We had two rooms here and when we arrived after a late dinner around 11:30 pm no one was there. No reception resulted in a total loss and forced us to rent another hotel. Id like a full refund.

Whilst being in centre of St Etienne, the hotel was very quiet for Friday and Saturday nights. Room was clean and bed very comfortable. Rooms are compact but for the few days we were there OK for us. Reception staff all very helpful

It was not was was advertised. It looked and felt like a prison cell. No air conditioning. The picture they use in advertising the hotel looks very pleasant and is not indicative of what it is insitue.

Excellent location for the price! The room and the bathroom were pretty big, environmentally conscious ( light sensor in a corridor, soap and shampoo are in dispensers). The room had a small kitchenette, which one must leave clean. The only issue was a noise on the street ( young people socializing) after midnight on one night, so the window couldn’t be kept open ( no AC). Only one out of 3 help desk employers spoke English, which is okay when there are no issues, but could be tricky when there are.

This is a bare-bones apartment hotel that is affordable, relatively clean, and is well-situated in Saint Etienne and has the basics. Beds could be more comfortable and showers could be bigger, but overall, a good place for the price point. Check in and out went smoothly for us and we were able to store our bags. Only inconvenient thing is that the reception desk closes for a few hours during the day.

I enjoyed my stay here. The staff were nice, the room was clean and all for a fairly low price. The small kitchen was really practical too. It's nice not to have to eat out all the time! The only issue was that I had to get vouchers at the reception to get access to the free wifi but since it closed early I had to pay for service once.

The hotel was clean and convenient. The staff was very responsive and professional. The room felt safe. The rooms was spacious and clean. The hotel is in a central location and easy for public transportation. The kitchen was completely sufficient for cooking meals. I would stay here again. The Laundry facilities were perfect.

This hotel is located right next to City Hall, on a pedestrian area, so it's rather quiet with still plenty of choice to go out at walking distance.
Other than that, I wasn't particularly impressed.
I didn't feel very welcome; learned while checking in that room cleaning was only offered for a surcharge; and the room, while spacious, was pretty much run down with huge cracks in the wall for instance.
Also, with thin walls and doors, you can hear every noise from the corridor.

I likely won't come back to this place and instead prefer the Furania hotel located on the other side of City Hall Plaza.

Au delà de la résidence hôtel c’est le personnel qui est au top. Le personnel a l’accueil de la maintenance et entretien et le responsable. Ils ont été accueillants, serviables et ont tous eu de delicates attentions. Le studio était confortable propre pratique ni très grand ni petit. Pas été dérangé par du bruit la nuit ni le matin alors que les équipes de nettoyage étaient à l’œuvre dans les chambres de l’étage. Pointilleuse sur la propreté tout était très propre le frigo la salle de bain et le linge de lit. C’était vraiment parfait. La localisation est parfaite, des cafés restaurants et petits commerces à proximité et le tramway a 3 min.

L'hôtel est tres bien situé au centre-ville, avec la gare chateaucreux à moins de 2km. On peut faire une bonne marche à pieds dans le centre-ville de Saint-Étienne sans s'éloigner de l'hôtel.
