hard, you didn't need your room key at all. The beds were comfortable (pillows weren't great though) and the shower had good pressure and hot water. We had a couple rough nights due to kids above our room but that's not the hotel's fault - they tried to quiet them down.

The front desk clerk was very helpful/friendly. The room was clearly not ready for actual guests. Any one of the items would be no big deal but in total, was a mess.
There were no towels in the room, I had to carry them up myself
There was a coffee maker, no coffee/filters
Only 1 outlet in the room worked, far away from where it would normally be used.
The soap dispensers were empty
No Elevator to second floor
The room was very rundown, leg fallen off the desk, etc. There was only 1 thin blanket on bed, someone threw sheet over the top in lieu of comforter.
The small double bed mattress was old, no support could hear the springs squeeking every time you rolled over.
As it was the end room, right next to the stairs, the walls/door were thin. Had to listen to people leaving and letting the door slam all early morning.

This was basically just what we signed up for, \"value inn\". The room was clean, but a little banged up. The shower was functional, but definitely a little old and small. There was noise through the door of other people staying there in the hallway while we were sleeping, so sound proofing is not excellent.
